【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、高齢者や身体障害者などの要介助者の入浴を援助する浴槽構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
浴室には、洗い場部分に移動可能な小型の腰掛椅子が置かれることがある。しかし、その浴室の使用者が高齢者や身体障害者などの要介助者となった場合には、上記小型の腰掛椅子は全く使用することができなくなり、代りに、上記要介助者を浴槽へ出し入れする際に要介助者や介助者の支えとなる介助用の椅子（移乗台）などを固設する必要が生じてくる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような上記移乗台は、一般に、要介助者の発生に合わせて後付けされるものであるため、取付けに問題が生じるおそれがある。

例えば、上記移乗台を浴室床へ直接固定しようとした場合、移乗台の固定部分からの水漏れを防ぐために浴室床の防水工事を伴うこととなるので、高額の工事費を要し、且つ、施工に日数を要してしまう。

そこで、本発明の目的は、上記の問題点を解消し、簡単に移乗台などの腰掛を後付することのできるようにした浴槽構造を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項１に記載された発明では、略矩形の浴槽本体の長辺部側に洗い場を有し、該浴槽本体の短辺部側に浴室の側壁との間の介助スペースを有し、該浴槽本体の前記短辺部と前記長辺部の交わるコーナー部の両辺部に接して、浴槽本体の上面部とほぼ面一に移乗台を取付可能とされ、該移乗台は平面視円形状で、半径４００ｍｍ以上とされ、接線方向に延びて浴槽本体の前記長辺部へ達する直線部分を有する浴槽構造としたことを特徴とする。

このように構成された請求項１にかかる発明によれば、入槽時に、車付きシャワーチェアや車椅子などの移動手段を移乗台へ横付けして、移動手段から移乗台へ要介助者を容易に移動させることができ、移動後、移乗台から片足ずつ浴槽本体内へ入れることにより、要介助者の身体的な負担を軽くすることが可能となる。また、出槽時に、介助者が介助スペースへ移動することにより、要介助者の背後から介助を行うことが可能となる。これにより、介助スペースと洗い場からの２人介助なども余裕で行うことが可能となる。

この際、移乗台の上面を、浴槽本体の上面部とほぼ面一としているので、段差を無くして入出槽をより容易化することができる。

しかも、前記移乗台を前記浴槽本体の洗い場側のコーナー部に設けたことにより、移乗台を浴槽の洗い場側のコーナー部に設けることにより、介助スペースをより広く確保すると共に、車付きシャワーチェアなどの移動手段を移乗台に横付けし易くすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の具体的な実施の形態の基本的構成を説明するために、先ず図１〜図４の参考例１及び図５，図６の参考例２を先ず説明する。
[ 参考例１ ]
図１〜図４は、この発明にかかる浴槽構造の参考例１を示すものである。

まず、構成を説明すると、浴室１には、洗い場３４を有して浴槽２が設けられている。この浴槽２は、浴室１の奥壁３１に対して接触配置されると共に、浴室１の一方の側壁３に対して接触配置されている。即ち、浴槽２は、浴室１の壁に対し二辺以下で接触配置されている。これにより、図から明らかなように浴槽２の短辺部と他方の側壁４との間に介助スペース３０が形成される。

上記浴槽２は、湯舟部５を構成する浴槽本体６と浴槽本体６の側面を覆うエプロン７とを有している。上記浴槽本体６は、前記湯舟部５の上端からフランジ状に外方へ張出されたほぼ水平な上面部８を有しており、この上面部８により、浴槽本体６は、全体として平面視ほぼ矩形状を呈している。尚、図から明らかなように洗い場３４側が長辺部となっている。また、この上面部８の端部は僅かに下方へ曲げられて外周上縁部９を形成している。

前記エプロン７は、浴槽本体６の正面側の側面を覆うフロントエプロン部１０と、浴槽本体６の両横の側面を覆うサイドエプロン部１１とを有している。各エプロン７は、例えば、合板などの芯材１２の表面に化粧板１３を貼り付けた構造を有している。該化粧板１３には、外周部分に前記芯材１２の端面を覆う曲げ縁部１４が形成されている。

且つ、エプロン７の上部の曲げ縁部１４の上方に浴槽本体６の外周上縁部９が載置されるようになっている。

そして、この実施の形態１では、浴槽２の介助スペース３０側の側辺部に移乗台２２を着脱可能に取付ける。移乗台２２の取付手段は、以下の通りである。

即ち、後端にほぼ下方へ延びる下方屈曲部１５を有し、先端にほぼ水平な水平部１６を有するほぼＬ字状をした受金具１７を設け、前記介助スペース３０側のサイドエプロン部１１裏面の芯材１２部分に受金具１７後端の下方屈曲部１５をビスなどの止め具１８で固定するようにする。

また、該受金具１７先端の水平部１６を前記浴槽本体６の上面部８と前記エプロン７の上端部との間から外方へ取り出し可能とする。そのために、サイドエプロン部１１または、浴槽本体６の外周上縁部９に前記水平部１６を通すための凹部１９を形成する。この凹部１９は、図では、サイドエプロン部１１の側に形成されている。また、凹部１９は、通常はシール機能を有する図示しない閉塞部材で塞いでおき、必要な時に閉塞部材を取外せるようにする。

そして、前記受金具１７先端の水平部１６に、ボルト２０およびナット２１などの締結具を用いて移乗台２２を取付ける。移乗台２２の上面は、浴槽本体６の上面部８とほぼ面一とする。

該移乗台２２は、平面視ほぼ円形状をしている。移乗台２２の半径３２は、６０歳以上の男性の座位臀部幅を考慮してほぼ４００ｍｍ程度以上とする。そして、移乗台２２を、浴槽本体６に対して線接触状態などで取付けるため、一部に切欠部２３を形成する。この実施の形態１の場合、移乗台２２を浴槽本体６の洗い場３４側のコーナー部に取付けているので、コーナー部と合致する形状の切欠部２３とする。そして、切欠部２３は、図１に仮想線で示すように、移乗台２２の中心から描いた円が湯舟部５の縁部にほぼ外接する程度の大きさとする。即ち、浴槽本体６の上面部８を含めて、半径４００ｍｍの移乗部分を確保できるように切欠部２３を形成する。

且つ、移乗台２２の端部から他方の側壁４までの間隔３３が、７００ｍｍ程度以上となるようにする。

この際、移乗台２２に多数の水抜孔２４を形成し、この水抜孔２４の幾つかを利用して移乗台２２を受金具１７に取付けるようにする。

更に、前記移乗台２２の下部と浴室床２５との間に脚部材２６を介装する。脚部材２６は上端に取付用のフランジ２７を有し、下端に石突部２８を有している。

そして、前記脚部材２６上端のフランジ２７を前記移乗台２２と同時にボルト２０およびナット２１などの締結具で前記受金具１７先端の水平部１６下部に固定する。この際、脚部材２６下端の石突部２８が浴室床２５に対して非固定係止状態となるようにする。

なお、脚部材２６は、１本に限らず、複数本設けても良い。

次に、この参考例１の作用について説明する。

そして、浴室の使用者に高齢者や身体障害者などの要介助者が発生した場合に、浴槽本体６を持上げ、浴槽本体６の側面を覆うエプロン７（この実施の形態１の場合には、介助スペース３０側のサイドエプロン部１１）の裏面の芯材１２部分に受金具１７後端の下方屈曲部１５をビスなどの止め具１８で固定して、該受金具１７先端の水平部１６を前記浴槽本体６の上面部８と前記エプロン７の上端部との間に形成された凹部１９から外方へ取り出し、前記受金具１７先端の水平部１６に移乗台２２を、ボルト２０およびナット２１などの締結具で取付けるようにする。これにより、簡単に移乗台２２を後付けすることができる。

しかも、浴室床２５に孔などを開けずに腰掛を取付けることができるので、防水工事が不要となり、且つ、施工も短時間で行うことができる。

この際、前記移乗台２２の下部と浴室床２５との間に脚部材２６を介装し、脚部材２６上端のフランジ２７を前記移乗台２２と同時にボルト２０およびナット２１などの締結具で前記受金具１７先端の水平部１６下部に固定し、脚部材２６下端の石突部２８が浴室床２５に対して非固定係止状態となるようにする。

このように、前記移乗台２２の下部と浴室床２５との間に脚部材２６を介装することにより、脚部材２６によって移乗台２２を強固に支持させることができる。

また、脚部材２６の上端を前記受金具１７の先端下部または前記移乗台２２の下部に固定し、且つ、脚部材２６の下端を浴室床２５に対して非固定係止状態とすることにより、浴室床２５に孔などを開けずに脚部材２６を取付けることができるので、防水工事を不要とすることができる。

そして、浴槽２と浴室１の他方の側壁４との間に介助スペース３０を形成し、浴槽２の介助スペース３０の側の辺部に移乗台２２を取付けることにより、入槽時に、車付きシャワーチェアや車椅子などの移動手段を移乗台２２へ横付けして、移動手段から移乗台２２へ要介助者を容易に移動させることができ、移動後、移乗台２２から片足ずつ浴槽本体６内へ入れることにより、要介助者の身体的な負担を軽くすることが可能となる。また、出槽時に、介助者が介助スペース３０へ移動することにより、要介助者の背後から介助を行うことが可能となる。これにより、介助スペース３０と洗い場３４からの２人介助なども余裕で行うことが可能となる。

更に、移乗台２２の端部から他方の側壁４までの間隔３３を７００ｍｍ程度以上とすることにより、間隔３３の部分を通して介助スペース３０へ車付きシャワーチェアなどの移動手段を収納することが可能となり、介助スペース３０を有効に使用することが可能となる。なお、上記介助スペース３０は、健常者にとっても、広い浴室空間として有効に活用することが可能である。

加えて、移乗台２２の半径３２をほぼ４００ｍｍ程度以上とすることにより、６０歳以上の男性が安定して使用できるものとすることができる。なお、移乗台２２の半径３２は、使用者に応じた大きさに最適設定することも可能である。

また、移乗台２２を浴槽２の洗い場３４側のコーナー部に設けることにより、介助スペース３０をより広く確保すると共に、車付きシャワーチェアなどの移動手段を移乗台２２に横付けし易くすることができる。
[ 参考例１ ]
図５、図６は、浴槽構造の参考例２を示すものである。なお、前記参考例１と同一ないし均等な部分については、同一の符号を付して説明する。

この参考例２のものでは、移乗台３５をほぼ半長円形状とし、且つ、浴槽本体６の洗い場３４側のコーナー部ではなく、コーナー部近傍に設けるようにしている。

【発明の効果】
以上説明してきたように、請求項１の発明によれば、略矩形の浴槽本体の長辺部側に洗い場を有し、該浴槽本体の短辺部側に浴室の側壁との間の介助スペースを有し、該浴槽本体の前記短辺部と前記長辺部の交わるコーナー部の両辺部に接して、浴槽本体の上面部とほぼ面一に移乗台を取付可能とされ、該移乗台は平面視円形状で、半径４００ｍｍ以上とされ、接線方向に延びて浴槽本体の前記長辺部へ達する直線部分を有する構成としたので、入槽時に、車付きシャワーチェアや車椅子などの移動手段を移乗台へ横付けして、移動手段から移乗台へ要介助者を容易に移動させることができ、移動後、移乗台から片足ずつ浴槽本体内へ入れることにより、要介助者の身体的な負担を軽くすることが可能となる。また、出槽時に、介助者が介助スペースへ移動することにより、要介助者の背後から介助を行うことが可能となる。これにより、介助スペースと洗い場からの２人介助なども余裕で行うことが可能となる。
