Description
【0001】

By the way, in an automobile having a so-called FR layout in which the engine is disposed at the front part of the vehicle body so that the output shaft extends in the front-rear direction and the rear wheels are driven, the power train from the engine to the differential gear unit between the rear wheels is mounted on the vehicle body. In general, the engine, the transmission, and the differential gear device are supported on the vehicle body with a pair of mounts (and therefore 6 points), respectively. Because the transmission is supported by a low-rigidity floor tunnel that extends in the front-rear direction on the vehicle interior floor, the shared load of this mission mount is smaller than other engine mounts and differential mounts, stopping its pitching movement Is the main role. Therefore, the engine mount is disposed near the center of gravity of the engine.
[0004]
On the other hand, the case of the transmission and the differential gear unit are connected to each other by a rigid tube (PPF) through which the propeller shaft passes, so that the power train of the engine, transmission, and differential gear unit is rigidly integrated. There is something to do. Unlike the conventional mounting device described above, the engine and the differential gear device are each supported by a pair of left and right mounts (and therefore four points), and the position of the engine is reduced by the amount that the mission mount is omitted. Can be lowered.
[0005]
On the other hand, to soften the engine mount to stop engine movement and make it difficult for external vibration to enter, move the position of the engine mount in the vehicle width direction to the outside of the vehicle body as much as possible to move the left and right engine mounts. Increase the distance between them, and move the front and back positions of the engine mount as far as possible to increase the distance from the differential mount, and the height of the engine mount is high enough to approach the engine rotation center (torque roll shaft) It is required to do.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such points, and its main purpose is to improve the structure of the engine mount device in order to satisfy the above requirements, thereby increasing the distance between the left and right engine mounts, and The purpose is to increase the height of each engine mount.
[0007]
