本発明は、天井構造や壁構造に埋込み室内の空気を送風により換気する換気装置に関し、特に室内側に着脱可能なグリルを備えた換気装置に関するものである。

天井構造や壁構造に埋込まれ室内の空気を送風により換気する従来の換気装置としては例えば、特開平11―132524号公報に示されているものを挙げることができる。この換気装置は図6に示すように、本体2と室内側に装着されるグリル3を備えている。本体2は、天井裏の空間等に室内吸込口4を室内に臨ませて取付けられ、組込まれている送風機により室内吸込口4から吸込んだ室内の空気を一側に設けられた排気口部に接続されるダクトを介して室外へ排気するものである。本体2の排気口部は、本体2の一側に着脱可能に装着されたシャッターを組込んだ接続枠により構成されている。本体2の室内吸込口4の口縁には外方へ張出す多角形状の取付フランジ20が形成されていて、この取付フランジ20を天井面に沿わせた状態で取付けられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した従来の換気装置においては、本体2のダクトとの接続方向(排気方向)が決まってしまうと、天井面に対する取付フランジ20の向きも決まり、グリル3の向きも決まってしまう。そのため天井面の模様や目地の調子にグリル3の向きを合わせることが出来ず、室内側意匠を構成しているグリル3の装着状態での意匠性を生かすことができないといった問題点がある。また、グリル3が樹脂で形成され、掛止片の係合部21への係合により装着するものでは、対向位置の掛止片を係合部21から外しグリル3を下方に引き下すことにより取外すことができるようになっているが、この操作に伴ってグリル3の枠部が弾性変形し、対向位置の掛止片を外そうとするとこの掛止片と90度ずれた位置の掛止片に内側に向かう力が作用し、係合部21に食い込む形態となるため、グリル3の取外しが難しいといった問題点もある。

図1〜図4によって示す本実施の形態は、天井構造や壁構造等の仕切構造1に埋込み室内の空気を送風により換気する換気装置に関するものである。この換気装置は図1,2に示すように、本体2と室内側に装着されるグリル3を備えている。本体2は、天井裏の空間等に室内に臨む開口部である室内吸込口4を室内に臨ませて取付けられ、組込まれている送風機により室内吸込口4から吸込んだ室内の空気を一側に設けられた排気口部に接続されるダクト(図示しない)を介して室外へ排気する。本体2の排気口部は、本体2の一側に着脱可能に装着されたダクト接続枠5により構成されている。
