【0023】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention does not impair the stain prevention performance and rust prevention performance even if processing oil is mixed when used on the processed product after various processing such as cutting, grinding, pressing, and polishing. The present invention relates to a stain-preventing rust-preventing oil composition that can be secured. Here, “stain” refers to a black discoloration phenomenon found on the metal surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In processing metals, various processing oils are often used depending on the type of processing, such as cutting oil, grinding oil, and press oil. Usually, additives such as oiliness improvers and extreme pressure improvers are added to these processing oils, and metal powder may be generated during processing. When such an additive or metal powder adheres to a processed part, rust is likely to occur. Therefore, for the purpose of removing metal powder and ensuring rust prevention performance, applying a low viscosity rust prevention oil after processing is performed.
[0003]
However, it is inevitable that metal processing oil is mixed into rust prevention oil, and it is often necessary to replace rust prevention oil with new oil or install a pre-cleaning line after processing to remove metal processing oil. It was.
[0004]
If the anti-rust oil is frequently replaced with new oil, not only will the cost increase, but the line will also have to be stopped at the time of replacement, thus affecting productivity. If a pre-cleaning line is provided, it is not necessary to stop the line. However, this requires not only equipment costs but also new problems such as securing a place and maintenance.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The object of the present invention is to prevent stains even if processing oil such as cutting oil is mixed, on the premise that the current line for metal processing is used as it is in view of the problems of the prior art as described above. Low viscosity, cleansing performance and rust prevention performance is not compromised, so it is possible to reduce the number of times the rust preventive oil is replaced with new oil, resulting in lower costs and improved productivity An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-stain rust preventive oil composition that also serves as an oil.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The anti-stain rust preventive oil composition of the present invention that achieves the above object comprises the following four components:
(A) Alkenyl succinimide or a derivative thereof: 1 to 30% by mass,
(B) One or more selected from aromatic sulfonates, partial esters or salts of partial esters: 0.5 to 30% by mass,
(C) amino alcohols: 0.1 to 20% by weight, and (D) base oil: 20 to 98.4% by weight.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
[0008]
The component A alkenyl succinimide or derivative thereof constituting the stain-preventing rust preventive oil composition of the present invention is a monotype represented by the following formula [1] or a bistype represented by the following formula [2]. It has the following structure. The nitrogen content is preferably 0.5 to 3% by mass. More preferably, the nitrogen content is 0.7 to 2.5% by mass. If the nitrogen content is less than 0.5% by mass, the stain prevention performance is not sufficient, and even if it exceeds 3% by mass, no improvement in the effect is observed.
[0009]
[Chemical 1]
[0010]
[Chemical formula 2]
[0011]
In the above formulas [1] and [2], R represents a polybutenyl group. Preferred are those having an average molecular weight of 900 to 6000, preferably 1500 to 3000. When the average molecular weight is less than 900, the stain prevention performance is insufficient, and when it exceeds 6000, the water separability is lowered, which is not preferable. R 1 represents a divalent saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon having 2 to 5 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 1 to 10.
[0012]
The succinimide is generally obtained by further reacting polybutenyl succinic anhydride obtained by reaction of polybutene and maleic anhydride with a polyamine.
[0013]
Examples of polyamines to be reacted with polybutenyl succinic anhydride include single diamines such as ethylene diamine, propylene diamine, butylene diamine and pentylene diamine, and polyalkylene polyamines such as diethylene triamine, triethylene tetramine, tetraethylene pentane. And amine, pentaethylenehexamine, dimethylethylenetriamine, dibutylenetriamine, tributylenetetramine, and pentapentylenehexamine.
[0014]
In the present invention, derivatives thereof can also be used as alkenyl succinimides. Examples of alkenyl succinimide derivatives include alkenyl succinic acid as disclosed in JP-B-42-8013, JP-B-42-8014, JP-A-51-52381, JP-A-51-130408. Examples thereof include boron compound derivatives of imides, organic phosphonate derivatives, and alkenyl succinic acid imide derivatives obtained by reacting alkenyl succinic acid imides with aldehydes, ketones, carboxylic acids, sulfonic acids, alkylene oxides, sulfur, polyhydric alcohols, and the like.
[0015]
The alkenyl succinimide or derivative thereof may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0016]
As described above, the component B constituting the stain-preventing rust preventive oil composition of the present invention is selected from aromatic sulfonates, partial esters or partial ester salts.
[0017]
Aromatic sulfonates are alkali sulfonates of petroleum sulfonic acids obtained by sulfonating aromatic hydrocarbon components in petroleum base oil fractions and synthetic sulfonic acids such as dinonylnaphthalene sulfonic acid and alkylbenzene sulfonic acid. Metal or alkaline earth metal salt. Examples of the metal constituting the salt include Na, Ca, Ba, Mg, and Zn. The common ones of this type are not basic and are therefore called “neutral sulfonates”. On the other hand, “basic sulfonate” is obtained by adding a metal hydroxide, oxide or carbonate excessively to such a neutral sulfonate to impart basicity. The material for component B may be neutral sulfonate or basic sulfonate, and is not particularly limited.
[0018]
A sulfonate may be used individually by 1 type, and may be used in combination of 2 or more type. Of course, a neutral sulfonate and a basic sulfonate may be used in combination. There is no particular limitation on the base number (JIS K 2501) of the basic sulfonate used.
[0019]
The partial ester which is one of the B components is a partial ester of a polyhydric alcohol, that is, a partial ester obtained by esterifying a part of the hydroxyl group of the polyhydric alcohol with a carboxylic acid.
[0020]
Specifically, it is obtained from a reaction between a polyhydric alcohol such as sorbitol, trimethylolpropane, pentaerythritol, sucrose, and glycerin and a carboxylic acid such as oleic acid and lauric acid. Preferred partial esters include sorbitan monooleate or pentaerythritol monooleate obtained from the reaction of sorbitol or pentaerythritol with oleic acid.
[0021]
Oxidized wax partial ester metal salt as a partial ester salt, which is another B component, is an oxidized wax in which a carboxyl group is introduced by oxidizing paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, petrolatum, etc. obtained during refining of petroleum fractions. In addition, a material obtained by esterifying a part of the carboxyl group by the action of a lower or higher alcohol is used as a raw material, and this is reacted with an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal base to neutralize most of the remaining carboxyl groups. It was obtained. A suitable amount of metal is 2-10% by weight, preferably 2-6% by weight. Those having some acidic groups remaining and consuming alkali in neutralization titration are useful, and the degree thereof is suitably in the range of 2 to 10 mg / KOH in terms of the total acid value. If the total acid value is less than 2 mg / KOH, the desired rust prevention effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if it exceeds 10 mg / KOH, no further improvement in rust prevention effect is observed. The preferred acid value range is 2-6 mg / KOH. As the partial ester metal salt of oxidized wax, salts such as barium and calcium can be used alone or in combination.
[0022]
The above aromatic sulfonate and partial ester can be used alone or in combination of two or more as the component B constituting the stain-preventing rust preventive oil composition of the present invention. You can also.
[0023]
The amino alcohols of component C used in the present invention are preferably secondary amine amino alcohols and tertiary amine amino alcohols.
[0024]
The amino alcohol of the secondary amine is represented by the following formula.
[0025]
[Chemical 3]
[0026]
[Formula 4]
[0027]
R 1 in the above formula is a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, preferably 2 to 4 carbon atoms. If the carbon number exceeds 6, the stain prevention performance is deteriorated, which is not preferable. N and m are integers of 1 to 6, preferably 2 to 4. When n and m exceed 6, stain resistance is deteriorated, which is not preferable. The alkylene group represented by-(CH2) n- and-(CH2) m- may be linear or branched.
[0028]
Specific examples of the secondary amine amino alcohol include N-methylethanolamine, N-ethylethanolamine, Nn-butylethanolamine, Nt-butylethanolamine, and N- (β-aminoethyl) ethanol. Examples thereof include amines and N- (β-aminoethyl) isopropanolamine.
[0029]
The amino alcohol of the tertiary amine is represented by the following formula.
[0030]
[Chemical formula 5]
[0031]
[Chemical 6]
[0032]
R 1 and R 2 in the above general formula are linear or branched alkyl groups having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, preferably 2 to 4 carbon atoms. If the carbon number exceeds 6, the stain prevention performance is deteriorated, which is not preferable. In the formula, n and m are integers of 1 to 6, preferably 2 to 4. When n and m exceed 6, stain resistance is deteriorated, which is not preferable. The alkylene group represented by-(CH2) n- and-(CH2) m- may be linear or branched.

Specific examples of the tertiary amine amino alcohol include N, N-dimethylethanolamine, N, N-diethylethanolamine, N, N-dibutylethanolamine, N-methyldiethanolamine, Nn-butyldiethanolamine, N -T-butyldiethanolamine, N, N-diethylisopropanolamine and the like.
[0034]
Said amino alcohol may be used individually by 1 type, and 2 or more types may be mixed and used for it.
[0035]
As D component used as a base material which adds above-mentioned A component, B component, and C component, what is conventionally used as a base oil of rust prevention oil, for example, various mineral oils, such as paraffinic mineral oil and naphthenic mineral oil, Specifically, those selected from highly refined base oils such as kerosene, light oil, spindle oil, machine oil, turbine oil, and motor oil may be used. The viscosity of the base oil is usually preferably 0.5 to 20 mm 2 / s at 40 ° C.
[0036]
These base oils may also be used singly or in combination of two or more.
[0037]
In the anti-stain rust preventive oil composition of the present invention, the alkenyl succinimide or its derivative as component A accounts for 1 to 30% by mass, preferably 2 to 15% by mass. If the addition amount is less than 1% by mass, the effect of preventing stain is not obtained, and even if it is added in excess of 30% by mass, further improvement in the effect of preventing stain cannot be expected.
[0038]
B component sulfonates and esters are blended so as to occupy 0.5 to 30% by mass, preferably 1 to 15% by mass. If the blending amount of these sulfonates and esters is less than 0.5% by mass, no rust prevention effect can be obtained, and even if added in excess of 30% by mass, no further rust prevention effect can be expected.
[0039]
The amino alcohol of component C accounts for 0.1 to 20% by mass, preferably 0.5 to 10% by mass. When this amino alcohol is less than 0.1% by mass, the effect of preventing stain is not obtained, and even when added by 20% by mass or more, the further improvement of the stain preventing effect is not seen.
[0040]
The base oil of component D accounts for 50 to 98.9% by mass, preferably 75 to 97.5% by mass.
[0041]
The anti-stain rust preventive oil composition of the present invention includes components other than the components A to D as necessary, for example, antioxidants such as phenols and amines, defoamers such as silicones and fluorines, benzo A class of corrosion inhibitors such as triazole and benzotriazole derivatives can be added. What is necessary is just to select the addition amount of these components suitably in the range which does not impair the performance of the stain prevention rust prevention oil composition of this invention. The anti-stain rust preventive oil composition of the present invention can be prepared by mixing the above-described components in predetermined amounts in an appropriate procedure. The order of mixing is also arbitrary.

(Evaluation methods)
The evaluation test of the stain prevention performance is performed as follows. First, a 60 mm × 80 mm × 1.2 mm SPCC steel plate is uniformly polished with # 240 sandpaper in the long side direction. The steel plate is lightly rubbed with gauze in a mineral spirit solution to wash away dust and dust adhering to the test piece, and then dried with warm air. Immediately after that, the sample is immersed in separately prepared boiling methanol for 1 minute or longer and then dried with warm air. The cold-rolled steel sheet thus cleaned is immersed in cutting oil (containing 3% chlorine and 1% sulfur), and then immersed in rust-preventing oil, and five sheets are stacked and fixed with a W clip. This is kept horizontally in a constant temperature bath of 50 ° C. × 95% RH and left for one week. Then, the generation | occurrence | production state of the black discoloration (stain) which generate | occur | produces in the mating surface of a steel plate is determined on the following reference | standard.
[0046]
A: Stain is not generated. O: Stain generation area is less than 5%. Δ: Stain generation area is 5% or more to less than 20%. X: Stain generation area is 20% or more. Further, the evaluation method of rust prevention performance is as follows. Similar to the evaluation of the stain prevention performance, a SPCC steel plate of 60 mm × 80 mm × 1.2 mm is uniformly polished with # 240 sandpaper in the long side direction. While rubbing the steel plate lightly with gauze in a mineral spirit solution, wash away dust, dust, etc. adhering to the test piece and dry with hot air. Immediately after that, the sample is immersed in separately prepared boiling methanol for 1 minute or longer and then dried with warm air. The cold-rolled steel sheet cleaned in this way is immersed in rust prevention oil and drained after 24 hours. This is left for 3 weeks in a constant temperature bath of 50 ° C. × 95% RH. Thereafter, the state of rust generated on the surface of the steel sheet is determined according to the following criteria.
[0047]
◎: No rust occurrence ○: Rust occurrence area less than 5% △: Rust occurrence area 5% to less than 20% ×: Rust occurrence area 20% or more [Examples 1 to 12]
The stain prevention rust preventive oil composition of the present invention was prepared by blending the A component, the B component, the C component and the D component in the proportions (mass%) listed in Table 1. Table 2 shows the results of evaluating the anti-stain performance and anti-rust performance of these anti-rust oil compositions.
[0048]
[Comparative Examples 1-6]
An oil composition was prepared by blending the A component, the B component, the C component, and the D component in the proportions (mass%) listed in Table 3. These oil compositions were evaluated for stain prevention performance and rust prevention performance, and the results are shown in Table 4.

[0050]
【The invention's effect】
The stain prevention rust prevention oil composition of the present invention can ensure both the stain prevention performance and the rust prevention performance even when processing oil such as cutting oil is mixed. Therefore, if the stain-preventing rust preventive oil composition of the present invention is used, rust prevention after the metal is processed by various processing methods can be performed simply by applying the rust preventive oil. Since it is not necessary to provide special equipment for cleaning and removing the processing oil, and it is not necessary to frequently replace the rust preventive oil, this composition is an anti-stain rust preventive oil composition that is extremely useful in practice.
