本発明は、ボビン等を箱体に収納して梱包、輸送する際に、ボビン等を箱体内で固定、保持するためのホビン等用保持板に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、この種の保持具には種々のものが提案さているが、その代表的なものの1つに実公昭46−13513号公報記載のボビン収納用ソケットがある。このソケットは、図15に示すように、円筒状のソケット本体21の下部に鍔22を設けるとともに、ソケット本体21の外周面23に突起物24を設けたものであって、段ボール紙等の台板25に設けた孔にソケット本体21を嵌着し、ソケット本体21の台板25から突出した部分にボビン26を嵌挿して把持する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、かかる構造のソケットにあっては、台板25の孔に多数のソケット本体21を嵌着することが必要であるため作業能率が悪く、また図16に示すように、ソケットを嵌着した台板25を複数枚積み重ねて保管したり、輸送したりする場合、上下のソケット同士が突き当たって全体の高さが減らないため嵩張り、広いスペースが必要となって保管、輸送の効率が悪いという欠点があった。
一方、台板25からソケットを取り外して保管、輸送しようとすると、突起物24のためにソケットの取り外しに手間がかかる上に、1つのソケットを他のソケットの中空部に挿入可能な形状になっていないために、取り外して集めたソケットが嵩張り、やはり取扱いに難があるという問題があった。
本発明は、従来のソケットを改良して、前記のような欠点を解消することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明のボビン等用保持板は、矩形状の枠体の内部が仕切桟により縦横2方向に区画され、前記区画はそれぞれ支持桟が対角線状又は十字状に交叉し、該交叉部に、先細り状の帽筒部の大径側端部に該大径側端部よりも大径の短筒部が連接してなる保持具を突設してなり、1つの保持板の保持具を他の保持板の保持具の中空部に挿脱自在に挿入することにより、複数の保持板を積み重ね可能とするとともに、裏面中央部に段ボール箱に収納した際に該段ボール箱の対向する蓋板の間に嵌合するための嵩高部を設けたものである(請求項1)。
また好ましい態様としては、枠体に補強リブを設けた請求項1記載のボビン等用保持板(請求項2)。
また好ましい態様としては、仕切桟に補強リブを設けた請求項1又は2記載のボビン等用保持板(請求項3)。

以下、本発明の実施例を示す図面に基づいて説明する。
実施例1
図1は本発明のボビン等用保持板の正面図、図2は同背面図、図3は図2のA−A拡大断面図である。
これらの図において、本発明のボビン等用保持板は、矩形状の枠体1の内部が仕切桟2で縦横2方向に区画され、各区画は支持桟3が対角線状に交叉し、該交叉部に、先細り状の帽筒部4とその大径側端部に該大径側端部よりも大径の短筒部5からなる保持具6が突設され、図4に示す如く、1つの保持板H1の保持具6を他の保持板H2の保持具6の中空部に挿脱自在に挿入することにより複数の保持板を積み重ね可能とした構成からなる。

本発明のボビン等用保持板の素材としては金属、合成樹脂等が挙げられるが、コスト、成形性から合成樹脂が好適である。合成樹脂としては特に制限されないが、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等のポリオレフィン系樹脂、塩化ビニル系樹脂、ABS樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂等が挙げられる。

保持板の厚さは余り薄くなると強度が不充分となり、また逆に余り厚いと材料費が高くなるばかりでなく、重量が大きくなるので、通常1.5〜5mm程度が好ましい。

仕切桟2、支持桟3は必ずしも直線状である必要はなく、少々曲がっていても差し支えない。
支持桟3の交叉部上に突設される支持部6は、先細り状帽筒部4とその大径側端部に該大径側端部よりも大径の短筒部5とからなるが、それぞれのサイズも保持されるボビン等のサイズにより適宜決定されるが、一例を示せば帽筒部4の円錐台部の小径側の直径は約20mm、大径側の直径は約30mm、帽筒部4の長さは約47mm、短筒部の直径は約35mm、長さは約8mmである。

尚、上記実施例においては、図2に示す如く、枠体1、仕切桟2及び支持桟3の裏面に補強リブ7が突設され、これにより保持板の厚みを薄くすることで、コストの低減及び軽量化が可能である。
また、保持板の裏面の略中央部に嵩高部8が設けられているが、該嵩高部は段ボールの蓋板の厚みと略同じ高さに設計されている。
即ち、図5に本発明の保持板の使用状態を示したが、2枚の保持板H1、H2の保持具6をボビン9等の両端部に挿入した状態で箱体、例えば段ボール箱10内に収納してボビン9を固定、保持して輸送や保管に供されるが、段ボール箱10の蓋板10a、10bの間に形成される凹部に保持板H1、H2の嵩高部8が嵌合して輸送中においても安定した状態を維持することができる。

また、図6に示した如く、図5に示した使用例において、2枚の保持板H1、H2のうちのいずれか1枚(図5ではH2)をボビン9等の円筒部の外径よりも僅かに大き目の透孔を有する、段ボール紙、プラスチックシート、発泡プラスチックシート等からなる有孔シートH3に置き換え、該透孔内にボビン9等の円筒部を挿通した状態で箱体に収納して輸送又は保管することも可能である。
尚、補強リブは、場合により省略しても差し支えないことは云うまでもない。

【発明の効果】
叙上のとおり、本発明によれば、従来のように台板の孔に多数のソケット本体を嵌着する手間が不要となり、また、台板への嵌着作業中に既に嵌着した保持具が脱離するといったトラブルや、輸送中の振動等により保持具が台板から緩んだり脱離するというトラブルもないので作業能率は大巾に向上する。また、裏面中央部に設けた嵩高部が段ボール箱に収納した際に、該段ボール箱の対向する蓋板の間に形成される凹部に嵌合し、輸送中においても安定した状態を維持することができる。更に、保持板を積み重ねて保管や輸送ができるため、保持板の保管、輸送に必要なスペースが小さくて済み、それだけ保管、輸送効率が高められる。
