これらは自宅等で使用する場合には不都合はないが、携帯時にはかさばり、またキャップを取り外して収納錠剤を取り出すため取り扱いも不便である。
本発明はこの様な点を考慮してなされたもので、携帯に便利でワンタッチでの蓋の開閉ができて取り外す必要がなく、また、合成樹脂の一体成形により形成することができるため安価に製造できる利点を兼ね備えた優れた錠剤容器を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本請求項1発明の容器は上記課題を解決するため、箱型容器本体2の頂部中央に、底板10及び上方へ広がる左右側板11で形成される前面及び上面開口の凹部9を設けるとともに、底板10に取出口12を穿設し、両側板11上端縁に薄肉の外ヒンジ13を介してそれぞれ外側縁を連結するとともに、側板11上面にそれぞれ下面を当接する一対の弾性板3を設け、各弾性板の内側縁を薄肉の内ヒンジ14を介して両側縁に連結するとともに、下面を底板10上面に当接させて取出口12を閉塞し、且つ、裏面より垂設した一対の係止板15外面を取出口12両側縁に係合させて取出口12内に挿入嵌合させた蓋板4を設けてなることを特徴とする合成樹脂製の錠剤容器として構成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

本発明の錠剤容器1は、合成樹脂により一体に形成されたものであり、容器本体2と、一対の弾性板3により支持された蓋板4と、底蓋5とを備えている。
容器本体2は前板6と後板7とを幅狭の連結板8で連結してなる前後に扁平な箱型で、頂部中央に凹部9を設けている。

凹部9は、底板10及び左右側板11,11で形成されるとともに、下端縁より外方に上端縁が位置する如く各側板11が上方へ広がる前後面及び上面を開口したものである。また、凹部9の底板10には取出口12を穿設している。図示例では、正面視が上方へ突出する円弧状をなし、平面視が横長長方形状をなす底板10の両側へ、平面視が斜め外方下方へ突出する円弧状をなし、平面視が横長長方形状をなす側板11をそれぞれ延設して凹部9を形成している。

弾性板3は、凹部9を形成する両側板11上端縁にそれぞれ薄肉の外ヒンジ13を介して外側縁を連結して側板11上面に下面を当接し、また、内側縁を薄肉の内ヒンジ14を介して蓋板4の両側縁にそれぞれ連結している。各弾性板3の形状は、種々選択できるが、例えば、図示例の如き正面視が下方へ凹む円弧状をなし、平面視が横長方形形状をなす板状のもの、或いは、正面視が上方へ突出する円弧状をなし、平面視が横長長方形状をなす板状もの、或いは単純な横長長方形板状のもの等が挙げられ、上記した凹部9の側板11の形状にあわせて選択する。尚、図示例の弾性板に於ける外ヒンジ13は、外面から凹溝を形成することにより形成されたものであり、内ヒンジ14は内面から凹溝を形成することにより形成されたものであり、この様に構成することにより、弾性板3の弾性反転をより行い易くしている。

蓋板4は、各弾性板3の内側縁を内ヒンジ14を介して両側縁に連結して下面を底板10上面に当接させるとともに、裏面より垂設した一対の係止板15外面を取出口12両側縁に係合させて取出口12内に挿入嵌合させている。また、蓋板4の縁部には指掛け用突片16を突設している。係止板15は、その外面を取出口12両側縁に密に摺動する如く構成し、内部の気密性をより高めると良い。

底蓋5は、容器本体2の下端面に開口した開口部に上面より突設した嵌合筒18を密嵌して閉塞するとともに、一縁部を容器本体2底面縁部に薄肉ヒンジ17を介して回動可能に連結している。

上記の如き錠剤容器1は、図1の2点鎖線に示す状態から指掛け用突片16を上方へ押し上げると、各弾性板3が弾性変形しつつ外ヒンジ13を中心に回動して上方へ反転し、元の非弾性変形状態に戻った位置で安定化し、それに伴って蓋板4が上方へ移行するとともに、各係止板15が取出口12から抜け出す。この状態から容器本体2を傾ければ収納錠剤は蓋板4と各係止板15との間に移行し下方へ落下して取り出すことができる。
使用後は蓋板4を押し込むことにより、各弾性板3が弾性変形しつつ反転して元の状態に戻り、それに伴って蓋板4も元の取出口12閉塞状態に戻る。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した如く本発明の錠剤容器は、既述構成としたことにより、特に、箱型容器本体2の頂部中央に、前面及び上面開口の凹部9を設けるとともに、底板10に取出口12を穿設し、両側板11上端縁に薄肉の外ヒンジ13を介してそれぞれ外側縁を連結するとともに、側板11上面にそれぞれ下面を当接する一対の弾性板3を設け、各弾性板の内側縁を薄肉の内ヒンジ14を介して両側縁に連結するとともに、下面を底板10上面に当接させて閉塞した蓋板4を設けているので、蓋板4を押し出すという簡単な操作で開蓋でき、また、蓋板4を押し戻すという簡単な操作で閉蓋することができ、取り扱いが便利である。

また、蓋板4裏面より垂設した一対の係止板15外面を取出口12両側縁に係合させて取出口12内に挿入嵌合させているので、閉蓋時には各弾性板による係止力に加えて、蓋板4をより確実に閉蓋状態に維持しておくことができ、外力で簡単に開蓋せず、また、開蓋時には掌上に蓋体部分を置いて傾けるだけで略所定量の錠剤が蓋板4と各係止板15に囲まれた領域に滑り出し、そのまま掌上に移行するため取り出しも便利である。
