図1は、エアゾル容器10の全体外観図を示し、1はエアゾル缶、2はトリガー型エアゾルキャップのキャップ部、31は操作部本体、34はトリガー部、37は噴口部を夫々示している。7は保管又は運搬中誤って操作部が動かされないように取り付けられているバージンシールである。

この発明は前記の不具合を解消するために、前記操作部が、噴口部及びその下方において半径方向外方にかつ斜め下方に向けて張り出すように形成されたトリガー部と、これら部分と直径方向反対側にかつ一体的に形成された取付板と、該取付板のトリガー部とは反対側の半径方向端部において該取付板に直交する方向に設けられた取付杆とを有し、前記取付杆が、カバー部の後端側にある支持リブの下端の保持切欠内に回動可能に保持されており、カバー部の前記周壁の取付杆側の下端において、カバー部のみを取り外すための工具の挿入及び取外し操作を容易にするために、前記取付板の幅より広い充分な周方向長さを有する隙間を設けたことを特徴とするトリガー型エアゾルキャップを得たものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図2は、図1に示すエアゾル容器からキャップ部を取り出して示した側面図、図3は、図2をA方向からみた上面図、図4は、同じくB方向からみた底面図、図5は、C方向からみた正面図、図6は、D方向からみた背面図を夫々示し、また、図7は、図2の状態の側断面図、図8は、バージンシールを外して使用可能な状態の側断面図である。各図とも図9、図10と同じ符号は同じ部分を表している。

図2及びその側断面図である図7においては、バージンシール7によって操作部3がキャップ部2に対して下方向に枢動しないように保持されており、保管や運搬中に誤ってトリガー部34に力がかかっても操作部3によってバルブステム6が下降し、噴射が行なわれることがないようになっている。図8に示すようにバージンシール7を外すと、バルブステム嵌挿部35とバルブステム6とが係合する一方、他方において操作部3はリブ41の保持切欠42に係合した取付杆33を中心として、トリガー部34にかけた指を引金を引くように操作することによって反時計方向に枢動して、ノズルステム6を押し下げるものである。

図4及び図6から判るように、この発明においては、カバー部周壁43の下端の隙間45を取り外し工具が挿入できるように、その周方向幅に取付板の厚みより広くしてあるので、ここに工具を挿入してキャップ部2のみを上方に持ち上げることによりエアゾール缶1のマウント5から容易に取り外すことができる。

この発明は前記の如き構成であって、トリガー型エアゾルキャップのカバー部周壁の下端の隙間を周方向に沿って取付板の厚みより広くすることにより、そこに工具が挿入されうるので、エアゾール缶からのキャップのみの取り外しを容易に行うことができる。
