Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present application relates to a metal wheel for extending an electric wire, a communication line, and the like, and particularly to a guide bar attachment attached to a cable wire wagon for extending an optical fiber line.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
The construction of large-capacity information and communication networks is urgently being made due to changes in social conditions, and in particular, the construction of optical fiber cables is progressing rapidly.
The optical fiber line employed for this wire drawing work has a thickness of about 2 mm and a width of about 5 mm, and is constituted by one tension wire and two optical fibers in parallel.
The line called the optical drop fiber of this thin configuration is drawn on the roller in the metal wheel suspended from the support wire and extended, but it fits into the gap between the frame and the roller and damages it. Was considered.
In some cases, the optical fiber may be broken, so that some countermeasure has been demanded.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In this application, in order to solve the above problems, the position of the optical drop fiber passing over the roller of the gold wheel is limited to the valley position at the center of the roller, and by not approaching the gap formed between the frames on both sides of the roller. This prevents the fitting into the gap.
In order to limit the line to the roller center and make sliding contact with it, attach the holding frame of the guide bar attachment to the roller frame and hang down two at the front and back of the roller at the time of wire drawing. It is.
The space formed by the pair of front and rear guide bars sandwiching this roller is near the bottom of the central valley in the width direction of the roller, and upward is the space where the clamping frame provided along the roller frame continues. Is in an open state, and there is no contact with the guide bar even when the wire hangs down from the roller during wire drawing.
The present application discloses a guide bar attachment that can be retrofitted to a roller frame of a cable negotiating wheel already sold .
[0004]
【Example】
Examples of the present application will be described in detail.
1 and 2 show a guide bar attachment of a cable negotiating wheel according to the present application, in which a hooking hook portion 1 is provided in an upper portion, and a roller 61 for drawing and extending a cable or the like in a lower portion has a substantially U- shaped downward. Linked between the lifting part and the lower part of the hook part for hooking the roller part 5 which is arranged between the tip parts of the letter-shaped roller frame 6 and extends and protrudes outside the U-shaped bottom of the roller frame 6 4, the bottom of the cable bridging wheel arranged along the U-shaped bottom curve of the substantially U-shaped roller frame 6 facing downward is a curved line. A pair of protrusions are arranged on opposite sides of the lifting part across the roller frame 6 on the opposite sides of the holding frame 8 formed in a letter shape, and a mounting bolt 91 as a fastening member 9 is bridged between the protrusions on the opposite sides. Te provided round the bottom both lower ends of the clamping frame 8 The guide bar 7 which is bent steel bars in a U-shape and a pair welding arrangement, the guide bar 7 is subjected to damage prevention process 71 to form a guide bar attachment, the guide bar 7, two on the roller 61 back and forth positions each suspended, has a structure which limit the passage of the roller 61 to the roller 61 above the valleys.
The guide bar 7 is formed by bending a round steel bar into a U-shape, welding a base to a holding frame 8 provided along the roller frame 6 so as to limit the line to the roller central portion and make sliding contact, and at the time of wire drawing Two of them are suspended at the front and back of the roller, and the distance between them is the line passing range. The distance between the pair of front and rear guide bars 7 across the roller is near the bottom of the central valley in the width direction of the roller. The space up to the clamping frame 8 provided along the roller frame 6 is a continuous space, the lower end is in an open state, and does not come into contact with the guide bar 7 even when the wire hangs down from the roller during wire drawing.
By providing two guide bars 7 at the front and rear positions of the roller as described above, the bending angle of the line at the curve point can be increased, and a stable inclination of the roller portion 5 can be obtained to damage the optical drop fiber. Can be prevented.
The guide bar 7 is made of a resin heat-shrinkable tube or is subjected to damage prevention treatment 71 which is immersed in a resin solution and coated.
[0005]
The above-mentioned cable bridging wheel is provided with a hooking hook on the upper part and a roller part on which the cable is drawn and extended on the lower part. In order to eliminate the work at a high place and prevent a crash disaster, the present applicant disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-201030, and here is a detailed structure. The action and effect are omitted.
[0006]
In the mounting method of the present application, if the operation piece 12 of the roller portion 5 of the cable wagon wheel is rotated against the spring, the hook piece 11 provided continuously is also co- operated and the engagement with the roller shaft 62 is achieved. When the roller 61 is unwound, the roller 61 is opened.
Then, the holding frame 8 is applied to the lifting portion on the upper side of the roller frame 6, the roller frame 6 is sandwiched, and the fixing bolt 91 of the fastening member 9 is fastened and fixed.
[0007]
In using the cable wagon for cable laying of the present application, first, if the operation piece 12 of the cable holding roller portion 5 is rotated against the spring, the hook piece 11 provided continuously is also co- operated with the roller shaft 62 . The engagement is released and the roller 61 is opened.
If a small-diameter rope or messenger wire is placed between the guide bars 7 and the roller 61 is pressed upward from below, the roller shaft 62 slides on the slope of the hook piece 11 and both are engaged by one-touch operation. Can be placed on a roller.
Next, the cap opening ring 3 is lifted by a hook at the tip of the telescopic operating rod, the opening / closing cap 2 is rotated to open the hook, and the hook is attached to the support line or the trunk line.
After that, by removing the operation rod from the cap opening ring 3, the load of the roller portion 5 connected to the opening / closing cap 2 via the link 4 acts to rotate the opening / closing cap 2 in the closing direction of the mouth and further support it. A line or a trunk line is pressed from below and does not move while maintaining the position on the support line.
As described above, it is suspended by hanging it with the operation rod in sequence, suspended from the branch box of the main line between the eaves of the private house by several places, and the tip of the optical drop fiber C is connected to the rear end of the rope. Alternatively, the optical drop fiber C (because of its light weight) may be inserted in advance into the roller part of the cable wagon, which can be selected and extended according to the timely construction situation. .
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
As mentioned above, by attaching the guide bar attachment of this application to the cable crossing metal wheel, the movement of the small diameter optical drop fiber line is restricted, and it is prevented from entering the gap between the frame and the roller, causing damage and disconnection accidents. Can be eliminated.
In addition, since the present application is an attachment that is retrofitted to a cable negotiating wheel that is already in use, it is economical because it can be used when a normal telephone line is extended.
In addition, the method of use is the same as before, and it can be operated from the ground, so it is not necessary to work at a high place and the occurrence of a crash disaster is eliminated.
