Description

【0001】

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, after the construction of the waterproof pan (unit bath) and the dressing room floor around the bathroom, the procedure is to construct the bathroom fitting that is the entrance of the bathroom. The joinery frame (lower frame) ) And the dressing room floor.
For this reason, in the conventional joining structure of a joinery frame and a waterproof pan, the undressing room side of the lower frame is fixed to the floor of the undressing room with screws or the like, but the bathroom side is on the waterproof pan with a sealing material interposed I have to take the structure to be mounted on.
Therefore, whenever a load is repeatedly applied to the lower frame, for example, when the user walks on the lower frame, the bathroom side of the lower frame is lifted, and finally a gap is generated in the seal material, causing water leakage. There was a problem.
[0005]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a joining structure of a joinery frame and a waterproof pan that is easy to construct while following the conventional construction form, and that can reliably prevent the lower frame from rising relative to the waterproof pan. Yes.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The joining structure of the joinery frame and the waterproof pan of the present invention is the waterproof pan in the joining structure of the joinery frame and the waterproof pan that joins the waterproof pan constituting the bathroom floor and the lower frame of the joinery frame constituting the bathroom entrance. Has a lower frame placement piece on which the bathroom side part of the lower frame is placed, the lower frame has a leaf spring for sandwiching the lower frame placement piece with the bathroom side part, The lower frame placing piece can be clamped and mounted by the operation of setting the bathroom side portion on the lower frame placing piece.
[0007]
According to this configuration, the lower frame placing piece of the waterproof pan is sandwiched between the bathroom side part of the lower frame placed on the waterproof pan and the leaf spring provided on the lower frame. That is, the lower frame placing piece of the waterproof pan and the bathroom side portion of the lower frame are integrated (fixed to each other) by the leaf spring. For this reason, even if a load acts repeatedly on the lower frame, the bathroom side portion does not rise. In addition, the leaf spring is sandwiched and attached to the lower frame placing piece by the operation of setting the bathroom side part on the lower frame placing piece. Therefore, if the leaf spring is attached to the lower frame in advance, when the lower frame is set The lower frame placing piece can be automatically held.
[0008]
In this case, the leaf spring has a spring main body for holding the lower frame mounting piece and a fixing portion fixed to the lower frame, and the spring body is provided with an inclined guide for holding the lower frame mounting piece. It is preferable that the part is formed.
[0009]
According to this configuration, when the leaf spring clamps and mounts the lower frame mounting piece, the inclined guide portion guides the clamping and mounting, so that the leaf spring can be clamped and mounted smoothly.
[0016]

Note that a plurality of fixing screws 82 are also provided in the direction of finding, like the leaf spring 70 described above. The inclined portion 81 has an inclined width substantially corresponding to the diameter of the head 82 a of the fixed screw 82, and a through hole 81 a for the fixed screw 82 is formed obliquely toward the lower frame placing portion 7 at an intermediate position. ing. In consideration of sealing and loosening prevention, an O-ring 83 is attached to the fixing screw 82.
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 4, in the screwing operation of the fixed screw 82, the lower frame (frame body 2) 32 is placed on the lower frame placing piece 7 of the waterproof pan 5 with the lower frame attachment 42 removed in advance. After setting as described above, the fixing screw 82 is attached to the special jig S, and the special jig S is inserted into the main drainage groove portion 53, and the lower frame mounting portion (horizontal piece portion 7 b) 7 is inserted from the through hole 81 a. The fixing screw 82 is screwed. The special jig S has an inclined lower surface, and when inserted and set in the main drainage groove 53, the tip of the fixed screw 82 held so as to match the through hole 81a and guide the fixed screw 82 so that it can be screwed diagonally. .
[0037]
Thus, by using the dedicated jig S, the fixing screw 82 can be easily and reliably driven in an oblique direction. Further, the fixing screw 82 can be concealed in the lower frame 32 by attaching the lower frame attachment 42. Further, the slanted portion 81 where the head 82a of the fixing screw 82 is located is difficult to contact the water pool remaining at the bottom of the main drainage groove 53, and in combination with the O-ring 83, leakage of drainage from this portion is ensured. Can be prevented. And the lower frame (lower frame main body 41) 32 is fixed to the lower frame placing piece 7 of the waterproof pan 5 by the fixing screws 82, and the lower frame 32 is effectively prevented from being lifted up.
[0038]
Next, other embodiments of the lower guide rail will be described as third and fourth embodiments. The general lower guide rail 56 has a cross-sectional shape in which the lower part is constricted and the upper end is flat (see FIGS. 1 and 3). However, in the lower guide rail 90 of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the intermediate portion 91a in the prospective direction of the upper end 91 is formed in a concave shape with a gentle curve. In other words, the lower guide rail 90 has a cross-sectional shape in which both end portions in the prospective direction are convex portions 91b and 91b, respectively, and the door wheel 93 of the door body 3 is brought into rolling contact at two points. . Therefore, sliding resistance between the lower guide rail 90 and the door wheel 93 is reduced, the door body 3 can be smoothly opened and closed (sliding), and the coating of the lower guide rail 90 is peeled off over time. Will not occur.
[0039]
In the above embodiment, the folding door 1 has been described as an example.
