BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a movable shelf in which a plurality of movable shelves are arranged in a dense state leaving a space corresponding to a work passage, and the work shelf is formed by moving the shelves at the time of deposit and withdrawal work, in particular, a book, The present invention relates to an electric moving shelf operating device that stores documents, medical record files, etc., and that can be carried out safely and easily even by an unspecified user such as a cashier or viewer. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
The path formation operation in the conventional electric movable shelf should be performed by moving the shelf and pushing in and out when the operation switch for path formation on the main path surface (front side of the shelf) of the shelf is pressed corresponding to each path. A passage is formed and locked to prevent the open passage from closing. In addition, a passage entry detector is often provided between the shelves, and when a person enters an open passage, the passage entry detector is activated to lock the passage and prevent the passage from closing. Carry out cashier work.
[0003]
Then, at the end of the depositing / dispensing operation, the passage is unlocked by pressing the operation switch for releasing the passage lock on the main passage surface (the front of the shelf) of the shelf.
[0004]
Furthermore, when these passages are fully open and in use, when a plurality of passages are selected by a third party, the passage lighting lights are turned on without the passages being opened. The lock is applied, which requires an extra operation to unlock the passage.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, unspecified users other than full-time users often operate electric mobile shelves, such as libraries opening up the use of shelves to viewers and making them open. Under such circumstances, in the conventional electric mobile shelf, the operation switch for opening the passage of the shelf is on the main passage surface (front of the shelf) of the shelf corresponding to each passage. In the electric movable shelf disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2617143, it is easy to operate for those who want to open the shelf passageway, but the person who does not use the shelf, or when it is not the purpose of use, touches the operation switch unconsciously, There is a problem that safety is impaired because the shelf is moved by selecting the passage and the malfunction of the lock of the passage in use is likely to occur.
[0006]
In addition, since the lamp function for displaying the passage lock in use is integrated with the operation switches on the main passage surface (the front of the shelf), when a cashier (shelf user) enters the passage Since the display of the passage lock becomes invisible and it cannot be confirmed whether or not the passage is locked, there is a problem that the sense of security during the depositing / dispensing work is impaired.
[0007]
Further, when the shelf passage unlocking switch is located on the main passage surface of the shelf (front side of the shelf), when the depositing / dispensing operator (shelf user) exits the passage after completion of the depositing / dispensing operation, the exit direction backrest is turned on. Since there is an operation switch on the side, there is a problem that it is difficult to press the passage lock release switch unless the U-turn is made after exiting the passage opening.
[0008]
Furthermore, in the conventional electric moving shelf, when the passage is fully opened and the passage is locked and in use, when another passage is selected by a third party, the passage is not opened. Therefore, there is a problem that an extra lock release operation has to be performed for that purpose, and there is a problem in that in the case of a passage illumination lamp attached, the illumination lamp is turned on and wasteful power is consumed.
[0009]
In addition, when an abnormality occurs in the control device, a dedicated switch for directly driving the motor is installed in the control panel of each shelf row so that the shelf can be moved urgently to form a passage and allow the work in and out. There is a problem that the operability is poor and the cost is increased.
[0010]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and eliminates operation switches for passage formation or passage unlocking on the main passage surface (front of the shelf) of the shelf corresponding to the passage. In order to prevent unintentional passage selection and passage lock release on the front side of the shelf, an operation unit is provided on both sides of the movable shelf, and a passage selection operation and passage entry are detected in the operation unit. The user can check the state of the passage lock at any time in the passage, and the passage lock can be easily released while leaving the left and right sides of the passage entrance / exit after completion of the deposit and withdrawal work. At the same time, by eliminating the operation switches on the main passage surface of the shelf, it is intended to provide an operation device for an electric movable shelf that eliminates the unevenness on the front surface of the shelf and makes the appearance beautiful.
[0011]
Also, it is detected whether the selected passage is closed or open, and if the passage is not opened even if a closed passage is selected, the passage selection is automatically reset to lock the passage. By configuring it so that it does not take place, even an unspecified user can operate the shelf safely and easily, and yet it is an extremely good motorized moving shelf operating device that can efficiently carry in and out Is to provide.
[0012]
Further, according to the present invention, when an abnormality occurs in the control device for the movable shelf, the shelf can be moved to the left and right by using the side switches on both sides of the shelf so that the shelf can be urgently moved to form a passage. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric movable shelf operating device.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a movable shelf provided with a reversible motor for traveling and a separation / detection switch for detecting separation / contact between adjacent shelves in a section partitioned by a fixed shelf or a side wall. A plurality of lines are arranged, leaving a space corresponding to a passage for use, and the movable shelf is moved by a passage selection signal of a passage selection means at the time of depositing / removing work, and the passage is formed between the shelves where articles should be put in and out.
