【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pressure detection device that detects a water level of a washing machine, a dishwasher, and bath water.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional pressure detection device including a coil, a diaphragm, and a magnetic material is held on the magnetic material via a receiving plate on the diaphragm. A small-diameter spring is interposed between the backing plate and the sliding body, a large-diameter spring is interposed between the sliding body and the adjusting screw, and the small-diameter spring, sliding body, large-diameter spring, and adjusting screw are stacked. It was.
[0003]
Such a conventional pressure detecting device has a disadvantage that it has a large number of parts and is high in length.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above-described conventional problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a pressure detection device having a small number of parts and a low height.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a main body case, a lower case and an upper case that form the main body case and are entangled with each other, a rubber diaphragm that is provided in the main body case and is deflected and displaced by a change in pressure. a magnetic body which is held in the diaphragm, and the magnetic body and provided at the opposite, and coil the or magnetic body approaches, the inductance in response to and away wound around the cylindrical shape change, in the pressure sensing device having a helical shaped spring biasing so that the magnetic body push back the displacement of the diaphragm as performed close to the coil, the magnetic body includes a disc-shaped magnetic substrate portion, the magnetic a cylindrical magnetic cylinder portion to bulge toward the coil from the upper surface of the substrate portion, and the magnetic cylindrical portion having a smaller inner diameter than the inner diameter of the coil Substantially concentrically formed with magnetic substrate portion with the diaphragm, the lower surface side受底portion for abutting magnetic of the magnetic substrate portion in the center, it is formed so as to swell around the magnetic body for受底section, and A ring-shaped dam part into which the outer periphery of the magnetic substrate part fits, a bending part formed on the outer periphery of the dam part , formed on the outer periphery of the bending part, and at the tying site of the upper and lower cases have a ring-shaped support portion which is sandwiched the coil forms a large flat shape than MakiTake of axial winding thickness in the radial direction, configured so that the magnetic cylindrical section and out of the inside of the coil It is characterized by that.
[0006]
Since the bottom surface of the magnetic substrate abuts against the magnetic bottom of the diaphragm, and a ring-shaped bank is formed to fit the magnetic substrate that rises around the magnetic bottom, the diaphragm is It is like a rigid body except for the deflection part existing on the outer periphery. Therefore, a pressure change applied to the lower surface of the diaphragm (back surface), the operation of the diaphragm which is displaced moving up and down, tilting up and down operation along the central axis of the diaphragm, movement or staggering is of extremely small.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention provides a main body case, a lower case and an upper case that form the main body case and are entangled with each other, and a rubber that is provided in the main body case and that is flexed and displaced by a change in pressure. And a magnetic body held by the diaphragm, and a magnetic body that is provided in a position facing the magnetic body, and is wound in a cylindrical shape whose inductance changes according to the approach or separation of the magnetic body. And a helical spring that urges the magnetic body to push back the displacement of the diaphragm as the magnetic body approaches the coil, wherein the magnetic body is a disk-shaped magnetic substrate portion. And a cylindrical magnetic tube portion protruding from the upper surface of the magnetic substrate portion toward the coil, and the magnetic tube portion has an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the coil And having the magnetic substrate portion substantially concentrically formed, and the diaphragm is formed so as to swell around the magnetic material bottom portion, which is in contact with the bottom surface side of the magnetic substrate portion at the center, And a ring-shaped dam portion into which the outer periphery of the magnetic substrate portion is fitted, a bending portion that surrounds the outer periphery of the dam portion, and a tying portion of the upper and lower cases formed on the outer periphery of the bending portion. The pressure detection device has a ring-shaped support portion sandwiched between the two.
[0054]
According to this configuration, the following advantages can be expected.
[0055]
(1). Since the diaphragm receives the magnetic material directly and has a single spring that resists the movement of the diaphragm due to pressure changes, the number of parts is small and the height of the pressure detection device can be kept low.
[0056]
(2). Since the magnetic substrate part of the magnetic body is in contact with the magnetic base of the diaphragm and the outer periphery of the magnetic substrate part is fitted into a raised bank, the entire diaphragm looks like a rigid body except for the thin flexible part. Therefore, the displacement operation of the diaphragm is a movement along the axis. It is less likely to tilt or deviate from the axis.
( 3 ) . The coil has a flat shape in which the winding thickness in the radial direction is larger than the winding length in the axial direction, and the magnetic cylinder portion is configured to enter and exit from the inside of the coil. The inductance of the coil can be changed depending on the distance of the magnetic substrate portion to the coil, and as a result of the increase in the outer diameter of the coil, the inductance change to the coil by the magnetic substrate portion can be enhanced.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a pressure detection device according to an embodiment of the present invention. It shows a state where no pressure is applied to the diaphragm.
