Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dispenser for supplying a sherbet-like beverage (referred to as a frozen beverage) containing fine ice.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the frozen beverage dispenser, a cylindrical cooler and a stirrer whose blades rotate along the surface of the cooler are installed in the beverage container, and the raw material supplied to the beverage container through a pipe line is supplied by the cooler. A thin layer of ice is formed on the surface by cooling, and the thin layer of ice is mixed with the ingredients while being peeled by the stirrer to produce a sherbet-like beverage. No. 4900158, JP-A-7-39314 and the like.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the beverage made with the frozen beverage dispenser is taken out from the beverage take-out nozzle attached to the beverage container into the cup placed under it, but conventionally, it is caused by condensation on the outer peripheral surface of the beverage container or the beverage take-out nozzle. In some cases, the water drops fall down along the beverage take-out nozzle and enter the cup together with the beverage when the beverage is discharged into the cup.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to prevent condensed water droplets from entering the cup.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a soot receptacle that receives water droplets generated by condensation at the lower end portion of the beverage takeout nozzle, so that the water droplets can escape from one end of the soot receptacle to the outside of the cup. (Claim 1) . In that case, if to direct the received at soup received water droplets on the tray for mounting the cup through a pipe, the processing of the collected water droplets is facilitated (claim 2).
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a frozen beverage dispenser, FIG. 2A is a plan view of a soup receiver in FIG. 1, and FIG. The side view and (C) are the front views. In FIG. 1, a hollow cylindrical cooler 3 is installed horizontally in a beverage container 2 supported by a base 1, and a stirrer 4 is combined with the cooler 3. The stirrer 4 has spiral blades 4a and 4b that rotate along inner and outer surfaces of the cooler 3, and is driven by a motor 5 with a speed reducer via a drive shaft 4c. The blades 4a and 4b are wound in opposite directions, the blade 4a is wound around the drive shaft 4c, and the blade 4b is connected to the drive shaft 4c at the left end in FIG. These blades 4a and 4b are close to the inner and outer surfaces of the cooler 3 through a minute gap. The cooler 3 evaporates the refrigerant sent from the refrigeration unit including the motor compressor 6 and the condenser 7 accommodated in the base 1.
[0006]
When the beverage container 2 is filled with a beverage ingredient made of syrup diluted with water to a predetermined level, the cooler 3 is operated and the agitator 4 is rotationally driven in the direction of the solid arrow. Thereby, as indicated by the broken line arrow, the raw material is taken in from the left end of FIG. 2 by the blades 4 a inside the cooler 3, sent to the right, and outward from the window hole 3 a provided at the right end of the cooler 3. While being pushed out, the raw material is sent to the left by the blades 4b outside the cooler 3, a part is taken in at the left end of the cooler 3, and the rest is turned back and circulated so as to proceed to the right.
[0007]
In the meantime, a thin layer of raw material ice is generated and adhered to the inner and outer surfaces of the cooler 3. When the thickness of the thin layer increases, the thin blade hits the rotating blades 4a and 4b, is peeled off from the cooler 3 and charged into the liquid raw material, and is stirred and mixed with the raw material in the above circulation process. While the growth and separation of such a thin layer of ice are repeated, the ice content in the raw material gradually increases and finally becomes a sherbet shape to complete the desired frozen beverage 8. A cylindrical beverage extraction nozzle 10 having a handle 9 is attached to the lower front portion of the beverage container 2. When the beverage extraction nozzle 10 is opened by operating the handle 9, the beverage container 2 is pushed out from the lower opening 2 d of the beverage container 2 by the agitator 4. The beverage 8 is discharged from the beverage discharge port at the lower end of the beverage take-out nozzle 10 to the cup 11 placed immediately below the beverage discharge port. The cup 11 is supported by a tray 12 attached to the base 1.
[0008]
Here, water droplets are generated on the outer surfaces of the beverage container 2 and the beverage take-out nozzle 10 due to condensation, and some of the water droplets try to enter the cup 11 through the beverage take-out nozzle 10. In view of this, at the lower end of the beverage take-out nozzle 10, a soot receiver 13 is provided integrally with the beverage take-out nozzle 10 made of resin. The soup receptacle 13 has a shape shown in FIG. 2 and is inclined rearward, and its rear end extends on a dish-shaped upper tray 14 attached to the base 1 as shown in FIG. Further, the upper tray 14 communicates with the tray 12 via a pipe 15 that passes through the inside of the base 1. In such a configuration, water droplets that fall on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the beverage take-out nozzle 10 are received by the soup receiver 13 and dropped into the upper nozzle 14 from the rear end portion. Then, the water collected in the upper nozzle 14 is drained onto the tray 12 through the pipe 15.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the water droplets that fall through the beverage discharge nozzle due to condensation are released to the outside of the cup by soaking, so that the water droplets do not enter the cup together with the beverage and do not harm hygiene and flavor. In that case, the waste water treatment is facilitated by guiding the water droplets received by the soup receiver to the tray on which the cup is placed via the pipe.
