Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a soft floor heating mat. More specifically, the present invention relates to a long and wide floor heating mat that can be rolled, packed, stored and transported.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, floor heating technology that heats a residential room from the floor has been proposed and put into practical use for the purpose of improving the comfort of living rooms in cold districts and living rooms in cold seasons in warm regions. Has been. For example, a floor heating mat is laid on the floor of a slab in an apartment, on a base plywood laid on the floor of a slab, or on a base plywood laid on the floor of a living room in a detached house. A heating floor having a structure in which a surface layer material or a floor material is arranged on a mat for use has been put into practical use.
[0003]
The floor material for floor heating that has been put to practical use is, for example, a hard panel in which a groove is engraved in a wooden panel and a conducting pipe for heating fluid is embedded in the groove, but the strength is sufficient, but a single unit is wide Disadvantages such as that it cannot be of area, one unit is heavy, if one unit is narrow area, it must be connected to the conduction pipe of other unit, it cannot be bent, it cannot be wound into a roll Therefore, it was extremely inconvenient for packing, storage, transportation and construction.
[0004]
Soft floor heating mats are long and wide, and can be packed, stored and transported in the form of a roll wound from manufacturing to construction. However, when the substrate is made of a soft material, when it is wound in a roll shape, the entire weight is applied to the portion positioned below the soft floor heating mat, and the portion loaded with this weight is deformed flat. Therefore, when a deformed floor heating mat is applied, there is a drawback that a floor surface having a uniform thickness cannot be obtained and uniform heat dissipation cannot be performed.
[0005]
Also, when flooring is placed on a soft floor heating mat and nailed with nails, not only does the mat have no part to fix the nails, but even if the flooring is nailed to the base plywood, In some cases, it may hit the conductive pipe for the heated fluid, which may cause leakage of the heated fluid. In extreme cases when the heated fluid leaks, the sign is rare to appear immediately, and after a considerable amount of time has passed, inconvenience due to corrosion appears on the floor, and spots appear on the lower wall and ceiling surfaces. For the first time, it may be found that the cause is the leakage of the heated fluid, but a major refurbishment is required to deal with when such a phenomenon occurs.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Under these circumstances, the present inventors have intensively studied to provide a floor heating panel that eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional methods, and as a result, the present invention has been completed.
The object of the present invention is as follows.
1. To provide a soft floor heating mat that can be wound into a roll.
2. To provide a soft floor heating mat in which a portion located below the mat is hardly crushed even when wound in a roll.
3. To provide a soft floor heating mat in which a soft floor heating mat is arranged, a floor material is laid thereon, and the floor material can be fixed with nails.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, in a soft floor heating mat in which a base made of a long soft foamed resin molded body is disposed between long and wide wooden supports, the base is wide. The thickness of the wooden support is approximately the same as the thickness of the wooden support, and a groove of the heating fluid conducting tube is engraved on one surface of the wooden support substantially in parallel with the length of the substrate. Is embedded, and at least one narrow wooden support having a thickness substantially equal to the thickness of the base is disposed along the length of the base, and the wide wooden support, the base, and A soft floor heating mat, characterized in that each upper surface side end of a narrow wooden support is brought into contact without providing a gap, and each upper surface is integrally attached with a thin metal plate to be widened. provide.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The soft floor heating mat according to the present invention has a base made of a long flexible foamed resin molding. The resin constituting the molded body of the substrate forms closed cells when it is formed into a plate-like foam molded body, and examples thereof include soft general-purpose resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyvinyl acetate. Among them, high-density polyethylene foam molded products, and plate-like foam molded products made of a mixture of polystyrene and high-density polyethylene are closed-celled, so they have excellent heat insulation properties, are difficult to dissipate heat from the heating fluid, and are lightweight. Nevertheless, it is particularly preferable because of its excellent flexibility. The thickness of the base of the foamed molded product is in the range of 8-30 mm depending on the type of building on which the mat is laid and the location of the building, and the expansion ratio is in the range of 2-90 times depending on the type of resin. You can choose at.
[0009]
In the soft floor heating mat according to the present invention, a base made of a long soft foamed resin molded body is disposed between long and wide wooden supports. A long and wide wooden support, for example, a length of 1820 mm and a width of about 35 to 45 mm, serves as a joist, and when nailing to a base plywood after placing a soft floor heating mat, When laying a surface layer material or a floor material on a soft floor heating mat, the surface layer material or the floor material is supported, and when the floor material is fixed with a nail, it is a portion to be nailed. The long and wide wooden support has an interval at which the joists are arranged, for example, 303 mm or 455 mm. The height of the wide wooden support can be the same as the thickness of the mat substrate and can be selected in the range of 8-30 mm.
[0010]
In the mat for soft floor heating according to the present invention, a base made of a long soft foamed resin molded body is disposed between the long and wide wooden supports. The base body has a conductive pipe for heating fluid embedded therein, and functions so as not to dissipate heat of the heating fluid. A groove is engraved on one side of the base body substantially in parallel along the length direction. A conducting tube is buried. The width of the opening of the groove is preferably the same as or slightly larger than the outer diameter (for example, 7.2 mm) of the heating fluid conducting tube. When the groove is cut at a right angle to the length direction of the groove to form a U-shaped cross section, it is convenient for embedding the conducting tube. Since the substrate is disposed between the wooden supports, the width is smaller than the interval 303 mm between adjacent joists, for example, 258 mm.
[0011]
In order to effectively dissipate the heat of the heating fluid conducting pipe embedded in the groove of the base to the floor plate side, if a thin metal plate is pasted over the entire wall surface of the groove, the thin metal plate is not pasted at all. It was found that the amount of heat released from heat was improved by 15 to 20% or more, which was preferable. In particular, when a surface layer material with improved cushioning properties is placed on the mat for soft floor heating, the layer (cushion material layer) that improves the cushioning property of the surface material blocks heat transfer. Although it is necessary to increase the heat radiation amount of the mat, this can be solved by sticking a thin metal plate over the entire wall surface of the groove.
[0012]
The thin metal plate adhered to the wall surface of the groove functions to reflect and dissipate heat of the heated fluid that is passed through the conducting tube to the floor plate side. Examples of the metal thin plate include aluminum foil, tin foil, and stainless steel foil. Among these, aluminum foil is particularly preferable from the viewpoint of manufacturing difficulty and cost. If the thickness of the metal sheet is too thin, it will not be strong enough and will be damaged when stuck in a groove or when a conducting tube is embedded in the groove. If it is too thick, not only will the product weight increase, The cost is high and neither is preferable. A preferable range of the thickness of the metal thin plate is 10 to 500 μm.
[0013]
The base is provided with at least one narrow wooden support disposed along the length of the base. When the soft floor heating mat is wound in a roll shape, the small-width wooden support body is less likely to be crushed even if the base disposed between the wide-width wooden support structures is positioned below. The width of the narrow wooden support is preferably not more than half of the width of the wide wooden support (about 35 to 45 mm), and particularly preferably not more than one third. The number of the narrow wooden supports is preferably selected in the range of 1 to 3, although it depends on the number of heating fluid conducting tubes embedded in the substrate. In the case of one, it is preferable to arrange the substrate approximately at the center, in the case of three, one is approximately at the center, and the remaining two are disposed at approximately the target position with the center one in between.
[0014]
To manufacture the soft floor heating mat according to the present invention, first, the long wide wooden support, the long base, and the long small wooden support are used as a set of unit bodies, and each upper surface The side end portions are arranged in contact with each other without providing a gap, and a plurality of unit bodies are combined so as to be wide as a whole, and a heating fluid conducting tube is embedded in the groove of the base. Next, the surface of the combined body which is widened by the plurality of sets of unit bodies is integrally attached with a thin metal plate. As a result, a long and wide soft floor heating mat can be obtained.
[0015]
The conducting pipe for heating fluid embedded in the base is composed of, for example, a cross-linked polyethylene pipe, a polybutene pipe, etc., the diameter of which is the place of the building where the mat for soft floor heating is installed, the thickness of the mat base, the type of heating fluid Usually, a tube having an outer diameter of 7.2 mm and an inner diameter of 5 mm is common, depending on the temperature and the like.
[0016]
The thin metal plate applied to the surface of the combination body functions to radiate the heat of the heated fluid passed through the conducting pipe to the floor plate. The type of the metal thin plate may be the same type as the metal thin plate attached to the wall surface of the groove. Among these, aluminum foil is particularly preferable from the viewpoint of manufacturing difficulty and cost. If the thickness of the metal thin plate is too thin, the strength is insufficient and it is easy to break when wound in a roll shape. If it is too thick, not only will the weight of the product increase, but the cost of the product will increase, both of which are undesirable. . A preferable range of the thickness of the metal thin plate is 10 to 500 μm.
[0017]
The soft floor heating mat according to the present invention is as described above, and can be wound in a roll shape with the metal thin plate facing outside. Although the wide wooden support and the narrow wooden support are not shrunk, the base made of the soft foam molded product is slightly compressed and shrunk, so that it can be wound into a roll. In addition, when the cross-sectional shape when cut at right angles to the length direction of the base is an inverted trapezoidal shape, and the long side is arranged on the upper side and the short side is arranged on the lower side, the operation for winding the soft floor heating mat in a roll shape Is preferable.
[0018]
The mat for soft floor heating according to the present invention is as described above, on the floor plywood on the floor of the slab, on the floor plywood laid on the floor of the slab, or on the floor of the living room of the detached house. It can be applied as a heated floor having a structure in which a surface layer agent or a flooring material is disposed on the floor heating mat. When laying a soft floor heating mat on an underlying plywood, nails can be nailed to a wide wooden support or a narrow wooden support, and a surface layer or flooring is placed on top of this. In this case, the nail can be nailed to the wide wooden support or the narrow wooden support. Since the metal thin plate is thin, the positions of the wide wooden support, the narrow wooden support, and the base can be easily confirmed, and the position where the nail is driven is not mistaken.
