Description

【0001】

[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the dissimilar material member assembly container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a container made of different materials according to the first embodiment, FIG. 2 is a bottom view, FIG. 3 is a bottom perspective view, and FIG. 4 is a side sectional view of the bottom. It is a figure explaining the operation | movement at the time.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 1, the dissimilar material member assembly container (hereinafter referred to as container A) according to the present embodiment includes a glass container body 1 and a synthetic resin bottom member 2.
[0009]
The container body 1 is a cylindrical body having an oval cross section, and a thin cylindrical neck portion 11 is provided on the shoulder portion of the container body 1. A screw is formed on the outer periphery of the neck 11 and is configured to fit a lid (not shown). Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a bottom step portion 13 is formed on the bottom portion 12 of the container body 1, and an engagement groove 13 a is formed on a side surface of the bottom step portion 13.
[0010]
The bottom member 2 is a synthetic resin member, and the lower surface has the same shape and dimensions as the cross section of the container body 1, and is attached to the container body 1 to be flush with the outer peripheral surface of the container body 1. Integrate in design.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the bottom member 2 is composed of a raised bottom portion 21 that is retracted toward the container main body 1 and a peripheral side 20 that is erected around the bottom portion 21. The raised bottom portion 21 is formed with a predetermined distance from the bottom surface of the container body 1. Further, a locking projection 20a is provided inside the peripheral side 20 and the bottom member 2 is attached to the container body 1 by engaging the locking projection 20a with the engagement groove 13a.
[0012]
In addition, a horizontally long opening 23 into which a coin, which will be described later, can be inserted is formed in the raised bottom portion 21, and a bent piece 22 is formed by being surrounded by the opening 23 and two slits 22 c continuous therewith. Yes. The bent piece 22 continues to the raised bottom 21 at the opposite end of the opening 23.
[0013]
The portion of the bottom member 2 other than the bent piece 22 is the fitting portion. One side of the opening 23 and the side opposite to the bent piece 22 is a pulling portion 21a. An inclined surface 22a is formed on the upper surface side of the tip of the bent piece 22, and an inclined surface 21b is formed on the pulling portion 21a in parallel with the inclined surface 22a so that the coin 3 can be easily inserted into the inside of the pulling portion 21a. It is configured. Further, a protrusion 22 b is provided on the container body 1 side at the tip of the bent piece 22 so as to contact the container body 1.
[0014]
An operation for separating the bottom member 2 which is a different material member from the container A configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. First, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4A, a plate-like member such as a coin 3 is inserted into the opening 23. At this time, inclined surfaces 21b and 22a are formed on the raised bottom portion 21 and the bent piece 22, respectively, and a gap is formed between the raised bottom portion 21 and the container main body 1, so that along the inclined surfaces 21b and 22a. The coin 3 is guided and the tip of the coin 3 can be inserted below the pulling portion 21a.
[0015]
Then, the coin 3 is tilted toward the center of the container A as indicated by an arrow X shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 (b). Then, the back surface of the middle part of the coin 3 comes into contact with the inclined surface 22a, and the tip of the coin 3 rotates in the arrow Y direction with this portion as a fulcrum. In other words, the tip of the coin 3 can pull up the pulling portion 21a by the lever principle. At this time, the bent piece 22 is pressed into the container main body 1 as a fulcrum of the insulator, but the bent piece 22 abuts on the container main body 1 by the projection 22b and does not fall any further.
[0016]
On the other hand, the force at the tip of the coin 3 is applied in the direction of separating the pulling portion 21a from the container body, and pulls up the pulling portion 21a and the surrounding raised bottom portion 21. At this time, the bent piece 22 pressed by the coin 3 is twisted relative to the pulling portion 21a and the other raised bottom portion 21 at the opposite end of the opening 23, so that the pulling portion 21a and the like can be pulled up. . Since the bent piece 22 is not directly engaged with the container body 1, the engagement between the locking projection 20 a and the engaging groove 13 a is released by this operation as shown in FIG. Is separated from the container body 1.
[0017]
In this way, the bottom member 2 can be fitted to the container main body 1 when the container is used, and when the container is discarded, the coin 3 is inserted into the opening and a force is applied in a predetermined direction. This makes it possible to easily separate them.
[0018]
Next, a second embodiment of the dissimilar material member assembly container according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIGS. 5A and 5B show a container B according to the second embodiment, in which FIG. 5A is a cross-sectional side view of the bottom, and FIG. 5B is a view for explaining an operation when removing a dissimilar material member. Portions that overlap in the description of the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the container B of the present embodiment does not provide a space between the raised bottom portion 21 and the bottom surface of the container body 1, but instead is located at a position corresponding to the opening 23 at the bottom of the container body 1. A recess 14 is formed. The recess 14 is disposed corresponding to the opening 23 and the pulling portion 21a that is the side of the opening 23 on the lifted bottom portion 21 side, and the pulling portion 21a protrudes over the recess 14.
[0020]
In the present embodiment, a V-shaped groove 25 is provided on the inner surface of the flexible portion 24 so that it can be bent more easily. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the force required by reducing the cross-sectional area of the flexible portion 24 to be bent when the pulling portion 21a is caused, and to specify the bending position.
[0021]
When separating the bottom member configured in this manner, as shown by a broken line in FIG. 5A, the coin 3 is inserted deeply into the recess 14 from the opening 23, and the coin 3 is illustrated with the tip of the bent piece 22 as a fulcrum. When it is rotated in the direction of the arrow X shown in 5 (b), the tip of the coin 3 is rotated in the direction of the arrow Y. The recess 14 can increase the length from the tip of the coin 3 to the tip of the bent side 22, that is, the turning portion, and the coin 3 pulls up the pulling portion 21a from the inner surface as shown in FIG. The engagement between the stop projection 20a and the engagement groove 13a can be released.
[0022]
Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a gap between the bottom portion of the container body 1 and the raised bottom portion 21, and the center of gravity can be lowered to improve the stability. Further, since the V-shaped groove 25 is formed on the inner surface of the flexible portion 24, it can be bent with a small force, and at the same time, the bending position can be specified, and the engagement can be released more easily. it can.
[0023]
A third embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The same parts as those in the first and second embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted. The container C shown in FIG. 6 is an example in which a lid is provided at the opening 23, where (a) is a bottom side sectional view, (b) is a bottom view, and (c) is an operation for removing a dissimilar material member. It is a figure to do.
[0024]
In the container C of the present embodiment, a lid 26 is provided so as to close the opening 23 as shown in FIG. 6 (a). The lid 26 is formed by extending the bent piece 22, and a V-shaped groove 26 b is formed inside the flexible portion 26 a that is a boundary between the lid 26 and the bent piece 22, so that only the lid 26 can be bent. .
[0025]
When the container main body 1 and the bottom member 2 are separated in the container C configured as described above, the coin 3 is first opened while the lid 26 is folded inside the bottom member 2 as shown in FIG. Insert into 23. Since the V-shaped groove 26b is formed on the inner surface of the flexible portion 26a of the lid 26, the lid 26 can be easily folded to open the opening 23.
[0026]
Similarly to the first embodiment, the bottom member 2 can be separated from the container body 1 by tilting the coin 3 in the arrow X direction with the coin 3 inserted into the opening 23. In particular, in this embodiment, the opening 53 can be covered during use, and the appearance is not impaired.
[0027]
Next, a fourth embodiment of the dissimilar material member assembly container according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 is a container D according to the present embodiment, where (a) is a bottom side sectional view, (b) is a bottom view, and (c) is a view for explaining an operation when removing a dissimilar material member. The same parts as those in the first to third embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0028]
The container D according to the present embodiment is a cylindrical body having an oval cross section like the containers A to C, and includes a container body 4 and a bottom member 5 which is a different material member fitted to the bottom portion 42 of the container body 4. It consists of and. As shown in FIG. 7 (a), a bottom step portion 43 is formed on the bottom portion 42 of the container body 4, and a concave portion 45 described later is formed on the bottom surface of the bottom step portion 43.
[0029]
The bottom member 5 is composed of a raised bottom portion 51 that is retracted toward the container main body 4 and a peripheral side 50 that is erected on the periphery thereof. The outer surface of the peripheral side 50 is formed in a shape and a dimension that coincide with the outer surface of the container body 4. The bottom member 5 is adhered to the bottom step portion 43 of the container body 4 with a double-sided tape 46.
[0030]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), two oblong openings 53 and slits 52b continuous from the respective openings 53 are formed at the center of the oval raised bottom 51, and surrounded by these. Two bent pieces 52 are formed at the portion to be bent. The two bent pieces 52 are continuous with the raised bottom portion 51 at the sides facing each other, that is, at the central side of the raised bottom portion 51, and a bridge 54 is formed at this portion. A protrusion 52 a is formed on the container body 4 side at the tip of the bent piece 52, and is in contact with the container body 4.
[0031]
A portion of the opening 53 that faces the bent piece 52 is referred to as a pulling portion 51a. On the other hand, a recess 45 is formed at the bottom of the container body 4 corresponding to the opening 53 and the pulling portion 51a, and the tip of the coin 3 can enter under the pulling portion 51a.
[0032]
An operation for separating the bottom member 5 which is a different material member from the container D configured as described above will be described. First, as indicated by a broken line in FIG. 7A, a plate-like member such as a coin 3 is inserted into the recess 45 from the opening 53. Next, when the rear end of the coin 3 is tilted toward the center of the container D as shown by an arrow X in FIG. 7 (c), the tip of the coin 3 rotates in the direction of the arrow Y with the tip of the bent piece 52 as a fulcrum by the principle of the lever. To do.
[0033]
Then, the tip of the coin 3 inserted in the recess 45 moves in the opposite direction, and a force is applied in the direction of pulling up the pulling portion 51a, and the double-sided tape 46 is peeled off. The same operation is performed on the other opening 53. Since the bent piece 52 is not engaged with the container body 4, the joint between the container body 4 and the bottom member 5 is released by removing the double-sided tape 46 on both sides. Here, the middle part of the coin 3 presses the bent piece 52 toward the container body 4, but the bent piece 52 is bent near the bridge 54, so that the pulling part 51 a and the other raised bottom part 51 are relatively moved. Raised from 4.
[0034]
Next, a fifth embodiment of the dissimilar material member assembly container according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 8 shows a container E according to the present embodiment, where (a) is a bottom front sectional view, (b) is a bottom view, (c) is a bottom side sectional view, and FIG. 9 is an operation when removing a dissimilar material member. FIG.

A locking projection 70a is provided on the inner side of the peripheral side 70, and the bottom member 7 is attached to the container body 6 by engaging the locking projection 70a with the engagement groove 63a.
[0037]
In addition, an opening 73 is formed in a part of the raised bottom 71 on one side parallel to the long axis. A V-shaped V-shaped groove 75 is formed on the back surface of the raised bottom portion 71 so as to be in contact with the opening 73 and to be continuous with the opening 73. Since the portion where the V-shaped groove 75 is formed is thinner than the other portions, it is particularly flexible and this portion becomes the flexible portion 74. A bent portion 72 is formed by being surrounded by the opening 73 and the flexible portion 74.
[0038]
A portion of the opening 73 facing the bent portion 72 is a pulling portion 71a, and the bottom of the container body 6 is recessed at a position corresponding to the opening 73, and a recess 64 is formed here. The recess 64 is formed so as to enter the lower side of the pulling portion 71a, and a space in which the tip of the coin 3 can enter is formed below the pulling portion 71a.
[0039]
When separating the bottom member configured as described above, the coin 3 is inserted into the recess 74 from the opening 73 as shown in FIG. 9, and the tip of the coin 3 is made to reach the lower side of the pulling portion 71a. Thereafter, the coin 3 is rotated toward the center of the container main body 6 as indicated by an arrow X, whereby the coin 3 is rotated in the direction of arrow Y with the tip of the bent portion 72 as a fulcrum, and the bent portion 72 is moved to the container main body 6. Simultaneously with the pressing, a force is applied in the direction of pulling up the pulling portion 71a.
[0040]
At this time, since the bottom member 7 is made of synthetic resin and the flexible portion 74 is formed by the V-shaped groove 75, the bottom member 7 is mainly bent at the flexible portion 74, and the bent portion 72 is the container body 6. The upper portion 71a is pulled up while being pressed against. As the pulling portion 71a is pulled up, the peripheral side 70 is also pulled up, and the engagement between the locking projection 70a and the engaging groove 63a is released. Although the container main body 6 and the bottom member 7 are meshed at both ends of the bottom of the container main body 6, the meshing of the other can be canceled by releasing one meshing and shifting the other. It will be separated from.
[0041]
In any of the above embodiments, the container body is made of glass, and the shoulder member and the bottom member are made of synthetic resin. However, other containers such as spray cans in which metal members and resinous members are mixed, or PET bottles are used. Of course, it can be applied to containers using different synthetic resins (for example, ABS and polypropylene).
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
The dissimilar material member assembly container according to the present invention is a container with a light force based on the principle of leverage by inserting and rotating a plate-like member such as a coin into the opening provided at the bottom of the dissimilar material member as described above.
