BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a long material distribution management method and a core tube used for the management method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, medicines prescribed in medical institutions can be automatically packaged one by one on wrapping paper by using a medicine packaging device for the purpose of improving work efficiency. In addition, a medicine bag for containing the packaged medicine is also a prescription in which predetermined information such as the patient's name, the number of medicines to be accommodated, and the dosage method is inputted from the terminal by the doctor by using the medicine bag printing device. Has been automatically printed based on (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
For this reason, a plurality of the wrapping paper and medicine bags wound around a cylindrical core tube in the state of a long material are collectively supplied to a medical institution. The core tube around which the long material is wound is attached to a medicine packaging device or a medicine bag printing device, and the long material is sequentially rewound, and processing such as medicine packaging or printing is performed according to each device. The used core tube is stored in a predetermined position, and is periodically replaced with a core tube not using the long material.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-202301
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Regarding the supply time of the core tube and the maintenance time of the long material processing apparatus to which the core tube is attached and detached, the provider side periodically checks the stock status of the core tube and the operation status of the long material processing device, The current situation is dealing with it.
[0006]
However, the amount of long material used is affected by hospitals and seasonal differences, and is not necessarily constant. For this reason, it is necessary for the provider side to predict the replacement time of the core tube and to make a plan for the production and supply of the core tube. However, this prediction is difficult, and the more medical institutions to provide, the more the plan Is troublesome. In general, on a long material for a medicine bag, information determined by prescription such as the number of medicines and a medication method is printed by a medicine bag printing device, and a hospital name or the like is printed in advance. Therefore, when an order is received after there is no unused core tube, there is a problem that the supply is delayed and the treatment at the hospital is hindered.
[0007]
In addition, the maintenance of the long material processing equipment was performed at the same time as the replacement of the core tube. However, the service is uneven between the place where the core tube is frequently replaced and the place where it is not, and the maintenance takes time. For this reason, there exists a problem that the replacement | exchange operation | work of a core pipe cannot be performed smoothly.
[0008]
Furthermore, when a long material processing apparatus breaks down, if it is dealt with after receiving a notification, the packaging of medicines and the printing of medicine bags cannot be performed, and there is also a problem that the work at medical institutions is hindered.
[0009]
Furthermore, the conventional core pipe has a cylindrical shape made of plastic or the like, and has a hollow space, so there is a problem that the occupied space is large. Therefore, when the number of core tubes to be stored increases, the storage space for other items is restricted, and in some cases, a reusable core tube is discarded. In particular, in the core tube used in the medicine bag manufacturing and printing apparatus, since the outer diameter cannot be made smaller than a certain size because it is necessary to avoid the wrapping paper from being curved, the problem of the storage space becomes significant. . Moreover, the width dimension of the wrapping paper used for the packaging of the medicine is not necessarily constant, and there is a problem that a core tube is required for each different width dimension.
[0010]
Accordingly, the present invention predicts the replacement time of the core tube and the maintenance time of the device by observing the usage status of the long material and the operating status of the device, and the core tube and the long length capable of taking appropriate measures It is an object to provide a material processing apparatus and a long material distribution management system.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a long material distribution management system is
A communication unit that wraps a long material and transmits / receives a signal carrying processing information, a storage unit that stores the processing information, and processing information received by the communication unit is stored in the storage unit, and is stored in the storage unit. A core tube including a control unit that transmits the processed information via the communication unit ;
The core tube is detachably attached, performs predetermined processing on the long material wound around the core tube, the remaining amount detecting means for detecting the remaining amount of the long material, and, from time measuring means for measuring a detection time A long processing apparatus comprising a processing information detection means configured, and a transmission means for transmitting processing information detected by the processing information detection means to the communication means of the core tube ;
A core tube recovery processing device comprising a reading means for reading processing information stored in the storage unit transmitted through the communication unit of the core tube at the time of recovery of the core tube;
When there is no accumulated data related to the processing information in the processing information detection means of the long material processing apparatus, the core tube collection processing apparatus has delivery data and processing information in the processing information detection means of another long material processing apparatus. In comparison with the accumulated data, the next usage amount is predicted by referring to the usage amount of the long material close.
[0012]
When the accumulated data related to the processing information in the processing information detection means of the long material processing apparatus is 3 months or less, the core tube collection processing device uses the long material per day calculated from the current accumulated data It is preferable to predict the usage amount for the next predetermined period based on the above.
[0013]
When there is accumulated data for more than one year and less than one year, the core tube collection processing device compares the accumulated data related to the processing information in the processing information detection means of other long material processing devices, It is preferable to predict the next usage amount based on accumulated data in which the difference in the usage amount of the long material is within a certain range.
[0014]
When there is accumulated data exceeding one year, the core tube collection processing device compares the amount of long material used in the previous period and the current period, and if the amount of change is within a certain range, the previous use While the future usage amount is predicted based on the amount, if it is not within a certain range, it is preferable to correct the current usage amount with reference to the accumulated data of other long material processing apparatuses.
[0015]
In addition, when there is accumulated data for two years or more, the core pipe collection processing device preferably predicts the usage amount based on the change trend of the usage amount in the same month of each year.
[0016]
The core pipe collection processing device determines whether the predicted usage amount for each month until the end of March exceeds the normal production amount for each month, and the predicted usage amount for each month indicates normal production for each month. If the amount is less than the amount, the normal production amount up to one month later is determined as the predicted usage amount, but if the predicted usage amount for each month exceeds the normal production amount for each month, it is preferable to adjust the production amount .

[0052]
Then, it is determined whether or not there is a response by emitting the microwave (step S34), and if there is a response, write information is transmitted (step S35). Here, in order to determine whether or not the information has been correctly written, by receiving the microwave from the transponder 14 (step S35), it is determined whether or not it matches the write data (step S38). . If they match, the process ends. If they do not match, the writing process is performed again, and the process is repeated until the writing fails three times (step S37). [0056]
First, it is determined whether or not there is accumulated data relating to a medical institution for which production is to be predicted (step S41). If there is no accumulated data relating to the medical institution for which the production amount is to be predicted, delivery data such as order results so far is read (step S44), and the usage amount per month is estimated (step S45). Next, it is determined whether there is accumulated data in another medical institution corresponding to the estimated month (step S46). If there is corresponding stored data, it is determined whether or not it is applicable in order from the closest usage amount (the predicted usage amount has been calculated or can be calculated) (step S47). Then, if applicable, the predicted usage amount that has already been calculated or newly calculated is read (step S48) and corrected based on the difference in the usage amount compared in step S46 until after three months. (Step S49). If there is no accumulated data, or if it is unsuitable for predicting usage, it is assumed that the monthly usage calculated based on delivery data will not change over the next three months. The amount of use up to three months later is predicted (step S50). At the same time, based on the collection data based on the
[0057]
If there is accumulated data relating to a medical institution whose production volume is to be predicted, it is determined whether or not the accumulated data exceeds three months (step S42). Here, the reason for selecting March as a guideline for judgment is that it corresponds to the fact that orders from medical institutions are generally made in the cycle of March, and the season (in Japan, there are four seasons and changes in the cycle of March. This is to take into account the difference.
[0058]
If the accumulated data does not exceed March, first, the accumulated data is read (step S51), and the usage amount per month is determined (step S52). In this case, if the accumulated data is less than one month, the usage amount per month is calculated from the average usage amount per day. If the usage amount per month is determined in this way, the usage amount up to three months later is predicted in the same manner as in steps S46 to S49 (steps S53 to S56). The collected data indicates the actual usage amount of the
[0059]
When the accumulated data regarding the medical institution for which the production amount is to be predicted exceeds March, it is further determined whether or not it exceeds one year (step S43).
[0060]
If the accumulated data exceeds March but is within one year, it is determined that it is possible to read the change in the usage amount of the

When the accumulated data regarding the medical institution for which the production amount is to be predicted exceeds one year, it is determined that the data indicating the usage amount of the
[0062]
The amount of use obtained as described above is predicted based on accumulated data indicating the actual usage status of the
[0063]
Next, a production plan is made by performing production aggregation based on the predicted usage until March.
[0064]
That is, it is determined whether or not the predicted usage amount for each month up to three months exceeds the normal production amount for each month (step S69). If there is no month in which the predicted usage exceeds the normal production, the production up to one month later is determined as the predicted usage (step S70). If there is a month when the predicted usage exceeds the normal production, production is advanced (step S71). As a result, it is possible to prevent a problem that production is not in time, and to perform stable production by eliminating variations in the production amount of each month.
[0065]
Here, when the predicted usage amount after one month exceeds the normal production amount, the production amount is adjusted as follows. For example, since the stock quantity is known for each medical institution, the production of the medical institution that is not used up for at least one month from the predicted usage is postponed and turned to the next month. If it is not possible to cope with the adjustment of the production amount in this way, the production amount up to one month later is corrected to be larger than usual so that the delivery can be made in time.
[0066]
In this way, production is performed based on the production plan up to one month later. This production plan is reviewed every month. The reason for reviewing the production plan every month is that the accumulated data of each medical institution surely increases after one month, so that the
[0067]
Further, if the accumulated data increases and the error with the actual usage amount decreases, the prediction period may be further extended from March. As a result, it is possible to eliminate a variation in production volume every month and to establish a stable production system.
[0068]
In addition, when the number of deliveries is entrusted by a medical institution, the quantity and timing of the next delivery can be easily predicted, so if an order exceeding the production quantity is predicted, the quantity delivered on the immediate delivery date It is also possible to cope with this by reducing.

[0071]
On the other hand, if the item does not correspond to an urgent item, it is determined whether or not the error information has increased by 20% from the previous time (step S85). If the error information has increased by more than 20%, it is determined whether or not the influence on the performance of the long
[0072]
If the increase amount of the error information is less than 20% than the previous time, it is determined whether or not the error information has decreased (step S88). If the error information increases, it is determined that the increase amount is 0 to 20%. Therefore, it is determined whether or not the increased error has an effect on workability (step S99). For example, the same processing as in step S44 is performed, and if there is no influence, a worker is dispatched during the week (step S90).
[0073]
If there is no error information or if the error information has decreased, it is determined whether or not maintenance has been performed for a long time (step S91). If the maintenance is not performed for a long period of time, the same processing as the step S87 is performed.
[0074]
Further, it is determined whether or not maintenance has been performed recently (step S92). If the maintenance has just been performed, the state is observed until the next collection of the core tube 1 (step S93). On the other hand, if the maintenance time is not recent, it is determined whether the error information includes an element of interest (step S94). Here, the element to be worried about refers to a phenomenon such as when the collected data such as the heater temperature and the packaging speed, which is monitoring information, is measured higher or lower than the standard. If there is an element to be worried about, the same processing as step S90 is carried out.

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the long material distribution management system according to the present invention, if processing information such as the usage status of the long material or error data in the long material processing apparatus is generated, All processing information can be stored in storage means provided in the core tube. Therefore, it is possible to make a supply plan, a maintenance plan, etc. of the core tube by analyzing with the core tube recovery processing device based on the stored data. Accordingly, it is possible to appropriately deal with the supply of the long material and the long material processing apparatus before the failure occurs, and it is possible to provide a better service to the user.
