【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は無線機に内蔵するプリント基板に関し、特にアンテナ取り付け部と無線回路との間に無線回路の測定用端子を具備するが、アンテナと測定用端子の切替えスイッチを具備せずに無線回路のインピーダンス整合をとろうとするものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、無線回路のプリント基板は、アンテナ取り付け部と無線回路との間に無線回路の測定用端子が設けられ、製造時にこの測定用端子に測定機器のコネクタを接続して試験がされる。そして、インピーダンス整合のためアンテナ取り付け部と測定用端子とを切り替えて無線回路に接続する切替えスイッチが具備されている。

しかしながら、前述の切替えスイッチを具備することはコスト高になる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記従来技術の課題を解決するため本発明のプリント基板は、無線回路とアンテナ取り付け部とを接続する伝送ライン上に測定用端子が並列に接続されたプリント基板において、前記測定用端子とアンテナ取り付け部との間に、誘導性ブロックを伝送ラインに直列に、また容量性ブロックを伝送ラインに並列にこの順番にパターン及びスルーホールにて直接形成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明の一実施形態を示す等価回路図で、矢印Aはアンテナ測定端子側、矢印Bは無線回路側を示す。アンテナ取り付け部aと無線回路とを接続する伝送ラインには測定用端子1が並列に具備されている。そして、整合用のスタブとして、誘導性ブロックbがラインに直列に、容量性ブロックcがラインに並列に具備されている。アンテナ取り付け部aはプリント基板のスルーホールをアンテナ取り付け用孔として用いるものである。また、誘導性ブロックb、容量性ブロックcはプリント基板(ガラスエポキシ材)のパターン及びスルーホールで構成するものである。

測定用端子1に測定機器のコネクタ端子を接続して無線回路側Bの整合(例えば50Ω)がとれた状態である時に、測定用端子1からコネクタ端子を外しアンテナ取り付け部aから見ると無線回路側Bの整合は同様になる。これにより測定用端子1にコネクタ接続した状態と、アンテナ取り付け部aにアンテナを取り付けた状態の両者において無線回路側Bの整合が同様になり、無線回路側Bの動作(特性)は変化しない。

ただし、アンテナ取り付け部aにアンテナを取り付け、同時に測定用端子1にコネクタを接続した場合には、この整合は成り立たなくなる。

以上のように、スタブ用の誘導成分と容量成分をプリント基板自体で直接形成するようにしたので、コストメリットが高く、またバラツキ公差が少ない。

また、アンテナ取り付け部として、プリント基板のスルーホールを用いることによりコストメリットがさらに高まる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明は、従来必要とされた切替えスイッチを不要にして、しかもスタブ用の誘導成分と容量成分をプリント基板のパターン及びスルーホールで直接形成するようにしたのでコストメリットが高まり、かつバラツキ公差が少なくなる。
