Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, a variety of management machines such as a pruning machine for pruning tea trunks, a plucking machine for plucking tea leaves (tea buds), or a control machine for spraying chemicals can be selectively selected for one traveling machine. It is related to a management machine that attaches and manages tea gardens, and is a new straddle type that improves the efficiency of various management work by making it easy to attach and detach the entire storage part used especially during plucking work It relates to tea garden management machines.
[0002]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
For example, with respect to a crawler-type traveling machine that travels across a teacup, an appropriate management machine such as a pruning machine, a plucking machine, or a control machine is supported on the top surface of the teacup according to the work. However, such a management machine is usually provided with a tea leaf container used at the time of plucking work behind the management machine body. For example, when performing a mid-cutting operation which is one of the pruning operations by such a management machine, it is possible to attach the mid-cutting machine body to the plucking machine body mounting position, that is, the substantially central portion of the traveling machine body or the rear position of the traveling machine body. There were many.
[0003]
In this way, when the intermediate mower body is attached to the plucking machine body attachment position, the intermediate mower body is located at the approximate center of the traveling body, so that the mowing can be carried out at an average position with respect to the unevenness of the field, but the harvesting is performed. As for the branches and leaves, this thing tends to be clogged by crawlers etc. of the traveling aircraft by being bounced back by, for example, the tea leaf container that constitutes the tea leaf container, etc. There is a problem that it takes a lot of trouble. On the other hand, with regard to such a tea leaf storage base, there is a management machine in which this can be rotated from a substantially horizontal direction to a substantially vertical direction, so to speak, it is said that it escapes from the rear. It was a technique mainly aimed at shortening the dimensions and improving the ease of handling such as turning. For this reason, in many cases, only the rear portion of the tea leaf storage table is configured to be rotatable, and the front portion of the tea leaf storage table, the so-called Earl table, is originally fixedly attached to a slider that supports the management machine body so as to be movable up and down. Most of the forms are present, and as long as this areal stand is present immediately after the mid-cutting machine body, the above-mentioned problem of clogging of branches and leaves has not been solved.
[0004]
In addition, when attaching the middle trimming machine body to the rear position of the traveling machine body, it is good in that the cut leaves are not clogged by the crawler etc., but compared with the case where it is attached to the picking machine body mounting position, When pitching (pitch) is large and there are convex parts on the field, there is a drawback that steps are easily formed before and after the cutting surface. In addition, in many management machines in which the Earl stand is fixedly attached to a slider formed to be movable up and down, even if the rear part of the tea leaf receiving stand is rotated to rise almost vertically, As a result, the rear extension dimension of the management machine is inevitably long, and a space for turning the management machine is also required, which is a factor that reduces the handling of the management machine. It was.
[0005]
[Technical issues for which development was attempted]
The present invention has been made in view of such a background, and has a structure in which the entire tea leaf housing part including the Earl table can be easily attached and detached. This is an attempt to develop a new straddle-type tea garden management machine that has almost never clogged the branches and leaves.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the straddling type tea garden management machine according to claim 1 is a traveling machine body that travels so as to straddle the teacup, and is supported by the traveling machine body so as to be positioned on the upper surface of the teacup, and suitable tea gardens such as pruning and plucking work. In the tea garden management device comprising a management machine that performs management work,
On the rear side of the traveling machine body, an entire housing part that houses tea leaves plucked by a plucking machine body that is an example of the management machine body is provided detachably ,
This accommodating part is formed immediately after the plucking machine body while maintaining almost the same height as the cutting blade,
At the time of plucking work, the plucked tea leaves are transferred immediately after the cutting blade and taken in a storage bag placed on the containing portion,
At the time of pruning work, attach the pruning machine to the position where the plucking machine was attached and remove all the storage parts located immediately after the pruning machine,
The present invention is characterized in that the cutting branch leaves are prevented from bouncing back to the lower part of the traveling machine body .
According to the present invention, it is possible to remove the entire storage unit for storing tea leaves other than at the time of plucking work such as pruning work, for example, the branches and leaves cut off at the time of intermediate cutting work are clogged in the traveling machine body. Can be almost completely prevented.
[0007]
In addition to the requirement described in claim 1, the straddling type tea garden management machine according to claim 2 is characterized in that it can be attached / detached without a tool when attaching / detaching the accommodating portion.
According to this invention, since the attachment / detachment of the housing portion can be performed without the need for a tool, the attachment / detachment is easy, and it is not necessary to always have a tool.
[0008]
Furthermore, the straddling type tea garden management machine according to claim 3 is characterized in that, in addition to the requirements of claim 1 or 2, the traveling machine body is a crawler type.
According to the present invention, even if the traveling machine body is a crawler type, the cut branches and leaves are hardly clogged, and the operator can concentrate on the original cutting work, and the efficiency of the management work can be improved.
[0009]
Furthermore, in addition to the requirements described in claim 1, 2 or 3, the straddling type tea garden management machine according to claim 4 has a front-rear position between a substantially upper part of the traveling machine body and a rear side. It is characterized in that it can be set freely.
According to the present invention, since the position of the management machine body such as the pruning machine body can be set freely in the front-rear direction, it is possible to cope with various conditions such as the depth of cutting and the degree of finishing thereof.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described below based on the illustrated embodiments. First, prior to the description of the straddling type tea garden management machine 1 of the present invention, “tea garden management” described in the name of the present invention and in the present specification will be described. This "tea garden management" means pruning work for pruning the trunks to prepare the tree shape and restoring the tree, plucking work for actually plucking tea leaves, pest control work for spraying chemicals to the teacup T, etc. The so-called tea garden management work is comprehensively shown. By the way, the pruning work consists of pruning work using a so-called mower, shallow pruning work using a shallow pruning machine, deep pruning work using a light pruning machine, pruning work using a pruning machine, pedestal pruning work using a trimming machine, and a tail pruning machine. This is a general term for all of the hem cutting operations.
The straddling type tea garden management machine 1 of the present invention is supported so as to be located on the top surface of the teacup T by the traveling machine body 2 that travels over the teacup T as shown in FIG. And a management machine 3 to be provided. As the management machine 3, a pruning machine, a plucking machine, a control machine, or the like is applied depending on the work. A storage unit 4 is provided immediately behind the management machine 3 to store tea leaves picked during the picking operation. Each component will be described below.
[0011]
First, the traveling machine body 2 will be described. As an example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the frame portion 21 formed in a gate shape so as to straddle the teacup T is used as a skeleton member, and a crawler 22 is provided below the frame portion 21. The management machine body 3 is attached above the crawler 22. A control unit 23 for operating the management machine body 3, an engine unit 24 for driving the crawler 22 and the like, a slider 25 involved in raising and lowering of the management machine body 3 and the accommodating portion 4, etc., a driver's seat on which an operator sits 26 etc. are provided in the frame part 21. In this embodiment, the traveling machine body 2 is a crawler type, but in addition to this, for example, a so-called rail traveling type that can perform management work without an operator boarding can be applied. is there.
[0012]
Further, since the sliders 25 provided on both sides of the traveling machine body 2 detachably hold the accommodating portion 4 to be described later, as shown in FIG. 3, as an example, a holding bracket 27 that substantially holds the accommodating portion 4; A contact receiving portion 28 having a cylindrical shape or the like for receiving the distal end portion of the accommodating portion 4 is provided so as to protrude inside the management machine.
The holding bracket 27 is formed so that a guide 27b for guiding the accommodating portion 4 is raised in a substantially vertical direction with respect to a plate-like member 27a formed so as to protrude from the slider 25 in a substantially horizontal direction. The lower part of the member 27a is appropriately reinforced. In addition, an engagement hole 27c for positioning the holding portion 4 to be held is opened at a substantially central portion of the plate-like member 27a.
[0013]
Next, the management machine 3 will be described. As described above, the management machine body 3 applies a pruning machine body, a plucking machine body, a control machine body, and the like, and substantially performs various tea garden management operations, and is supported by the slider 25 so as to be movable up and down. is there. Here, a plucking machine 30 that is an example of the management machine 3 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the plucking machine body 30 has two plucking machine frame pipes 31 arranged in parallel thereabove and a plucking machine frame along the arc of the upper surface of the teacup T below. A substrate 32 is provided substantially in parallel, and a plucking machine engine 33 is mounted at a position close to one side of the plucking machine frame pipe 31. The plucking machine engine 33 drives a cutting blade 34 to which a clipper blade is applied as an example, and blows air from a fan integrally assembled below the plucking machine engine 33 onto the plucking machine frame substrate 32. The air duct 35 is disposed obliquely above and forward of the cutting blade 34. The cutting blade 34 is provided on the front extension of the plucking machine frame substrate 32.
[0014]
Next, the accommodating part 4 is demonstrated. The accommodating part 4 is a part which accommodates the picked tea leaves, and is used during normal picking work among various management work. And the accommodating part 4 is formed in the curved surface shape which follows a teacup T upper surface substantially, and as shown in FIG. 1, 2, as an example, the said slider 25 is located in the substantially back of the cutting blade 34. As shown in FIG. It is provided with an arel base 41 that is detachably attached to the storage base 42 and a storage base 42 for substantially placing a collection bag for storing tea leaves.
The round base 41 connects the plucking machine frame substrate 32 and the storage base 42, and a contact portion 43 that is hooked on the contact receiving portion 28 of the slider 25 is formed at the tip portion. Engaging protrusions 44 that engage with the engaging holes 27c of the slider 25 are formed at substantially the center of both ends, and are easily and reliably held by the holding bracket 27 and the contact receiving portion 28.
The accommodating table 42 is connected to the rear side of the R-shaped table 41, and is configured to be rotatable by extension / contraction of a slider 45a of a hydraulic cylinder 45 provided in a fixed state from the slider 25 as an example. It is stored in a state where it is raised in the direction. Incidentally, the tea leaf storage table described in the “Background of the Invention” in the present specification means both the above-mentioned R table 41 and the storage table 42.
[0015]
Next, the attachment / detachment aspect of the accommodating part 4 in the straddle-type tea garden management machine 1 comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated. In the description, an attachment state in which the accommodating portion 4 is projected to the rear of the plucking machine body 30 will be described as an initial state.
(1) Initial state This attached state is a state during the operation of normally picking tea leaves, and a storage bag for storing the picked tea leaves is placed on the storage table 42 developed in the rearwardly protruding state. The In this initial state, as shown in FIG. 4A, the left and right ends of the round base 41 are held between the contact receiving portion 28 of the slider 25 and the holding bracket 27. Has been. Of course, in this state, the engagement protrusion 44 of the round base 41 is fitted into the engagement hole 27c of the slider 25.
[0016]
(2) Removal of storage base To remove the storage part 4 from this state, as shown in FIG. 4B, the connection of the slider 45a of the hydraulic cylinder 45 that rotatably supports the storage base 42 is released. .
[0017]
(3) Removal of the radius table And, along with the release work of the accommodation table 42, the curve table 41 is removed from the slider 25. First, the rear of the curve table 41 is changed with the contact receiving portion 28 as a base point. By rotating so as to be lifted by a minute amount, the engagement between the engagement protrusion 44 that has been responsible for the positioning action and the engagement hole 27c is released. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4 (c), the base 41 is pulled out along the guide 27b together with the storage base 42, and the entire storage section 4 is removed from the management machine.
After removing the housing part 4 in this way, for example, when the pruning machine body is attached to the position where the plucking machine body 30 is attached and the pruning operation is performed, the pruning machine body is positioned at the upper part of the center of the traveling machine body 2. Can be cut evenly, and since the round base 41 does not exist, the cut leaves and leaves are hardly clogged by the crawler 22 or the like.
[0018]
In addition, since the R table 41 and the storage table 42 are used integrally, in this embodiment, when the R table 41 is removed, the connection between the R table 41 and the storage table 42 is not released. Although the form which removes both integrally is taken, the form which cancels | releases the connection of the round base 41 and the accommodation base 42 as needed, and removes each separately is also possible. Of course, in that case, it is preferable that the connection or release operation of the R base 41 and the storage base 42 can be easily performed without a tool.
Moreover, when attaching the accommodating part 4 from the state removed from the management machine in this way, the order mentioned above is performed in reverse.
[0019]
[Other embodiments]
The present invention is based on the embodiment described above as one basic technical idea, but the following modifications can be considered. That is, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the front-rear position of the management machine 3 is determined almost uniquely with respect to the slider 25. However, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, rollable wheels 36 are provided at both left and right ends of a management machine body 3 such as a pruning machine body, while a rail 29 that receives the wheels 36 is formed on the slider 25, and the management machine body 3 It is possible to adopt a form in which the motor is moved back and forth by a motor cylinder or the like. In addition, by having such a structure in the above-described straddling type tea garden management machine 1, the management machine body 3 can be easily moved to the rear of the crawler 22, that is, to the position where the R table 41 is attached. Pruning work according to various conditions such as sheath and finishing degree can be performed.
[0020]
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 has a basic structure in which the right and left ends of the round base 41 are held by the holding bracket 27 and the contact receiving portion 28 when the round base 41 is attached to the slider 25. It is what. However, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, it is possible to attach the bolt B such as a knurled bolt or a butterfly bolt by manual operation, or after the pin-like member is fitted into the slider 25 and the round base 41. Various attachment forms, such as a technique for preventing the removal by a clip or the like, can be adopted. In short, any form may be used as long as the R-table 41 can be easily attached and detached without using a tool.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to remove the entire accommodating portion 4 for accommodating tea leaves other than at the time of plucking work such as pruning work. For example, the branches and leaves cut off at the time of intermediate cutting work are clogged by the crawler 22 or the like. This can be almost completely prevented. Moreover, since the attachment / detachment of the accommodating portion 4 can be performed without the need for a tool, the attachment / detachment work is easy, and it is not necessary to always have a tool. Furthermore, since the position of the management machine body 3 such as a pruning machine body can be set freely in the front-rear direction, it can cope with various conditions such as the depth of trimming and the degree of finishing thereof.
