Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a mobile phone of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The mobile phone of the present invention The cellular phone 6 formed to be foldable is provided with a finger insertion hole 66 through which a finger can be inserted only when the cellular phone 6 is opened. Have .
[0012]
Figure 1 Thru figure 3 Is an example, and the mobile phone 6 has a lower end of the upper half 61 of the mobile phone 6 and an upper end of the lower half 62 of the mobile phone 6 that are pivotally attached 63 so that they can be folded together. While the back surfaces of the opposed end portions of the upper and lower half portions 61 and 62 connected by the pivoting portion 63 are formed in a convex arc-shaped surface, in the folded state, they form a semicircular curved facing surface 65, The upper and lower end portions of the finger strap 64 are attached to the vicinity of the pivot 63 on the back surface 61a of the upper half 61 and the back surface 62a of the lower half 62 of the mobile phone 6, respectively. The upper and lower end portions of the finger strap 64 are respectively connected to the vicinity of the pivoting portion 63 on the back surface 61a of the upper half 61 and the back surface 62a of the lower half portion 62 through the surface fastener, It may be attached detachably.
[0013]
Specifically, the belt-like body 64 is flexible and has a rectangular shape that is long in the vertical direction, and the upper end of the belt-like body 64 is the back surface 61a of the upper half 61 of the mobile phone 6. The lower end portion of the belt-like body 64 is integrally attached to the vicinity of the upper end of the central portion in the width direction of the back surface 62a of the lower half 62 of the mobile phone 6. ing.
[0014]
And in the state where the mobile phone 6 is folded, FIG. 2 As shown in FIG. 4, the inner surface 64a of the belt-like body 64 is in contact with the curved opposing surface 65 at the opposing end portions of the upper and lower half portions 61 and 62 that are pivotally connected to each other by a pivoting portion 63. 6 is deployed, the strip 64 is separated from the curved facing surface 65 of the mobile phone 6 and between the inner surface 64a of the strip 64 and the back of the opposite end portions of the upper and lower halves 61 and 62 of the mobile phone 6. The mobile phone 6 is configured to form a finger insertion hole 66 through which a finger can be inserted.
[0015]
That is, figure 2 The upper and lower halves 61 and 62 of the cellular phone 6 in the folded state shown in FIG. 3 When deployed, the curved facing surfaces 65 of the upper and lower halves 61 and 62 of the mobile phone, which are in contact with the inner surface 64a of the band 64, move away from the inner surface 64a of the band 64. However, a finger insertion hole 66 through which a finger can be inserted is formed between the inner surface 64a of the belt-like body 64 and the rear face of the opposite end portions of the upper and lower half portions 61 and 62 that are spread out flush with each other.
[0016]
Further, when the upper and lower half portions 61 and 62 of the mobile phone 6 are folded in a folded state, the back surface of the opposed end portions of the upper and lower half portions 61 and 62 that have been unfolded in a flat surface is changed into a curved facing surface 65. It moves toward the curved inner surface 64a of the body 64, and finally, the curved facing surfaces 65 of the upper and lower halves 61 and 62 are in full contact with the curved inner surface 64a of the band-shaped body 64.
[0017]
When using the mobile phone 6 configured as described above, 2 The cellular phone 6 in the folded state shown in FIG. 1 And figure 3 As shown in FIG. Then, the front surface 61b of the upper half 61 of the mobile phone 6 and the front surface 62b of the lower half 62 are both exposed forward, and the back surface 61a and the lower half 62 of the upper half 61 of the mobile phone 6 are exposed. The back surfaces 62a of the mobile phone 6 are spread out to form the back surface of the mobile phone 6 so that the mobile phone 6 can be used. On the other hand, the curved opposing surfaces of the upper and lower half portions 61 and 62 of the mobile phone 6 are developed to be flush with each other while being separated from the curved inner surface 64a of the strip 64, and the inner surface 64a of the strip 64 and the upper and lower halves 61 and 62 are separated. A finger insertion hole 66 through which a finger can be inserted is formed between the opposite end portion back surfaces.
[0018]
Next, figure 1 And the figure 3 One of the right hand and the left hand is inserted into the finger insertion hole 63 of the mobile phone 6 that is in a state of being expanded as shown in FIG. 3 Then, the index finger C of the left hand is inserted and locked, and the mobile phone 6 is stably supported by the index finger C. The middle finger, the ring finger, and the little finger other than the index finger C are placed along the back surface 62a or the side surface 62c of the lower half 62 of the mobile phone 6.
[0019]
At this time, the mobile phone 6 is stably supported in a state where it is prevented from accidentally dropping by the index finger C inserted and locked in the finger insertion hole 66, while the middle finger, ring finger, The little finger is in a free state along the back surface 62a or the side surface 62c of the lower half 62 of the mobile phone 6.
[0020]
Therefore, the thumb 67 is smoothly and accurately moved by appropriately moving the middle finger, ring finger and little finger in a free state, and the button 67 disposed on the front surface 62b of the lower half 62 of the mobile phone 6 stably supported. Can be smoothly and reliably pushed with the thumb T, and the mobile phone 6 can be operated lightly to make and send a call or an e-mail.
[0021]
On the other hand, when the use of the mobile phone 6 is finished, after the index finger C inserted and locked into the finger insertion hole 66 is removed from the finger insertion hole 66, 1 The mobile phone 6 in the unfolded state shown in FIG. Then, the back surfaces of the opposed end portions of the upper and lower half portions 61 and 62 that were unfolded in the same plane moved toward the curved inner surface 64a of the belt-like body 64 while changing to the curved opposed surface 65. 2 As shown in FIG. 5, the curved facing surfaces 65 of the upper and lower half portions 61 and 62 are in full contact with the curved inner surface 64a of the strip 64.
[0022]
Therefore, there is no risk that the strip 64 will be tangled or caught on something unexpectedly, and therefore the strip 64 does not hinder the mobile phone 6 when it is folded and carried. Can be carried.
[0023]
In the above description, the case where the finger hanging band 64 is formed of a flexible material has been shown. However, the finger hanging band 64 is formed of an elastic body such as rubber so as to be vertically stretchable. It may be.
[0024]
The second 2 As an example, 1 In the central portion in the length direction of the outer surface 64b of the finger strap 64 of the cellular phone 6 shown in the embodiment, 4 And figure 5 As shown in FIG. 4, a finger-holding plate body 68 is attached, and the finger-holding plate body 68 and the finger-hanging belt-like body 64 form a finger locking portion 69 that can lock the finger. Also good. That is, the finger-hanging plate 68 is formed in a front circular plate shape having a diameter larger than the width of the belt-like body 64, and the center portion of the back surface 68a is set to the center portion in the vertical direction of the outer surface 64b of the belt-like body 64. It is stuck. The first 1 The same structural parts as those of the cellular phone of the embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.
[0025]
In the state in which the upper and lower half portions 61 and 62 of the mobile phone 6 are deployed centering on the pivot attachment portion 63, FIG. 4 As shown in FIG. 5, the finger-hanging strip 64 is spaced rearward from the curved facing surface 65 of the upper and lower halves 61 and 62 of the mobile phone 6 and the finger-hanging plate 68 is lifted from the rear surface of the pivoting portion of the mobile phone 6. It becomes a state.
[0026]
In this state, either the right hand or the left hand (Figure 4 Then, the two fingers of the left hand, for example, the index finger C and the middle finger A are locked to the finger locking portion 69 in the following procedure. That is, when the outer surfaces of the upper half and the lower half of the outer surface 64b of the strip 64 are sandwiched between the index finger C and the middle finger A, the upper and lower half portions of the strip 64 are in close contact with the surfaces of the index finger C and the middle finger A, respectively. While approaching each other, that is, curved and deformed in an arc shape toward the center of the inner surface of the finger hanging plate 68, the upper and lower half portions of the curved deformed strip 64 and the inner surface of the finger hanging plate 68 The index finger C and the middle finger A are respectively locked to the mobile phone 6 so that the mobile phone 6 can be stably supported. 1 Similarly to the embodiment, the mobile phone 6 can be operated lightly by moving the thumb T smoothly and accurately and pressing the button 67 smoothly and reliably with the thumb T.
[0027]
Further, in addition to the usage method in which the upper and lower halves of the finger strap 64 are clamped from the outer surface by the two fingers A and C as described above, 1 As in the embodiment, a single finger is provided between the inner surface of the finger-hanging strip 64 that is curved and deformed backward in the state in which the mobile phone 6 is unfolded, and the back of the pivotal attachment portions of the upper and lower half portions 61 and 62 of the mobile phone 6. For example, the mobile phone 6 may be stably supported by inserting and hooking the index finger C in a detachable manner.
[0028]

Further, pivoting protrusions 81b 'and 81b' extend downward from the left and right open ends of the peripheral wall 81b of the case upper half 81, while the left and right openings of the peripheral wall 82b of the case lower half 82 are extended. The pivot protrusions 82b 'and 82b' are extended upward from the end, and the protrusions 81b 'and 81b' and the protrusions 82b 'and 82b' are connected to each other by pivots 83 and 83 such as pins. It is worn. In this way, the case upper half 81 and the case lower half 82 are pivotally mounted about the pivots 83 and 83 so as to be pivotable up and down, thereby forming a foldable case main body 80.
[0046]
The case main body 80 inserts the upper half 91 of the mobile phone E into the recess 81c of the case upper half 81 and the lower half 92 into the recess 82c of the case lower half 82, respectively. When the case main body 80 is folded with the mobile phone E stored in the case main body 80, the opposite end portions of the back plates 81a and 82a of the case upper and lower half portions 81 and 82 are separated from each other. Rotating about the pivots 83, 83 in the direction, an opening 88 is formed between the opposite ends of the back plates 81a, 82a of the case upper and lower halves 81, 82, and the curved facing surface 94 of the mobile phone E is While the case main body 80 is unfolded while passing through the opening 88 and projecting rearward, the opposite end portions of the back plates 81a and 82a of the case upper and lower half portions 81 and 82 move in a direction approaching each other. Thus, the opening 88 is closed, and the back surfaces 81d and 82d of the case upper and lower half portions 81 and 82 are unfolded in a flush manner. It is configured to form a rear surface 87 of the case main body 80.
[0047]
Further, an antenna exposure hole 81e for exposing the antenna 91a at the upper end of the upper half 91 of the mobile phone E to the outside is formed in the upper corner of the recess 81c of the case upper half 81. It is drilled between the inner and outer surfaces.
[0048]
In order to prevent the cellular phone E from dropping unexpectedly from the case main body 80 toward the front, the peripheral wall 81b is formed from any part of the front opening edge of the peripheral wall 81b of the case upper half 81 and the peripheral wall 82b of the case lower half 82. When holding the mobile phone E in the case main body 80 by integrally projecting a holding claw body (not shown) toward the inside of the peripheral wall 82b and 81b, the above-mentioned claw body is attached to the mobile phone E. It may be configured such that the nail body holds the mobile phone E while being locked to the front surface.
[0049]
