温水を用いた床暖房システムや融雪システムにおいては、敷設されている複数本の流通用パイプに温水を供給するために、金属製であるヘッダーが用いられており、ヘッダーに複数個設けられている分岐口部の各々には開閉弁と流量計が組付けられている。開閉弁は管路内の空気抜きや配管修理等のために温水を一時遮断する場合に用いられ、また、流量計は各各の管路に対する流量設定に用いられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
開閉弁と流量計は、施工現場において一個づつヘッダーに組付けているのが現状であって、数量が多くなると現場での組付け作業は非常に煩雑であり、間違えて組付けてしまう心配もある。また、各管路の流量は流量計を用いて一つ一つ設定しているので、作業に人手と時間が多くかかることは避けられず、極めて非能率であって解決策が望まれていた。

本発明はかかる問題を解決したものであって、その目的は、従来の流量計に代えて各管路への流量が予め設定されている定流量弁を用い、この定流量弁を開閉弁とともにヘッダーに組付けてユニット化し、施工現場での弁の組付け作業と流量の設定作業を省力化して、誰でも簡単に床暖房システムを施工できるように、かつ暖房溶媒体の流通時に発生する雑音や騒音を低下させると同時に耐久性が向上するように改良した床暖房用ヘッダー装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の特徴とする床暖房用ヘッダー装置は暖房用媒体の高温側と低温側に用いられる一対のヘッダーを備え、両ヘッダーにはそれぞれ複数個の分岐口部が設けられており、該両ヘッダーのうちの高温側ヘッダーの各分岐口部には暖房用媒体の流通用パイプを接続できる開閉弁が、低温側ヘッダーの各分岐口部には各管路への流量が予め設定されている定流量弁がそれぞれ接続されていると共に、その定流量弁の各各にも暖房用媒体の流通用パイプを接続できる開閉弁がそれぞれ接続されて成るものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照しながら説明する。1,2はヘッダーであって、これら一対のヘッダー1,2は壁間等に設置される架台3上に段差をもってセットされ、下側のヘッダー1は暖房用媒体の高温側(供給側)ヘッダーとして、上側のヘッダー2は暖房用媒体の低温側(戻し側)ヘッダーとして用いられている。なお、上記両ヘッダー1,2は鋼鉄、ステンレス、銅等の金属製であって筒状に形成され、それぞれ複数個の分岐口部1a,2aが設けられている。

高温側ヘッダー1の各分岐口部1aには開閉弁4が、また低温側ヘッダー2の各分岐口部2aには後記各管路への流量が予め設定されている定流量弁5が螺合によりそれぞれ接続され、その定流量弁5の各々にも開閉弁6が螺合により接続されている。開閉弁4,6は高温側ヘッダー1と低温側ヘッダー2間に管路を構成する流通用パイプpの継ぎ手も兼用しており、該流通用パイプpの接続によって上記両ヘッダー1,2間には複数本の管路が構成される。

定流量弁5は、流通孔51aが穿設されているオリフィス板51を備えていて、流通孔51aの径によって予め流量が設定できる公知の構造のものであり、分岐口部1aと螺合する雄ねじ部52及び開閉弁6の雄ねじ部61と螺合する雌ねじ部53が設けられている。一方、開閉弁4,6は弁体の回動により流路を開閉できる公知の構造のものであって、流通用パイプpを接続する継ぎ手部42,62がそれぞれ設けられており、開閉弁4側には分岐口部1aと螺合する雄ねじ部41が設けられている。
