Description
【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a tissue carton that contains tissue paper, and more particularly to a tissue carton that can be easily folded after use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The tissue carton that accommodates the folded tissue paper has a box shape for accommodating and taking out the tissue paper. However, when it is discarded after use, it is bulky if it is in the shape of a box, so that it is crushed and folded before being discarded.
[0003]
However, this tissue carton has a relatively simple structure so that it can be easily manufactured. However, the tissue carton is formed so as not to be crushed during transportation. I can't do it.
[0004]
Therefore, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-190679, as shown in FIG. 7, a

However, in the tissue carton disclosed in the above publication, after the
[0006]
Furthermore, since the end face articulated stamped edges are weakened, the vertical strength is inferior. For this reason, during transportation, a load may be applied from above, or the edge in the height direction may hit an object, which may break before use. In this case, the value as a product is remarkably impaired, and there is a problem that dust is mixed from the broken portion.
[0007]
In order to solve this problem, the present applicant has disclosed a tissue carton in which a weakening means such as a perforation for separation is not formed on an end face connecting stamped edge in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 62-177458. However, even the tissue carton according to the present invention does not eliminate the trouble of having to separate the end face-connected stamped rim when folding, that is, the side part and the end face flap.
[0008]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a tissue carton that can be folded after use without being separated from the side surface portion and the end surface flap, is easy to manufacture, and does not break during transportation.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The foldable tissue carton of the present invention that has solved the above problems has end face flaps connected to each side face and folded inward, and extends to the upper surface connected to the bottom face and folded inside on the outside of these end face flaps. A bottom surface side end piece having a height not connected to a top surface and a top surface side end piece having a height that does not reach the bottom surface, and the bottom face side end piece and the top face end piece are bonded to the end face flaps, In the tissue carton in which the bottom surface side end surface piece and the top surface side end surface piece are bonded together,
Pushing in the form of a bulging line connecting the two points with respect to the bottom surface or top surface starting from two spaced points on the connection edge between the bottom surface side end surface piece and the bottom surface or on the connection edge between the top surface side end surface piece and the top surface Forming a perforation for forming an incision perforation from each of the starting points to each side of the bottom face side end face piece or the top face side end face piece,
The end portion of the incision perforation is located at a position that does not cover the bonded portion of the upper surface side end surface piece and the bottom surface side end surface piece, and the bottom surface side end surface piece generated when cut along the incision perforation or the The uncut portion of the upper surface side end face piece is not bonded to each end face flap,
It is characterized by this.
[0010]
In this case, it is desirable that the incision perforation is formed in a C-shape symmetrically about a center line in the height direction of the end face as a symmetry axis. In addition, it is desirable that an angle of formation of the perforation for incision with respect to a connecting edge between the bottom face side end face piece and the bottom face or a connecting edge between the top face side end face piece and the top face is 5 to 25 °.
[0011]
[Action]
In the present invention, for example, an incision perforation that connects a point on each side of the bottom surface side end surface piece and a point on a connecting edge between the bottom surface side end surface piece and the bottom surface to the bottom surface side end surface piece is preferably the bottom surface. It is formed in a U-shape symmetrically about the center line in the height direction of the side end face piece, and starting from the end points of the two incision perforations on the connecting edge between the bottom end face piece and the bottom face For example, a pressing perforation having a bulging line shape such as an arc shape is formed on the bottom surface.
[0012]
For this reason, the tissue carton according to the present invention presses the pushing perforation provided adjacent to the connecting edge between the bottom face side end piece and the bottom face with a finger, as described in detail in a later embodiment. Thus, it can be surely pushed through and can be cut along the incision perforation by pushing open as it is. If the incision perforation is cut off, the bottom end piece and the top end piece are pushed and spread together, and the sticking part to the end face flap is peeled off. After that, the end face flap is unfolded and the whole box is folded. Thus, in this tissue carton, the end face portion can be easily opened after use, and it is not necessary to cut off the end face flap when folding, so that it can be easily folded with a small force. In addition, since it is not necessary to form weakened parts such as perforations in the height direction in the assembled state, the manufacturing process can be reduced correspondingly, and breakage during transportation due to the formation of weakened parts may occur. Nor.

[0019]
As described above, in the present embodiment, the case where the folding perforation is formed on the bottom surface and the bottom side end face piece has been described, but the folding perforation may be formed on the top face and the top side end face piece.
[0020]
However, when the folding perforation is formed on the upper surface and the upper surface end piece, if the bottom surface end surface piece is folded more inside than the upper surface end surface piece in the assembled state, the upper surface side end surface piece and the bottom surface side When the end face piece is peeled off from the end face flap, the bottom face side end face piece is likely to be peeled off from the upper face side end face piece. If the bottom end piece is peeled off from the top end piece and the bottom end piece is stuck to the end flap, it is difficult to open the end flap. Therefore, when the upper surface side end surface piece is stuck outside the bottom surface side end surface piece in the assembled state, it is desirable to form folding perforations on the bottom surface and the bottom surface side end surface piece. On the contrary, when the bottom face side end face piece is stuck outside the top face side end face piece, it is naturally desirable to form the folding perforation on the top face and the top face side end face piece.
[0021]
Further, a desirable shape of the folding perforation will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. First, although the perforation for pushing formed on the bottom surface (upper surface), this can be a perforated line having an appropriate bulging line formed on the bottom surface (upper surface) starting from the connecting edge. In the above embodiment, the arc shape is used. However, the arc shape is not necessarily required, and may be a flat elliptical arc shape. Alternatively, for example, a shape such as a rectangle or a polygon may be used. However, in order to be easily separated by inserting a finger, and further, a perforation may be easily formed. For this, it is desirable to have a shape having no corners as a whole, that is, a shape such as a circular arc or an elliptical arc.

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the tissue carton according to the present invention can be easily folded with a small force after use. Further, it is not necessary to separate the side surface portion and the end surface flap portion when folding. Further, since it is not necessary to form the weakened portion in the end face flap portion, the manufacturing process is reduced, and since the weakened portion is not formed in the height direction, it is not broken during transportation.
