この発明は複数の壜を吊り下げて持ち運ぶのに便利な壜運搬具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、ビール、清涼飲料等の壜を手で持ち運ぶのに使用する容器には、種々の形状の容器が提案されており、一般には周壁によって囲まれた内部に仕切り壁によって壜を収納する複数の区室を形成するとともに、仕切り壁から一体に把手を突設し、前記把手を周壁上面よりも上方に突出させた合成樹脂製容器が使用されている。これらの容器は堅牢であり仕切壁によって壜同士の衝突がないので安全に運搬することができるが、容器自体が重く、また高価であることから使捨てのワンウェイ用としては割高となりコストの面から使用することはできないという問題があった。

そこで、2本以上の壜を簡便に持ち運ぶものとして、実開昭56−43762号公報に記載の「びん等の結束具」がある。これは、図21に示すように、「板状に形成した基板1の中央部2に略半円形の孔3と、孔3に連続した空所4をそれぞれ複数個設けるとともに、各空所に先端面5を孔3の内面に対向させて内方に湾曲して形成した揺動片6をそれぞれ揺動可能に設け、かつ中央部2にそれぞれの基部7、8において折り返し可能な把手9を設けたものである。即ち、壜ごとにそれぞれ孔3と空所4を設け、空所4から挿入した壜を孔3に係止させ、揺動片6で押さえるようにしたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記構成のびん等の結束具にあっては、壜を1本ずつ挿入するものであるから装着及び取り外しが面倒である。また、揺動片6はヒンジを介して連設されており先端面5は壜に当接しているにすぎないから、上下動自在である。そこで、持ち運ぶ際に大きく振ったり、基板1を傾斜させるような扱いをすると、揺動片6が外れて壜が落下するおそれがある。また、2本用である場合には把手の基部が壜の外側に位置するように設けることができるが、4本用である場合には把手は中央部に設けられるから、壜の重量で両端部が垂れ下がり不安定になるために一層壜が外れ易くなるという問題がある。

【発明の目的】
この発明はかかる現況に鑑みてなされたもので、壜の装着、取り外しが簡単であり、不用意に外れることのない安定した状態で運搬することができるとともに、ワンウエーとして使用可能な安価な壜運搬具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は上記目的を達成するために次のような構成とした。即ち、請求項1に係る壜運搬具は、板状係止板には、略長方形状をした少なくとも1つの王冠挿入孔を設けるとともに、前記王冠挿入孔の両端に連通する壜頭部用凹部を設け、前記板状係止板の王冠挿入孔と平行する側端に折り返し自在な押え板をヒンジを介して連設し、前記押え板を折り返して板状係止板に折り重ねたとき、押え板が前記壜頭部用凹部に嵌入され板状係止板から上方に突出した壜頭部と壜頭部の間に挿入され、2本の壜頭部の対向する側面に当接するようにしたことを特徴とする。また、請求項2に係る壜運搬具は、前記王冠挿入孔を平行に設けて壜頭部用凹部を板状係止板の四隅部に位置するように形成し、板状係止板に連設する押え板を王冠挿入孔と平行な係止板の側端にヒンジを介して連設したことを特徴とする。また、請求項3に係る壜運搬具は、前記平行な王冠挿入孔の間に第2王冠挿入孔とこの王冠挿入孔に連通する第2壜頭部用凹部を設け、前記第2壜頭部用凹部を略中央部に位置させるとともに、前記第2王冠挿入孔が面する側端にヒンジを介して第2押え板を連設したことを特徴とする。また、請求項4に係る壜運搬具は、押え板には先端に開口する切欠を設けると共に、王冠挿入孔の端面に係止するフックを設けたことを特徴とする。

【作用】
この発明の請求項1にあっては、王冠挿入孔から挿入した壜口部をずらすだけで壜頭部用凹部に嵌入させることができ、壜頭部用凹部が王冠の下方の環状膨出部を保持して吊り下げることができる。王冠挿入孔と壜頭部用凹部とは連通しているから壜の取り付け取り外しが容易である。また、押え板は板状係止板の側端に連設し折り返したとき係止板に折り重なるようにしたので、強度が向上するとともに壜口部のずれを防止して壜頭部用凹部に確実に保持させる。この発明の請求項2にあっては、4本の壜を四隅部に位置するように配置することができ、ヒンジは押え板の折り返しを容易にする。また、この発明の請求項3にあっては、5本の壜を同時に持ち運ぶことを可能にする。この発明の請求項4にあっては、押え板先端の切欠が壜を確実に押さえるとともに、フックによって係止板上への折り重ねを保持し乱暴な取り扱いによっても押え板が外れることがない。

次に、この発明の実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。図1は展開した状態であって上半分は上面図、下半分は下面図を示し、図2は押え板の組立方法を示す一部拡大断面図、図3は壜運搬具の組立方法を示す上面斜視図である。この発明は、口部を王冠により密封する構造の壜には王冠の下方に環状膨出部が形成されていることに着目し、この環状膨出部を利用して吊り下げるようにしたものである。即ち、壜運搬具11は壜口部を係止する平面方形状の板状係止板13の対向する側端に押え板15を連設してなる。前記板状係止板13には対向する両側端に沿って二つの略長方形状の王冠挿入孔17が平行に設けられており、前記王冠挿入孔17の両端には壜頭部用凹部19が設けられている。従って、前記実施例では壜頭部用凹部19は係止板13の四隅部に位置するように配置され、4本の壜を運搬することができる。

前記王冠挿入孔17は、王冠を冠着した壜口部を挿入するのに十分な大きさであり、両端部の壜頭部用凹部19とは内側に突出したくびれ部20を介して連通している。前記壜頭部用凹部19は、壜口部の環状膨出部よりも小径であり環状膨出部の下方の首部が挿入可能な大きさに形成されている。くびれ部20間の連通部21の幅寸法は壜頭部用凹部19の直径よりも当然小さく形成されており、王冠挿入孔17から挿入された壜口部は連通部21から押し込むようにして壜頭部用凹部19に嵌入される。前記相互に連通する壜頭部用凹部19間の寸法は、壜を並べて吊り下げることができるように壜の大きさによって適宜決定される。

次に、上記構成の壜運搬具11の使用方法を図3及び図4に基づいて説明する。まず、壜口部を王冠挿入孔17の下側から挿入して王冠A下方の環状膨出部Bを上方に突出させ、そのまま水平にずらして連通部21から壜頭部用凹部19に押し込む。壜頭部用凹部19に押し込まれた壜口部は環状膨出部Bが係止されるとともに、くびれ部20によって保持される。同様にして、もう1本の壜口部を王冠挿入孔17から挿入し、水平移動させて他方の連通部21から壜頭部用凹部19に押し込んで環状膨出部Bを係止させる。次いで、押え板15を折り返して係止板13上に折り重ね、そのまま押圧することによってフック29を王冠挿入孔17の側面27に係止させる。

他方の王冠挿入孔17側においても同様にして壜口部を係止させる。その後、運搬する場合には、図4に示すように、両端に接着剤あるいは両面テープの付いた帯状テープを取り付けて把手31とし、前記把手31を持って吊り下げるようにすればよい。前記把手31は壜頭部用凹部19に近接して設けることが壜の重量で垂れるのを防止する上で好ましく、図示するように2本平行に設けるか、X字状にクロスして設けることができる。また、他の吊り下げ方法としては、係止板13の中央部に手掛孔を設けるか、別途成形した把手を取り付けるようにしてもよい。

図5及び図6はこの発明の実施例2を示し、図5は上面図、図6は組立方法を示す上面斜視図であり、5本用の壜運搬具を示す。尚、実施例1と共通する構成については同一の符号を付して、その説明は省略する。この実施例では、前記平行に設けてなる王冠挿入孔17の間に第2王冠挿入孔33とこの王冠挿入孔33にくびれ部35を介して連通する第2壜頭部用凹部37を設けてなる。前記第2壜頭部用凹部37は係止板13の略中央部に位置し、四隅部の壜頭部用凹部19とは5本の壜を吊り下げることができるような十分な間隔を保持している。

さらに、前記第2王冠挿入孔33が面する側端にはヒンジ39を介して第2押え板40を連設してなる。前記第2押え板40は、壜頭部用凹部19に係止された壜の間に挿入され、前記第2王冠挿入孔33を覆い、第2壜頭部用凹部37内の壜に当接してずれを防止する大きさに形成されている。先端には第2壜頭部用凹部37と同じかそれよりも大きい直径による半円形の切欠41が形成されている。また、第2押え板40の上面には、ヒンジ39を挟んで第2王冠挿入孔33の外側側面43と対向する位置にフック45が突設されている。前記フック45は内向きに突設されており、フック29と同じく係止板13上に折り重ねたとき第2王冠挿入孔33の側面43に係止して折り重ねた状態を保持する。

図7は押え板の変形例を示す実施例3であり、押え板47は切欠を設けることなく先端面を直線に形成した突片である。押え板47は折り返したとき側面が壜頭部用凹部19に保持された壜口部に当接し、壜の王冠挿入孔17側へのずれを防止する大きさに形成されている。また、押え板49は角部に円弧状の切欠50を設けてなり、前記切欠50を壜口部に当接して壜の王冠挿入孔17側へのずれを防止するようにしたものである。また、実施例2における第2押え板40の上記変形例を応用することができることは当然である。さらに、押え板は壜のずれを防止することができる形状であれば他に変更することは可能であり、切欠の形状もコの字状、多角形等適宜の形状とすることができる。また、上記実施例では王冠挿入孔と壜頭部用凹部とはくびれ部を介して連通する構成としたが、くびれ部を省略し壜頭部用凹部を略半円形としてもよい。

次に、図8〜図11に基づいて、把手部を設けた実施例4について説明する。図8は展開した状態であって上半分は上面図を、下半分は下面図を示し、図9は一部を省略した断面図、図10は組み立て方法を示す上面斜視図、図11は壜を取り付けた状態の上面斜視図である。この実施例の壜運搬具11aでは板状係止板13の押え板15を連設した側端と直角方向の側端に把手部51を設けたことを特徴とする。従って、上記実施例と共通する構成については同一の符号を付して、その説明は省略する。尚、押え板15は壜口部が王冠挿入孔側にずれて抜け落ちるのを防止するためのものであるから、図8に仮想線で示すように、切欠を設けることなく壜の間に挿入され王冠挿入孔17の幅の半分以上を覆う突片としてもよい。

次に、上記構成の壜運搬具11aの使用方法を図10及び図11に基づいて説明する。まず、壜口部を王冠挿入孔17の下側から挿入して環状膨出部Bを上方に突出させ、そのまま水平移動させて連通部21から壜頭部用凹部19に押し込む。王冠挿入孔17の両端の壜頭部用凹部19に押し込まれた壜口部は環状膨出部Bが係止するとともに、くびれ部20によって保持される。次いで、押え板15を回動させて係止板13上に折り重ね、そのまま押圧することによってフック29を王冠挿入孔17の側面27に係止させる。その後、把手部51を起立させるとともに、把持部55を突き合わせて透孔59にフック60を挿入して組み立てればよい。このようにして、組み立てと壜の取り付けとを同時に行うことができ、操作がきわめて簡単である。また、押え板15によって壜口部のずれを防止しているから確実に保持することができ、吊り下げても安全に持ち運ぶことができる。

尚、上記実施例では4本の壜を運搬する場合について説明したが、2本の壜の運搬用に変形することもできる。2本の壜を運搬する場合には、王冠挿入孔を1つ設ければよく、他の1つは押え板とともに省略すればよい。また、5本の壜の運搬用とするには、図5の実施例の壜運搬具に前記把手部51を組み合わせることができる。

さらに、この発明の他の実施例について説明する。図12以下は押え板を王冠挿入孔17の側面27に直接連設したことを特徴とする。この実施例においても王冠挿入孔17は係止板13の下から王冠を挿入可能な大きさであって、壜頭部用凹部19は壜頭部を前記王冠挿入孔17側から移動させたとき壜頭部が挿入可能な大きさであるとともに、環状膨出部Bを係止する大きさに形成されている。前記王冠挿入孔17の内側縁部には壜頭部を押さえる押え板61が下面側に形成したヒンジ63を介して連設されている。押え板61の先端部65に設けた小さな凸部67が王冠挿入孔17の縁部に形成した段状切欠部69に嵌合する。

さらに、係止板13の前記王冠挿入孔17と平行な側端には、先端部に係止部73を形成した支持用突片75を上面側に形成したヒンジ77を介して連設してなる。前記係止部73は支持用突片75を水平にしたとき下向きに形成されており、係止板13の下側から回動させて押え板61の透孔70に挿入して係止できるように構成されている。このように、支持用突片75を回動させて係止部73を透孔70に係止させると、押え板61は下方へは凸部67と段状切欠部69との係合によって抑えられ、上方へは係止部73によって抑えられるから、上下左右の動きが抑制される。このようにして、押え板61は固定されるので、壜を確実に保持し不容易な脱落を防止することができる。

前記王冠挿入孔17の間には、図12〜図14に示すように、把手部79が設けられている。前記把手部79は両端が係止板13に連結し上方に湾曲した略コの字状に形成されており、下方の係止板13には打ち抜かれて透孔80が形成されている。この把手部79によって4本の壜を吊り下げて持ち運ぶことができる。また、前記把手部79の根元部には、図17に示すように、保管時に折り畳んで高さを低くすることができるように、ヒンジ81、83、85を設けてもよい。ヒンジ81は連結部分の内側に、ヒンジ83は前記ヒンジ81の上部の外側に、ヒンジ85は前記ヒンジ83の上部の内側にそれぞれ設ければ、ヒンジ部分から折って把手部79の高さを低くし、透孔80に挿入して積み重ねることができる。

次に、上記構成の壜運搬具11bの使用方法について説明する。まず、押え板61を立ち上げておくか、図12の状態のまま壜口部を王冠挿入孔17の下側から挿入して環状膨出部Bを王冠挿入孔17より上方に突出させ、そのまま水平移動させて壜頭部用凹部19に嵌入させる。次いで、押え板61を倒して凸部67を段状切欠部69に嵌合させるとともに、支持用突片75を下側から回動させて先端の係止部73を押え板61の透孔70に挿入して係止させる。このようにして、図18に示すように4本の壜を装着固定すれば、押え板61は上下左右のいずれにも動くことがないから、壜は確実に保持され吊り下げても安全に持ち運ぶことができる。
