Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a base fixing structure for a binding tool, and more particularly, can easily perform an operation of fixing a base of a binding tool to a back cover or a back cover as a fixed surface, and a binding tool. The present invention relates to a base fixing structure that can be separated from a cover and promotes separation disposal or reuse of a binding tool.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, binders comprising a binding tool on the inner surface side of a back cover or back cover are commercially available. The binding tool used for the binders includes, for example, a base, a pair of binding plates disposed on the left and right sides of the base, and a binding rod extending between the binding plates.
[0003]
When fixing the base to the spine, a configuration is generally adopted in which a plurality of holes are formed at the coaxial line position between the base and the spine and fixed with rivets through the holes. Yes.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the fixing method using the rivet, a manufacturing facility such as a dedicated rivet driving device is indispensable, and an operation for maintaining the fixing position in an appropriate state is required, and the manufacturing efficiency is lowered. For binders, the cover side is combustible, while the binding side is usually made of metal to maintain load-bearing performance. It is required to do. However, in the rivet fixing method, it is difficult to separate the two, and the fact is that they are discarded without being separated.
[0005]
By the way, although the separation disposal has been strongly demanded recently from the viewpoint of protecting the recent dust disposal problem or the natural environment, it is more preferable to fundamentally prevent the generation of dust. In this regard, for example, the binding tool used for the binder is hardly unusable by itself, and it is general that only the cover side becomes obsolete and cannot be used.
[0006]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is to make it easier to separate and dispose of the waste, and to make it possible to easily reuse the part that still has value to be used as a part, that is, the binding tool. It is in providing the base fixing structure of the binding tool which can also contribute to regulation of the total amount.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a base fixing structure in which a binding tool including a base and a binding member provided on the base is detachably fixed to a fixed surface via a predetermined base fixing tool. And
The base fixture includes a penetrating member that penetrates the fixed surface and the base, an insertion shaft portion that can be inserted into and removed from a hole formed in the penetrating member, and a hook portion that is provided at a position adjacent to the insertion shaft portion. A wedge member ,
The base is adopted a structure that is fixed to the fixing surface when the insertion shaft portion is inserted through the holes of the penetrating member.
[0008]
According to such a configuration, the base can be attached to and detached from the fixed surface by inserting / removing the insertion shaft portion into / from the hole of the penetrating member. Therefore, compared with the conventional fixing method using rivets, it is extremely easy to remove the base. Separation from the surface to be fixed becomes possible, and separation disposal or reuse of the binding tool can be promoted.
[0009]
Further, the present invention is a base fixing structure for removably fixing a binding tool including a base and a binding member provided on the base to a fixed surface via a predetermined base fixing tool,
The base fixture includes a penetrating member that penetrates the fixed surface and the base, and a wedge member,
The wedge member includes an operation plate having an insertion shaft portion that can be inserted into and removed from a hole formed in the penetrating member,
The operation plate includes a hook portion adjacent to the insertion shaft portion,
In a state in which the insertion shaft portion is inserted through the holes of the penetrating member, engages the hook portion is the penetrating member, the base may take the configuration that are fixed to the fixing surface. Thus, by forcibly elastically displacing the hook portion, the engagement with the penetrating member is released, and the base can be separated from the fixed surface.
[0011]

Next, the base attachment / detachment procedure in this reference example will be described.
[0018]
First, positioning is performed by hooking the claw 26B of the base 13 into the hole 28 formed in the spine 11. In this state, the holes 29 and 30 provided in the spine cover 11 and the fixed surface portion 26 of the base 13 are in a positional relationship in communication with each other. Before and after this, the outer member 32 is positioned on the outer surface side of the spine 11 and the penetrating member 33 is inserted into the holes 29 and 30.
[0019]
Thereafter, the wedge member 35 may be inserted in the direction indicated by the one-dot chain line in FIG. 4 and the inclined surface 42 of the wedge member 35 may be engaged with the hook portion 37 of the penetrating member 33. In the initial stage of insertion, the lower block-shaped portion 40 gradually enters under the hook portion 37, but the frictional resistance gradually increases as the amount of insertion increases, and the lower block-shaped portion 40 is inserted to the center thereof. After that, you can no longer insert. At this time, a force for firmly sandwiching the spine cover 11 and the fixed surface portion 26 of the base 13 acts between the wedge member 35 and the outer member 32, and the wedge member 35 is intentionally moved in the opposite direction to the above. Unless it is moved to, the fixed state of both is always maintained.
[0020]
Therefore, according to such a reference example, the base 13 can be fixed only by operating the lower block-like portion 40 of the wedge member 35 to be inserted under the hook portion 37 and engaging them. The effect that the base 13 can be removed is obtained by moving the wedge member 35 in the direction opposite to the insertion direction.
[0021]
The outer member 32 is composed of a single member extending in the longitudinal direction. For example, the outer member 32 has two members each having a size corresponding to each fixed surface portion 26 of the base 13 and is provided with a penetrating member 33. It may be.
[0022]
Next, reference examples and examples other than those described above will be described. In the following description, components that are the same as or equivalent to those in the first reference example are denoted by the same reference numerals as necessary, and description thereof is omitted or simplified. The binding tool schematically shows the base.
[0023]
[Second Reference Example]
5 and 6 show a second reference example of the present invention. This reference example is characterized in that the wedge member 50 is provided integrally with the outer member 32 and the wedge member 50 is provided only on one end side along the longitudinal direction of the outer member 32 to form the base fixture 14. .
[0024]
More specifically, the base fixture 14 includes the outer member 32, an upright locking portion 53 erected on one surface of the outer member 32 on the left end side in FIG. 5, and the outer member 32 in FIG. 5. Between the penetrating member 55 provided on the right end side, the wedge member 50 provided on the right side of the penetrating member 55, and the upright locking portion 53 and the penetrating member 55, the penetrating member 55 extends in the direction of rising from the outer member 32. And a hook 56 whose tip is formed in a bowl shape.
[0025]
The standing lock portion 53 includes a standing piece portion 53A extending along the short width direction of the outer member 32 and a horizontal claw piece portion 53B continuously provided on the upper end of the standing piece portion 53A. It is provided in an external shape that forms an inverted L shape. As shown in FIG. 6, the upright piece 53 </ b> A extends through a hole 57 formed in the spine cover 11, and interacts with the horizontal claw piece 53 </ b> B so that one of the fixed surface portions 26 of the base 13 An outer edge region is provided to engage and hold.
[0026]
The penetrating member 55 is provided in a gate shape having an engagement hole 55A that opens in a direction substantially perpendicular to the standing direction, that is, in the longitudinal direction of the outer member 32. As shown in FIG. 6, the penetrating member 55 extends through a hole 58 formed in the spine cover 11 and is positioned in a notch recess 59 formed in the fixed surface portion 26.
[0027]
The wedge member 50 includes a base piece portion 60 erected along the width direction of the outer member 32, and a substantially convex shape in top view, which is connected to the upper end of the base piece portion 60 via a thin hinge portion 60A. The rotary operation plate 61 having a planar shape and a pair of engaging claw portions 63 provided on both sides of the rotation operation plate 61 are provided. The base portion side of the engaging claw portion 63 has a shape that is largely cut out so as to form a hinge portion 64, whereby the engaging claw portion 63 rotates as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. The operation plate 61 can be bent in a direction shifted by a predetermined angle. The base piece 60 is set at a position that penetrates the hole 65 formed in the spine cover 11.
[0028]
The hooks 56 are arranged at four locations on the outer member 32. When these hooks 56 are inserted into holes 66 formed in the spine cover 11, the hooks 56 are engaged with the inner surface of the spine cover 11 to stabilize the fixed state with the spine cover 11.
[0029]
In the above configuration, when the base 13 is fixed, first, the outer member 32 is positioned on the outer surface side of the spine cover 11, and the upright locking portion 53, the hook 56, the penetrating member 55, and the wedge member 50 are respectively connected. It mounted so as to pass through corresponding holes 57,66,58,6 5. At this time, since the hook 56 is engaged with the inner surface side of the spine cover 11, the outer member 32 is kept so as not to shift the mounting position.
[0030]
Next, the left end side in FIG. 6 of the base 13 is set at a position engaged with the upright locking portion 53, and the rotation operation plate 61 of the wedge member 50 is gradually lowered. At this time, the engaging claw 63 is in an inclined posture shifted with respect to the rotation operation plate 61, and the tip enters the hole 55 </ b> A of the penetrating member 55. Then, when the posture of the rotation operation plate 61 is lowered to a substantially horizontal position, the engaging claw portion 63 completely enters the hole 55A of the penetrating member 55, thereby completing the fixing of the base 13. The engaging claw portion 63 can be escaped from the hole 55A by reversing the rotation operation plate 61 in the standing direction.
[0031]
Therefore, the second reference example can achieve the same effect as the first reference example, and can reduce the number of attachment / detachment operation parts by one wedge member 50 and achieve speeding up of the attachment / detachment work.
[0032]
[Real施例]
7 to FIG. 9, there is shown a real施例of the present invention. In this embodiment, a penetrating member 70 similar to the penetrating member 55 of the second reference example is provided, and the penetrating member 70 is also provided so as to penetrate the fixed surface portion 26 of the base 13, and engages with the penetrating member 70. It is characterized in that the wedge member 71 is a buckle type. That is, as shown in FIG. 9, the penetrating member 70 extends through the hole 73 formed in the spine cover 11 and the hole 74 formed in the fixed surface portion 26, and the penetrating member in the second reference example. It is provided in a shape having a hole 75 that opens in the same direction as 55. On the other hand, the wedge member 71 is provided with an operation plate 79 having a pair of insertion shaft portions 78 and 78 that can be inserted into and removed from the hole 75 of the penetrating member 70, and the operation shaft 79, and the insertion shaft portion 78, 78 and a hook portion 80 provided at a position adjacent to the inner side of 78. The outer surface of the front end of the hook portion 80 is formed in a bowl shape, and, as shown in FIG. 8, the insertion shaft portion 78 is inserted into the hole 75 so as to be able to be detachably engaged with the penetrating member 70. It has become. On the other hand, by forcibly elastically moving the hook portion 80 inward, the engagement with the penetrating member 70 is released, whereby the wedge member 71 can be removed and the base 13 can be separated from the spine 11. It has become.
[0033]
Therefore, also in this embodiment, the base 13 can be attached and detached easily and quickly as in the first and second reference examples.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the penetrating member that penetrates the fixed surface and the base, and the insertion shaft portion that can be inserted into and removed from the hole formed in the penetrating member,
Since the base is fixed to the fixed surface when the insertion shaft portion is inserted into the hole of the penetrating member, the base is fixed to the fixed surface by inserting and removing the insertion shaft portion into the hole of the penetrating member. Therefore, it is possible to separate the base and the surface to be fixed very easily as compared with the conventional fixing method using rivets, and it is possible to promote separation disposal or reuse of the binding tool.
[0035]
Furthermore, the present invention includes a hook portion adjacent to the insertion shaft portion, and the hook portion engages with the penetrating member in a state where the insertion shaft portion is inserted into the hole of the penetrating member. By being elastically displaced, the engagement with the penetrating member is released and the base can be separated from the fixed surface.
