Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flower pot with a water supply function used when cultivating a plant close to the plant.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Known as pots used for the cultivation of flowering plants and vegetables (hereinafter collectively referred to as plants) are Japanese-style pots made of clay, Western-style flower pots made of white cement, or flower pots made of synthetic resin. . These flower pots are widely used not only in homes but also in companies and public facilities because they can move to a desired place at any time and can be easily cultivated and appreciated. (For example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-138544, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-3849, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-51149, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-119758)
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to cultivate a plant with a flower pot, it is necessary to supply water with a funnel every day. However, using a funnel to supply water to a large number of flower pots has a problem in that the work becomes complicated. Place the flower pot on the plate, put water in the plate, and use the drain hole for preventing root rot of the plant due to excessive moisture, drilled in the center of the bottom wall of the flower pot. In some cases, water can be sucked into the flower pot, but the drain hole at the bottom of the pot has a diameter of about 1 to 2 cm.
[0004]
When you leave home for several days, or on holidays in a company or public facility, you cannot supply water to the flower pot, the culture soil dries out (especially in summer), and the precious plants die. There was also a point. Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to enable efficient water supply without requiring manual labor and to prevent the plant from decaying. It is to provide a flower pot with a water supply function that can be cultivated smoothly.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the flower pot with a water supply function of the present invention is provided with a through-hole that communicates from the inside to the outside at the bottom of the pot body, and the water supply mat is detachably attached to the outside of the bottom. As an attaching means, a concave groove is provided in the lower end portion of the pot peripheral wall, and the outer peripheral portion of the water supply mat and the ring are inserted into the concave groove, and the water supply mat is detachably fixed by the ring.
[0006]
Since the through-hole communicates from the inside of the pot body to the outside, and a water supply mat is attached to the outside of the bottom part, if the bottom of the pot body is placed on a water supply material containing moisture, the pot is removed from the water supply mat. Water can be naturally supplied to the culture soil placed in the main body. If the pot main body is formed from foamed synthetic resin grains and the pot main body is provided with an infinite number of microscopic voids having water permeability and air permeability, it is more convenient for cultivation of plants.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the flower pot with a water supply function according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8. The flower pot is provided with a through-hole 4 communicating with the outside from the inside of the pot body 1 in the bottom 5 of the pot body 1. The water supply mat 6 is detachably attached to the outside of the bottom portion 5. As a means for attaching the water supply mat 6, a concave groove 5 is provided at the lower end portion of the pot peripheral wall 2, and the outer peripheral portion of the water supply mat 6 and a ring are provided in the concave groove 5. 7 is inserted and the water supply mat 6 is detachably fixed, or the mat holder 20 is fitted and locked to the outer periphery of the lower part of the bowl body 1 from the outside of the water supply mat 6, and the water supply mat 6 is detachably fixed. To do.
[0008]
【Example】
The bowl body 1 is provided with a collar 12 that is slightly larger than the circumferential wall 2 at the top of the peripheral wall 2 that is wide open upward, and the bottom 3 of the bowl body 1 penetrates from the inside of the bowl body 1 to the outside as shown in FIG. A wide opening 4 is provided, or a support wall 16 extending radially from the center is provided at the bottom 3 of the bowl body 1 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 9, and a through hole 4 is formed between the support walls 16. 2 and 6, a stepped portion 15 is provided on the outer periphery of the lower end of the peripheral wall 2, or a concave groove 5 is formed in the lower end of the peripheral wall 2 as shown in FIGS. For example, an ellipse, a quadrangle, a square, a trapezoid, a polygon, or a triangle.
[0009]
The pot body 1 is formed of a foamed synthetic resin, for example, foamed polystyrene, or a general-purpose plastic, such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, ABS, or the like. In this case, the foamed synthetic resin is first pre-foamed to form the foamed synthetic resin particles 9, and then the foamed synthetic resin particles 9 are put into a molding die of the bowl body 1, and heat is applied with high-temperature steam. The grains 9 are expanded, and the expanded synthetic resin grains 9 are brought into close contact with each other by the expansion, and are integrated in a state having innumerable minute voids a.
[0010]
In the bowl body 1 formed of a general-purpose plastic, a bottom wall 13 is provided on the bottom 3 of the peripheral wall 2 as shown in FIGS. 6 and 11, and a plurality of through holes 4 are formed on the bottom wall 13. 8, the through-hole 4 is formed in the bottom wall 13, and a cylindrical portion 14 is provided at the center of the bottom wall 13, and the pin 8 is inserted and locked to the cylindrical portion 14 from the outside of the water supply mat 6. Is to stop. The bottom wall 13 provided on the bottom 3 has a ring-shaped portion 1a at the center and a beam portion 1b extending in a radial direction from the ring-shaped portion 1a, or a tube portion 14 and a ring-shaped portion 1a centered on the tube portion 14. And a crosspiece 1b extending in the radial direction from the cylindrical portion 14.
[0011]
The water supply mat 6 is formed of, for example, a nylon-based nonwoven fabric or cotton cloth having excellent water absorption and durability and having a capillary phenomenon, and is formed in at least two to three types within a range of water absorption power of 40 to 60%. In addition, the water supply mat 6 is selected and attached according to the cultivated plant. The cross-sectional shape of the ring 7 is wedge-shaped upward. The ring 7 directly pushes the outer periphery of the water supply mat 6 into the concave groove 5 of the bowl body 1 and detachably locks the outer periphery of the water supply mat 6. After inserting into the concave groove 5 of the bowl main body 1, the ring 7 is inserted into the concave groove 5 and is detachably locked.
[0012]
The mat holding body 20 is provided with a surrounding wall 22 fitted to the lower part of the bowl main body 1 on the outer periphery of the countersink wall 21 that contacts the outside of the water supply mat 6, and is engaged with the stepped portion 15 of the main body peripheral wall 2 at the tip of the surrounding wall 22. It has the latching | locking part 23 to stop, and if the notch 24 is provided in the surrounding wall 22 with an appropriate space | interval like FIG. 14, the surrounding wall 22 can be made elastic toward the inside and outside. The countersink wall 21 of the holding body 20 is formed of a ring-shaped part 1a provided at the center as shown in FIG. 13 and a crosspiece part 1b extending radially from the ring-shaped part 1a.
[0013]
In the bowl body 1 in which the support wall 16 is provided on the bottom 3 of the peripheral wall 2 or the bowl body 1 in which the bottom wall 13 is provided on the bottom 3 of the peripheral wall 2, the water supply mat 6 is attached to the support wall 16 and the bottom wall 13. It is also possible to touch. In the pot body 1 formed of a general-purpose plastic, the support pieces 17 protrude from the bottom 3 of the peripheral wall 2 toward the inner periphery at appropriate intervals as shown in FIG. 12, and when the same flower pots are stacked, the support pieces 17 It is also possible to limit the insertion of flowerpots.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 15, the pin 8 forms a wedge portion 8c slightly larger than the leg portion 8b at the tip of the leg portion 8b depending from the head portion 8a, and a notch 18 is provided from the leg portion 8b to the wedge portion 8c. It is desirable to divide into two parts. The ring 7, the pin 8, and the mat holder 20 are formed of the same kind of general-purpose plastic as the bowl body 1.
[0015]
Since the flower pot with a water supply function according to the present invention has the above-described structure, the pot body 1, the mat holder 20, the ring 7 and the like are individually formed in advance, and the water supply mat 6 is stacked on the outside of the bottom 3 of the pot body 1, The outer periphery of the water supply mat 6 is inserted into the recessed groove 5 of the bottom 3 with the ring 7 and the water supply mat 6 is detachably attached, or the holding body is attached to the lower part of the bowl body 1 from the outside of the water supply mat 6 stacked on the bottom 3. 20 is fitted, and the water supply mat 6 is detachably attached. However, the water supply mat 6 can be attached in the distribution process of the pots and pots, or can be attached by the purchaser.
[0016]
The flower pot of the present invention forms a large through hole 4 in the bottom 3, and the through hole 4 is closed by a water supply mat 6 attached to the outside of the bottom 3, and the water supply mat 6 is attached to a plate-like mat holder 20. Or a support wall 16 provided on the bottom 3 of the pot body 1 so that the culture soil can be put into the pot body 1 as usual and plants can be implanted in the culture soil. It is also possible to add fertilizer to the culture soil or supply water to the plant with a funnel.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
Since the flower pot with a water supply function according to the present invention has the above-described structure, the following effects are achieved. Since the bottom of the bowl body is formed with a through hole that communicates from the inside to the outside, and a water supply mat is attached to the outside of the bottom, the bottom of the bowl body should be placed on a water supply material that contains moisture. By the capillary phenomenon of the water supply mat, water is supplied quickly and reliably to the culture soil placed in the pot body. As a result, it can be cultivated satisfactorily without manually supplying water every day.
[0018]
Since the water supply mat can absorb water by capillary action, the culture soil can always be kept in a moderately moist state over a long period of time. As a result, the labor of water supply can be saved and the plant can be cultivated well, so it is optimal as a plant pot installed in a company or public facility, a park, or a home garden where daily care is difficult. This is especially beneficial when you are away for many days at home, or on holidays in a company or public facility.
[0019]
Since the water supply mat is detachably fastened to the bottom of the pot body, it can be cultivated in an optimum state by changing to a water supply mat having a water absorption capacity according to the cultivated plant. Moreover, since water is supplied from the bottom of the flower pot, it is most suitable when plant seedlings grown by hydroponics are transplanted to the flower pot and cultivated in the flower pot. In addition, in a flower pot formed from a general-purpose plastic, the wall thickness can be made thin, so that a large number of empty flower pots can be deeply fitted and stored or transported.
[0020]
In particular, in a flower pot formed from foamed synthetic resin grains, an infinite number of minute voids leading to the inside and outside are generated, which is more convenient for cultivation of plants. That is, since water is directly supplied from the flower pot to the culture soil by the capillary action of the micro gap, it is possible to supply the culture soil without excess or deficiency without human intervention, and to the culture soil in the flower pot through the micro gap. Since the outside air circulates, the root rot of plants can be prevented and healthy growth can be maintained.
