Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a half-body bathing lid with a pillow for use in so-called half-body bathing, in which only the lower body is immersed in warm water.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Normal bathing soaked in hot water is said to put pressure on the lungs and heart as it receives water pressure with temperature, and even healthy people feel fatigue in about 10 to 15 minutes. If you are sick or sick, the burden is even greater.
Recently, the so-called “half-body bathing”, in which the lower body is immersed in hot water at a slightly lower temperature for about 30 minutes, has attracted attention as a bathing method that does not place a heavy burden on the body. In addition to maintaining the health of the elderly and the sick, It is used for the purpose of obtaining a slimming effect.
[0003]
However, half-body bathing is exposed not to enter the hot water, so the bathroom is cold, especially in winter, the body is too cold to achieve the initial purpose, but also the result of losing health It can happen.
For this reason, when the upper body feels cold, it is only necessary to intermittently “pour hot water”, but it is a complicated operation to draw up hot water in the bathtub and apply it to the left and right shoulders.
In order to eliminate such complications, an arch shape with a heat insulation sheet fixed on the back of the uneven bath lid and facing each other with the jaws in place so that the steam in the bathtub can be used without missing It is known to have a neck insertion opening so that two people can take a half-body bath. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
Moreover, the structure of the bath lid which provided the opening part so that only a face and a hand can be put out is also known (for example, refer patent documents 2 and 3).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The bath lid for half-body bath as described in Patent Document 1 has a drawback that the body is bent forward because a half-body bath is performed by placing the chin on the arch-shaped neck insertion opening, and it is easy to put a burden on the body. Moreover, since the heat insulation sheet | seat, an elastic material, etc. are adhering to the uneven bath lid, it is easy to produce wrinkles and is not hygienic.
Furthermore, as in Patent Document 2 and Patent Document 3, if the face can be simply put out, the neck around the bather is not sufficiently blocked and the heat retaining property is insufficient, and such a structural bath lid is not easy to handle. .
The present invention is a half-body bathing lid with a pillow made of a heat-insulating sheet that can be bathed by a bather with the head on the back when taking a half-body bath, and the upper body can be used without taking out steam in the bathtub. It is an object to prevent a temperature drop and to perform half-body bathing more easily.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a half-body bathing lid with a pillow that can be used as a light and easy-to-handle ordinary bathing lid other than for half-body bathing.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the following configuration is adopted.
1st invention provides the hole which makes a bather's neck part go in and out appropriately from the rectangular short side outer periphery in the bath lid made of the hot water heat insulation sheet in the bathtub, and the short side from the outer periphery of the hole A slit portion penetrating to the outer periphery is provided, and a cushion material serving as a pillow is fixedly provided on the upper surface of either the left or right side of the slit portion, and a reinforcing cushion material is provided around the hole portion. Provide a half-body bath lid with a pillow.
[0007]
The second invention is characterized in that a lid for closing the hole and a plurality of stoppers for opening and closing the lid are fixedly provided on the upper surface of the bath lid in the vicinity of the hole. A half-bath bath lid with a pillow according to one invention is provided.
[0008]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the negative ion adhesion processing is applied to a cushion material that becomes a pillow and a reinforcing cushion material provided around the hole. Provide a half-body bath lid with a pillow.
[0009]
A fourth invention provides a half-body bathing lid with a pillow according to the second invention or the third invention, wherein a lid for closing the hole is detachably provided in the hole.
[0010]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a half-body bathing lid with a pillow according to the second aspect or the third aspect, wherein a cover for closing the hole is rotatably provided in the hole.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 1 as an embodiment of the present invention.
In FIG. 1, 1 is a bath lid, and the short side is about 70 cm. The long side is about 90cm. The thickness is made of a roughly rectangular foamed polyethylene having a thickness of about 4 mm, and the surface is made of a heat insulating sheet to which an aluminum foil is bonded. A hole 2 having a diameter of about 14 cm is provided on the inner side of the short side of the bath lid 1 with the aluminum foil side as the surface, and the neck is made to enter and exit. A slit (length of about 10 cm) penetrating from the outer periphery of the hole 2 to the outer periphery on the short side is inserted and cut to provide the slit portion 3.
A cushion material 4 serving as a heat insulating sheet pillow is attached to the upper surface of either the left or right side of the slit portion 3 by attaching the aluminum foil side to the surface. The cushion material 4 serving as a pillow may be the same material and the same thickness as the bath lid 1, but the thickness may be further increased according to preference.
[0012]
2 to 4 show the structure of the lid for closing the hole 2. 7 is a lid body for closing the hole, with the foamed polyethylene side as the front surface and the aluminum foil side as the back surface. The same material and thickness as the bath lid 1 are used.
Reference numeral 12 denotes a lid reinforcing cushion material, which is bonded and fixed to the surface of the hole closing lid main body 7 and is approximately the same size as the hole 2 of the bath lid 1.
Rubber magnets 11 are fixed at approximately three locations on the outer periphery of the back surface of the hole closing lid 7, and correspond to the stainless steel plate 6 provided around the hole 2 of the bath lid 1. The detachable structure is formed.
Here, the rubber magnet 11 and the stainless steel plate 6 are exchanged, and the rubber magnet 11 is fixed to the bath lid 1 side and the stainless steel plate 6 is fixed to the hole closing lid 7 side.
[0013]
In the vicinity of the hole, a reinforcing cushion material 5 made of a heat-insulating sheet having a shape substantially coinciding with the outer shape of the lid 7 is provided by adhering it in a range that does not overlap with the cushion material 4 serving as a pillow with the aluminum foil side as the surface. . On the upper surface, a stainless plate 6 having a diameter of about 1.8 cm is provided by bonding at three locations. The reinforcing cushion material 5 may be the same material as the bath lid 1 and may have the same thickness as the cushion material 4 serving as a pillow, but the thickness may be further increased according to preference. Although not shown in FIG. 1, the detachable hole closing lid 7 is provided with rubber magnets 11 at corresponding positions.
[0014]
5-6 is sectional drawing which shows the combined state of the bath lid 1 and the lid | cover 7 for hole obstruction | occlusion.
In particular, FIG. 6 shows one set of coupling between the rubber magnet 11 and the stainless steel plate 6 changed to a “pivot attachment structure using pins”. FIG. 7 shows an example of a pin structure, in which the pin main body 13a and the head 13b are press-fitted together and fixed. Instead of press-fitting, fixing with screws may be used.
Accordingly, in the embodiment of FIGS. 6 to 7, the hole closing lid 7 is not a detachable structure but a rotatable structure with respect to the bath lid 1. The function of opening the hole 2 when bathing and closing the hole 2 when not bathing is the same in both the detachable structure and the rotatable structure.
[0015]
8 and 9 are explanatory views showing the retracted state of the lid 7 having a detachable structure. FIG. 8 shows the opened state of the hole 2 and FIG. 9 shows the retracted state of the lid 7.
FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 are explanatory diagrams showing the retracted state of the lid 7 having a rotatable structure. FIG. 10 shows the closed state of the hole 2 and FIG. 11 shows the retracted state of the lid 7.
As can be understood from these explanatory diagrams. By fixing the lid 7 in an open state at a predetermined position, the lid 7 is not lost, and the bath lid 1 is not disturbed during operation and handling.
[0016]
Next, if negative ion adhesion processing is applied to the cushion material 4 to be a pillow or the reinforcing cushion material 5 around the hole 2 by a well-known method, the negative ions act on the neck periphery when taking a bath. Helps increase and synergistically increases the half-bath effect.
In addition, if antibacterial coating is applied to the entire bath lid 1 and each accessory part, unhygienic conditions such as generation of wrinkles and adherence of pathogenic bacteria during non-bathing and storage can be prevented as long as possible, Comfortable use is possible.
[0017]
FIG. 12 is an explanatory view showing a state just before the bath cap according to the present invention is mounted when the bather M enters the bathtub B and starts half-body bathing.
In the figure, the closing lid 7 is fixed with the hole 2 in an open state. From this state, the cushion material 4 serving as a pillow is lifted using the elasticity of the lid 1 and the lid 7, and then the slit portion 3 is opened. Then, the entire bath lid 1 is drawn so that the neck portion of the bather M passes through the slit portion 3, and is fixed at a proper position.
[0018]
FIG. 13 is an explanatory diagram showing the relationship between the bathtub B, the bather M, and the bath lid 1 of the present invention, and shows the state where the neck of the bather passes through the hole 2 of the bath lid 1. ing.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, as shown in the embodiments, since it is a half-body bathing lid with a pillow having a simple structure, it can be provided at low cost.
This heat-resistant sheeted half-body bathing lid with pillow is made of aluminum foil on the front side, so the polyethylene sheet on the back side swells with steam in the bathtub and the bathing lid is on the top of the bathtub There is an effect that the heat does not escape from the bathtub and the bath lid does not fall into the bathtub.
Therefore, if the hole is closed with a lid for the hole and used as a bath lid, energy saving is achieved compared to a conventional bath lid, and the bath lid is light and easy to handle. If the hot water reaches the proper temperature, the lid for the hole that is not required during half-body bathing is opened, and if it is attached to the bath lid side, it becomes a bath lid for half-body bathing.
[0020]
When taking a bath, use the cushion material to be the pillow on the upper surface of the slit of the bath lid and open the front side of the bath lid to the left and right with both hands. If you put the bather's head on the cushioning material, which is the pillow on the back side, so that the steam in the bathtub does not escape from the top surface, the cushioning material, which becomes a soft pillow, cools down especially when taking a bath. Warm the neck line to remember and make half-body bathing comfortable.
[0021]
In addition, a cushion cover serving as a pillow subjected to negative ion processing, or a half-body bathing lid with a pillow provided with a reinforcing cushion material can bring a negative ion effect to the bather and can take a more comfortable bath.
Light and easy to handle and hygienic, this half-body bathing lid with pillows is not only useful for maintaining the health of the elderly without physical fitness but also those with high blood pressure and weak heart. Effects can be obtained. In addition to this, there is an advantage of saving hot water and helping to save energy.
