本発明は、ティシューペーパー等の家庭用薄葉紙を収納する家庭用薄葉紙収納箱に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、家庭用薄葉紙の一つであるティシューペーパーを収納するティシューペーパー収納箱(以下、収納箱という。)には、収納箱の上面にティシューペーパーを取り出すための取出口が設けられている。この取出口には、プラスチック製のフィルムが貼付され、取出口の全体を被覆している。このフィルムの中央部には直線状のスリットが設けられており、中身のティシューペーパーは、このスリットを通して外部へ引き出される。このフィルムとスリットは次のティシューペーパーを所定の位置に保持する役割を果たしている。

しかし、フィルムを貼付するには、手間とコストがかかることに加え、環境上の理由によりフィルムと紙を分別回収する必要があるという問題があった。
そこで、かかる問題を解決するため、収納箱の頂壁の中央部にティシューペーパー取出孔を設ける一方、フィルムを貼付せずにティシューペーパー取出孔の両端部にティシューペーパーの端部を挟み込んで抑止しうるフラップ状の抑止板部を設けた収納箱が提案されている(例えば、特許文献1)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記実用新案文献1記載の収納箱の場合、ティシューペーパーの両端部をフラップ状の抑止板部で挟むことによりティッシューペーパーを保持していたため、抑止板部の抑止力や取出口の開口面積に依存され、ティシューペーパーの保持性が安定しないという問題点があった。

本発明の課題は、取出口にフィルムを設けなくとも、家庭用薄葉紙の保持性及び取出性のよい家庭用薄葉紙収納箱を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本課題を解決するため、本発明者が鋭意研究を重ねた結果、家庭用薄葉紙の取出口にフィルムを設けなくとも、取出口に突出させた羽部の形状と間隙を調整することにより家庭用薄葉紙を好適に保持しつつ、容易に取り出すことができる家庭用薄葉紙収納箱を開発するに至った。

請求項1記載の発明は、例えば、図1、2、4に示すように、交互に折り畳まれて積層された家庭用薄葉紙(例えば、ティシューペーパー2)が内部に収納され、上面(1a)に設けられた取出口(11)を通して内部の家庭用薄葉紙を取り出すことができ、長手方向の長さ(A)が160〜250mm、短手方向の長さ(B)が100〜120mmである家庭用薄葉紙収納箱(例えば、ティシューペーパー収納箱1)において、
前記取出口の各々の長手縁部(11a)の全体から取出口中央に向けて短手方向に突出する一対の羽部(13)を備え、
前記一対の羽部の自由端部の形状は、各々取出口中央に向けて凸状となるように全体に亘って円弧状となっており、
前記取出口は、その長手方向が当該家庭用薄葉紙収納箱の長手方向と略平行となるように設けられるとともに、当該家庭用薄葉紙収納箱の長手方向の長さに対する前記取出口の長手方向の長さの割合が60%以上であり、
前記一対の羽部間の最小隙間の幅が5mm以上であり、
前記羽部(13,130)の付け根部(13b,130b)に折目用線(13c,130c)を設けてあることを特徴とする。

請求項1記載の発明によれば、家庭用薄葉紙収納箱の長手方向の長さに対する取出口の長手方向の長さの割合が60%以上であり、取出口の各々の長手縁部の全体から取出口中央に向けて短手方向に突出する一対の羽部の羽部間の最小隙間の幅が5mm以上とされているので、左右の羽部に家庭用薄葉紙が保持されることとなって、取出口にフィルムを設けなくとも、家庭用薄葉紙の保持性及び取出性のよい家庭用薄葉紙収納箱を提供することができる。
即ち、家庭用薄葉紙は交互に折り畳まれているので、家庭用薄葉紙を取り出す毎に左右の羽部に家庭用薄葉紙が交互に保持されることとなって、家庭用薄葉紙を効果的に保持することができるとともに、一対の羽部の羽部間の最小隙間の幅を5mm以上とすることで、取出性の向上も図れる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図を参照して本発明に係る家庭用薄葉紙収納箱の実施の形態をティシューペーパー収納箱により説明する。
図1は、ティシューペーパー収納箱の構造を示す分解斜視図である。

図1に示すティシューペーパー収納箱(以下、収納箱という。)1は、例えば、長手方向の長さ(A)が160〜250mm、短手方向の長さ(B)が100〜120mm、高さ(C)が50〜120mmの略直方体状に形成された収納箱であり、この収納箱1内にティシューペーパー2…が積層されて収納される。

収納箱1は、収納箱1の上面1aにティシューペーパー2・・・を取り出すための取出口11が設けられている。通常、最初の使用時に、収納箱1の上面1aに設けられたループ状の破断用切目線(S)に沿って収納箱1の一部である蓋部12を切り取ることにより、取出口11が露出するようになっている。
取出口11の対向する二つの長手縁部11a、11aには、当該長手縁部の全体から取出口中央に向けて短手方向に突出する一対の羽部13、13が形成されている。羽部13、13の自由端部13a、13aの形状は、各々取出口中央に向けて凸状となるように全体に亘って円弧状となっている。

また、羽部13の付け根部13bには、直線状の折目用線13cが設けられている。この折目用線13cは、付け根部13bに沿って押圧部材(図示省略)を型押しして形成した線状のくぼみであり、例えば、0.3mm程度くぼんでいる。
この折目用線13cを設けることにより、羽部13の起立を容易にするとともに、羽部13を起立させた場合、羽部13の自重による傾倒モーメントと付け根部13bの剛性による復元モーメントのバランスが取り易く、羽部13が起立状態を保ち易くなって、羽部による家庭用薄葉紙の保持性が向上する。

この羽部13における長手縁部11aからの突出長さは、ティシューペーパー2…が羽部13に保持される程度であればよく、5mm以上あることが望ましい。また、上限は特に限定されず、ティシューペーパー2…の大きさや収納箱1の短手方向の長さ及び取出口11の大きさにより適宜決めて良い。

図2に示す一対の羽部13、13間の間隙(a)は、5mm以上とする。ここで、間隙(a)の下限を5mmとしたのは、これを下回ると、ティシューペーパー2…を取り出す際の取出抵抗値が上昇して片手でスムーズにティシューペーパー2…を取り出すことができないからである。また、上限は特に規定しないが、広すぎるとゴミや埃が収納箱1の内部に侵入し易くなるため、なるべく狭い方が好ましい。
また、取出口11の短手縁部11b、11bは円弧状になっている。

蓋部12は、取出口11の羽部13、13が占める部分を除く部分と同一の形状を有し、羽部13の長手方向に沿って延出する延出部14を備えている。この延出部14には、ループ状の破断用切目線12bが設けられ、この破断用切目線12bの内部に指を当てて力を加えると、破断用切目線12bの内部が収納箱1の内側に折れ曲がり、指を挿入可能な指穴15が形成されるようになっている。

このティシューペーパー2…は、2枚が1組とされ、1組1組が継続して箱から取り出せるように交互に折り畳まれており、一方の羽部13に保持されているティシューペーパー1組を外へ引き出したときに、次のティシューペーパー1組が収納箱1の内部から他方の羽部13に保持される位置まで引き出される折り方となっている。つまり、ティシューペーパー2…は、一組毎取り出す際、各羽部13に交互に保持される。

次に、取出口11の大きさは以下のように規定する。
取出口11の長手方向の長さは収納箱1の長手方向の長さに対して60%以上となるようにする。下限を60%と規定したのは、60%を下回ると、ティシューペーパー2…の折り畳み軸方向の端部と取出口11の短手縁部11bとの接触抵抗が高くなり過ぎてティシューペーパー2…の取り出し性が悪くなるからである。また、ティシューペーパー2…の取り出し性の観点からは、取出口11の長手方向の長さは長い方が好ましいため、上限は、家庭用薄葉紙収納箱1の長手方向の長さと同じでよいが、デザイン的な観点からは、87%程度が望ましい。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例及び比較例について説明する。
[実施例1〜3、比較例1]
(ティシューペーパー収納箱等)
収納箱1の寸法:250×115×50mm、羽部13の突出長さ:15〜16.5mm、とし、取出口11の長手方向の長さ(L)、収納箱1の幅(A)に対する取出口11の長手方向の長さ(L)の割合(α)、羽部13、13間の最小間隙(a)とした場合、取出口の寸法:L=160mm、α=64%、a=8mm(実施例1)、L=160mm、α=64%、a=5mm(実施例2)、L=150mm、α=60%、a=5mm(実施例3)、L=140mm、α=56%、a=5mm(比較例1)の試料にて実験を行った。

寸法:197×229mm、坪量:11.0g/m2、枚数:200W、ティシューペーパー収納箱1への充填率:96%、密度:0.3g/cm3、ティシューペーパー2…の充填方法:ポップアップ式に折り畳んで積層したティシューペーパー2…の束を充填した。

(取り出し抵抗の測定方法)
電子天秤上に427gの鉄板を置き、この鉄板にティシューペーパー2…を収納したティシューペーパー収納箱1を接着した。そして、上面よりティシューペーパー2を1枚づつ取り出した。このときの取り出し抵抗(gf)を電子天秤の値により測定した。測定した結果を表1に示す。
なお、この測定方法において、取り出し抵抗が100gf以下であれば、片手で無理なくティシューペーパー2…を取り出すことができるレベルである。

比較例2のティシューペーパー収納箱200の平面図を図3に示す。
図3に示すティシューペーパー収納箱(以下収納箱という。)200は、羽部213が取出口211の一方の長手縁部211aから他方の長手縁部211bにのみ突出して設けられている場合である。羽部213の自由端部213aは円弧形状を有している。また、蓋部212には、長手方向に延出した延出部214が設けられている。

(取出口と羽部の形状の影響)
表1に示すように、図3に示す羽部213が1枚の収納箱200の場合には、収納箱200の長手方向の長さ(A)に対する取出口211の長手方向の長さ(L)の割合(α)を72%としても取り出し抵抗値が100gf以上となる(比較例2−2、比較例2−3参照)。これに対し、図1に示す一対の羽部213を有する収納箱1の場合には、収納箱1の幅(A)に対する取出口11の長手方向の長さ(L)の割合(α)が60%以上あれば、取り出し抵抗値が100gf以下である。
また、収納箱200では、α=64%において、間隔(a)を10mmとした場合であっても、取り出し抵抗値が100gfを超えるが、収納箱1では、α=64%の場合、間隔(a)が5mmであれば、取り出し抵抗値が100gfを下回ることができる。

表1に示すように、収納箱1の長手方向の長さ(A)に対する取出口11の長手方向の長さの割合(α)が60%を下回ると、1枚目の取り出し抵抗値が100gfを超えてしまう。
また、収納箱1の長手方向の長さ(A)に対する取出口11の長手方向の長さの割合(α)が60%以上で、且つ間隙(a)が5mm以上であれば、取り出し抵抗値が1枚目から100gf以下となる。

以上により、収納箱1のように、取出口11の長手縁部11aの両方から、一対の羽部13を突出させることによって、収納箱200のように一方の長手縁部211aのみから羽部213を比べて、隙間(a)を狭くしてもティシューペーパー2の取り出し抵抗値を低くすることができるという結果が得られた。
また、取り出し抵抗値を最初から100gf以下にするためには、収納箱1の長手方向の長さ(A)に対する取出口11の長手方向の長さ(L)の割合(α)を60%以上にし、且つ間隙(a)を5mm以上にしなければならないという結果が得られた。

以上説明した本発明に係るティシューペーパー収納箱1によれば、ティシューペーパー収納箱1の長手方向の長さ(A)に対する取出口11の長手方向の長さ(L)の割合が60%以上であり、取出口11の長手縁部11a、11aから取出口11側に突出する一対の羽部13の角が面取りされ、羽部13、13間の最小隙間(a)が5mm以上とされているので、羽部13間に挟まれたティシューペーパー2…が羽部13に適度の保持力によって保持されることとなって、取出口11にフィルムを設けなくとも、ティシューペーパー2…の保持性及び取出性のよいティシューペーパー収納箱1を提供することができる。

図4に示すティシューペーパー収納箱(以下、収納箱という。)100の蓋部120に設けられた延出部140には、指穴150用の破断用切目線120bが形成されていて、蓋部120の切り取りが容易にできるようになっている。
そして、蓋部120を破断用切目線Sに沿って切り取ることにより、取出口110が露出するようになっている。取出口110における長手縁部110aの全体からは取出口中央に向けて短手方向に突出する一対の羽部130、130が設けられている。そして、羽部130、130の自由端部の形状は、各々取出口中央に向けて凸状となるように全体に亘って円弧状になっており、羽部130、130間の最小間隙(a)は、5mm以上となっている。また、取出口110の長手方向の長さ(L)は収納箱100の長手方向の長さ(A)に対して60%以上となるようにされている。

また、羽部130の付け根部130bには、取出口の短手方向外側に向けて円弧状の折目用線130cが設けられている。この折目用線130cは、付け根部130bに沿って押圧部材(図示省略)を型押しして形成した円弧状のくぼみであり、例えば、0.3mm程度窪んでいる。

このような形状の取出口110であっても、図1に示す収納箱1と同等のティシューペーパーの保持性及び取り出し性を有する。

以上、ティシューペーパーを例にとり説明を行ったが、本発明はこれに限るものではなく、収納する対象が家庭用薄葉紙であれば、ボックス入りトイレットペーパーや、キッチンペーパー、クッキングペーパーなどの収納箱であってもよい。
また、家庭用薄葉紙は、2枚1組に限らず、3枚1組、4枚1組としても良い。
また、羽部13の形状は、円弧形状のみならず、角が面取りされて丸くなった形状のものであれば、どのような形状のものであってもよい。
