Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connector of an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, and more particularly to a connector of an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus for connecting a cable to the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus main body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 6 is a schematic system configuration diagram of a conventional ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.
As shown in FIG. 6, a connector receiving portion 102 having a built-in female connector protrudes from the side surface of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus main body 101, and a lock rod described below is provided at a substantially central portion of the connector receiving portion 102. A lock hole 102a to be inserted is formed. A display device 103 for displaying a subject (living body) is rotatably attached to the upper surface side of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 101.
[0003]
In addition, the vibrator unit 104 is connected to one end of a cable 105 containing a large number of signal lines, and the connector 106 containing a male connector is connected to the other end of the cable 105. The ultrasonic probe is constituted by the connector 106. The connector 106 is inserted into the connector receiving portion 102 and is fixed by a lock. Here, the function of the vibrator unit 104 is to change the electric signal transmitted from the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus main body 101 into sound (ultrasound) and transmit it to the living body, receive the sound reflected from the living body, It is to be sent to the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 101 instead of a signal.
[0004]
The configuration of the connector 106 will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 7, the connector 106 includes an outer case 110 formed of a metal plate for suppressing radiated electromagnetic waves and shielding external electromagnetic waves, and the same radiated electromagnetic waves arranged on the opening side of the outer case 110. Magnetic shield cup 111 formed of a metal plate for suppressing noise and shielding external electromagnetic waves, a male pin (contact terminal) 112 disposed in the magnetic shield cup 111, and a support base for supporting the male pin 112 113, a lock rod 115 to be inserted into the lock hole 2a, a lock pin 116 which is rotationally engaged with the lock hole 2a projecting on the tip end side of the lock rod 115, and the lock rod 115 And a lever 117 for locking the rotation.
[0005]
On the inner surface in the longitudinal direction of the magnetic shield cup 111, a protrusion 114 for fitting and fixing to the connector receiving portion 102 is provided toward the inner surface.
According to the connector having the above configuration, the adhesiveness with the connector receiving portion 102 of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus main body 101 is good, so that the functions of suppressing radiated electromagnetic waves and shielding external electromagnetic waves can be sufficiently achieved.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the probe needs to be replaced depending on the purpose of diagnosis. However, with the connector 106 and the connector receiving portion 102 having the conventional configuration, the insertion / extraction operation at the time of the replacement is not easy (the insertion / extraction was hard).
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a connector for an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus that facilitates the insertion / removal of the connector with respect to the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus main body while ensuring adhesion and shielding properties.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the invention according to claim 1 is directed to an ultrasonic probe in which an ultrasonic probe is connected to one end of a cable and the other end of the cable is fitted into a connector receiving portion of an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus body. the connector of the diagnostic device, and the magnetic shield cup fitted in the connector receiving portion, and a outer casing for covering said magnetic shield cup, the magnetic shield cup, modified by the connector receiving portion is fitted In addition, a gap is provided between the outer case and the outer case so as not to prevent the deformation . According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the gap for preventing deformation is formed between the magnetic shield cup and the outer case, the magnetic shield cup is pushed and expanded when being inserted into and removed from the connector receiving portion. Can be inserted and removed smoothly.
[0008]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that a contact convex portion having a gap is provided in the magnetic shield cup.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the magnetic shield cup is made of an elastic member, and the contact convex portion is formed to project from the magnetic shield cup made of the elastic member.
According to the second and third aspects of the present invention, since the magnetic shield cup is made of an elastic member, the magnetic shield cup has an adhesive property due to the elasticity of the elastic member when being inserted into and removed from the connector receiving portion. It is possible to smoothly insert and remove while ensuring.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on the illustrated embodiment. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to already demonstrated part and duplication description is abbreviate | omitted.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of the embodiment with the outer case opened, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the magnetic shield cup, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the magnetic shield cup along the line III-III in FIG. It is.
[0010]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the magnetic shield cup 2 is made of an elastic member formed of a stainless material , and the plate thickness is preferably, for example, 0.3 mm. The magnetic shield cup 2 is configured to be slightly smaller than the conventional shield cup 111 (see FIG. 7), and as a result, between the magnetic shield cup 2 and the outer case 110 is about 0.2 mm across the entire surface. A gap (gap) G is formed. The gap is 1/100 of the wavelength for shielding the electromagnetic wave, and there is no problem (can be sufficiently shielded), and the current ultrasonic probe has the effect of shielding the electromagnetic wave in the vicinity of 130 MHz. In this case, since 1/100 of the wavelength is 250 mm, the gap may be less than that. On the side surface of the magnetic shield cup 2 in the longitudinal direction, ten protrusions 3 are formed so as to protrude in parallel with the openings toward the inner surface of the shield cup.
[0011]
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the outer case 110 and the magnetic shield cup 2 of the connector 1.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 4A, the gap G is formed over the entire circumference between the outer case 110 and the magnetic shield cup 2 as described above. In this state, as shown in FIG. 4B, when the connector 1 is inserted into the connector receiving portion 102 of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus body, the magnetic shield cup 2 is pushed and expanded in the gap G direction, and the protrusion 3 is It is crushed.
[0013]
Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4C, since there was no gap between the outer case 110 and the magnetic shield cup 111, the insertion and removal of the connector receiving portion 102 and the connector 106 was hard. According to the example, the insertion / extraction can be easily performed.
Further, since the gap G is sufficiently small as described above, it is possible to reliably suppress the radiated electromagnetic wave and shield the external electromagnetic wave.
[0014]
[Modification]
FIG. 5 shows a modification of the protrusion 3 </ b> A protruding from the magnetic shield cup 2.
As shown in FIG. 5, a protrusion 3A is cut and raised toward the inner surface side of the magnetic shield cup 2, and a gap 4 is formed between the protrusion 3A and the plate material of the magnetic shield cup.
Even with the protrusion 3A formed in this manner, good connector insertion / extraction, suppression of radiated electromagnetic waves, and shielding of external electromagnetic waves can be reliably performed as in the above-described embodiment.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the invention described in each claim, since a gap is formed between the magnetic shield cup constituting the connector and the outer case, the connector is connected to the connector receiving portion of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus main body. When inserting and removing the magnetic shield cup, the spread magnetic shield cup is received by the gap, so that the insertion and removal can be performed smoothly, and the radiation electromagnetic wave can be suppressed and the external electromagnetic wave can be shielded reliably.
