Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fastener that is easy to disassemble and assemble.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A blind rivet is provided with a bottomed hollow shaft-shaped housing having a collar portion at the top and a split groove portion at the bottom, and a pin is driven into the housing to expand and lock the bottomed groove portion. Are known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, this kind of blind rivet is such that the pin is pulled out from the flange part side of the housing when disassembling, and the split groove side of the housing is blind, and pulling out from that side It is something that cannot be done.
[0004]
Moreover, even if the lower end of the pin is pressed and the housing and the pin are separated, the end face is convex or chamfered, so it slips when the end face is pressed with a pointed object. I couldn't push it well and sometimes hurt my hand.
[0005]
Furthermore, the housing and the pin are placed apart until they are fastened, and it takes time to take out the housing and the pin and join them together at the time of fastening, and when the fastener is small (especially when the pin is small). Was easy to drop and was therefore lost.
[0006]
The present invention is intended to provide a fastener that is different from the conventional blind rivet, and can safely and reliably remove the pin from the fastener body, and can be easily disassembled and assembled, and can be replaced. It is an object to provide a fastener that can be easily formed.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a fastener main body having a head at an upper portion and a locking portion at a lower portion, and a pin that is inserted into a hole formed in the fastener main body and extends and locks the locking portion outward. Provided, a conical or hemispherical concave portion is provided in the lower end surface portion of the shaft portion of the pin, and the pin can be safely and easily pulled out by pushing the inner surface of the concave portion, so that the replacement can be easily performed. .
[0008]
Moreover, this invention can provide a protrusion in the inner peripheral surface of the said fastener main body, or the outer peripheral surface of a pin, and can fix the said pin temporarily to a fastener main body before fastening.
[0009]
Further, according to the present invention, the head portion of the fastener body is formed in a tapered shape, the inclined portion formed on the lower surface of the head portion is pressed against the peripheral portion of the mounting hole of the flexible fastening member, and the peripheral portion is By deforming, the head is prevented from protruding more than necessary from the surface.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The fastener (1) has a shaft portion (2), a fastener body (4) having a hole (3) formed at the center of the shaft portion, and a pin (5) to be inserted into the hole (3). I have.
[0011]
A head (6) is provided at the upper part of the fastener body (4), and a shaft part (2) is provided at the lower part of the fastener body (4) so as to lock the pin (5) by frictional force. ) Is provided with a locking portion (8) in which a protruding portion (7) is formed.
A groove (9) is formed in the lower portion of the fastener body (4), and when the pin (5) is inserted into the hole (3) of the fastener body (4), the lower end portion of the pin is The locking portion is expanded outward by hitting the protrusion (7) of the locking portion (8).
[0012]
The head (6) of the fastener body (4) is formed in a taper shape so that the center side thereof is thick, and the inclined surface (10) is formed on the lower surface of the head. When the fastener body is inserted into the mounting holes (13) and (14) of the flexible fastening member (11) and the hard fastening member (12) (FIG. 2) and the head (6) is pressed. The inclined surface portion (10) formed on the lower surface of the head presses the peripheral edge portion (15) of the mounting hole (13) of the soft fastening member (11), and the peripheral edge portion becomes the inclined surface portion (10) of the head portion. Correspondingly, it is deformed into a slope (FIG. 3).
[ 0013 ]
Here, when the pin (5) is inserted into the hole (3) of the fastener body (4), the lower end portion of the pin hits the protruding portion (7) of the locking portion (8), and the locking portion (8). Expand outward.
By expanding the locking portion (8), the locking portion (8) is engaged with the fastened member (12), and the fastening member (11) and the fastened member (12) are fastened (FIG. 4). .
[ 0014 ]
In the embodiment, the protruding portion (7) of the locking portion is provided with a curved surface, and a pin is applied to the curved surface to smoothly spread the locking portion outward. You may make it provide in any one of the lower end part of a part (7) or a pin (5).
[ 0015 ]
The pin (5) has a head (16) at the top, and this head engages with a dish-shaped hole (17) formed at the top of the fastener body (4). However, the pin head (16) and the fastener body hole (17) may be omitted.
[ 0016 ]
In any case, after fastening, the upper surface of the fastener body (9) and the upper surface of the pin (10) are substantially flush with each other, and a part of the head of the fastener is attached to the mounting hole (11) of the fastening member (11). Since the head is hardly protruded from the surface by biting into the peripheral portion (15) of 13), the head does not get in the way and looks good.
[ 0017 ]
FIG. 6 shows a case in which a convex portion (18) slightly protruding from the inner surface is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the fastener body (4), and the pin (5) is previously inserted into the hole (3) of the fastener body. The pin is temporarily fixed by inserting the lower end portion of the pin a little beyond the position of the convex portion (18).
[ 0018 ]
In addition, it is preferable that the surface of the convex portion (18) is a curved surface (such as a semicircular cross section) because the resistance is low when the pin (5) is inserted, but any shape having a low frictional resistance can be used. Various shapes can be used, and the inner peripheral surface of the fastener body can be formed continuously or intermittently in the form of a strip or dots.
[ 0019 ]
To release the fastening state of the fastener (1), the end of the pin (5) may be pushed and the pin pushed out to the part (6) side, but at that time, the pin end face (19) If the conical or hemispherical concave portion (20) is provided, the tip of the pointed bar (21) is guided to the concave portion (20), so that the pin is not detached from the end face of the pin. It can be pushed out easily and reliably.
[ 0020 ]
In addition, the said fastener can be formed with a metal material, a plastic material, or another material.
[ 0021 ]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, since the conical or hemispherical concave portion is provided in the lower end surface portion of the pin shaft portion of the fastener, the tip portion of the rod can be pressed against the concave portion. Therefore, the pin can be removed securely and safely, and the fastener can be easily replaced.
[ 0022 ]
Moreover, since the convex part is provided in the inner peripheral surface of the fastener main body, when fastening, the pin can be temporarily fixed to the fastener main body in advance, and the pin can be lost or fall apart in the middle. This makes it possible to smoothly and quickly perform the fastening operation.
[ 0023 ]
Further, since the head portion of the fastener is formed in a taper shape so that the center side is thick and the inclined surface portion is formed on the lower surface of the head portion, the inclined portion on the lower surface of the head portion is made of a soft fastening member. Because it is pressed against the peripheral edge of the mounting hole and the peripheral edge is deformed to fasten the soft fastening member and the hard fastening member, the fastening head is fastened with almost no protrusion from the surface. It looks good and the base part of the head is thick, so it is strong and can sufficiently deform the peripheral part of the mounting hole of the soft fastening member. It can be strongly fastened by the elastic action of the hole periphery and does not loosen.
