【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は微細通気孔を有する袋体に発熱材料を封入して使用する使い捨てカイロに於て、そのまま使用すると低温ヤケドをする被害から守る目的に加え、必要に応じて温度調整のみならず時間調整をもできる、調整カバーを設た使い捨てカイロ。

【従来の技術】
従来、広く多く普及している使い捨てカイロは、鉄粉、チップ、活性炭、塩等のほか、珪藻土等を加え混ぜ合わせた内容物を微細通気孔を有する袋体の中に封入し、空気中の酸素と反応する酸化熱を利用するもので、酸化熱の温度は、55°Cから80°C程が基準となっている。この温度は人体に直接長時間あてられるものでなく俗に言う低温ヤケドをしてしまう。この低温ヤケドを防ぐための方法が種々様々の先願に見られる。発熱させる材料配分や割合の化学的分野から、従来の使い捨てカイロを入れる工夫による出願は何百件とあるが、日常目にする市販カイロの使用説明書きについて述べる。
1.熱つ過ぎる時は布を巻いて下さい。
2.下着を数枚着けた上から使用して下さい。
3.1時間毎に肌が赤くならないか確めて下さい。
4.直接肌に当てないで下さい。
5 低温ヤケドをした場合は直ちに病院に行って下さい。
とある、明かに危い低温ヤケドを承知の商品でありながら使用書きを守らない使用者が悪いと責任のがれのところがある。使用者も安価で取りあつかいやすく総て満足できないが、とあきらめ気分で低温ヤケドをした時は病院に行く。病院に行ってすぐなおるものでない。ヤケドの痕は残りヒリヒリと何年も痛むのである。
次に先願数何百とある中で
(イ)平1−254159、平1−223960、平4−31442等の如く、金属、合成樹脂等で別造した収納具として多く出願されている。
(ロ)昭54−89844 昭61−36920等の如く、布類の袋を収納具として多く出願されている。
(ハ)昭56−30824 昭62−91337 昭62−51592等の如く、肌ざわりよい布製の袋の中に、金属板、合成樹脂板などを熱遮断板として組み合はせ、又は、袋の外に組んだもの等ある。
(ニ)昭(58−101628、昭62−51592、平1−91313、平2−63829等の如く、一時酸化を停止させ又、作動させる仕組においては、収納具の適所に穴を設け開閉させる。カイロを入れる開口部を開閉させる方法等は総て手動で温度の高くなった時行うものである出願である。
以上、ほんの一部であるが、低温ヤケドから身を守りたく多くの出願に挑んでいるが、満足できる結果は得ていない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の技術に記載した業者の使用説明にある如く布類を巻いて使用する方法とか、カイロ収納具の中に入れて使用する方法とか、収納具の中又は外側に熱遮断板を組む方法とか、穴と開閉口を開閉して温度調整を手動でする方法とかは準備する手間がかかり、どうしても嵩ばる場合が多いので衣服の表の盛り上りは見た目も悪く使用者も気になるところであり、着けている違和感は常にある。又、大事な熱源であるカイロのエネルギーを他容器に一度貯えてから放出すると言う無駄なことを行っている。これ等の事実を踏えてカイロに貯えられるエネルギーを直接に近い方法で、無駄なく長時間使用でき尚、且、低温ヤケドにならない方法につなげるために、温度調整と時間調整の必要性を痛感し、使用者の立場からと簡単な改造によって速かに販売できる企業側からの立場をも考慮した本発明であり、下記必須条件を保有できる本発明である。
(イ)使用者としては取りあつかいが簡単であること。
(ロ)絶体低温ヤケドをしない調整ができること。
(ハ)朝、使用し始めて夜まで持続できること。
(ニ)温度の上下調整ができること。
(ホ)持続時間の長短の調整ができること。
(ヘ)肌着一枚の上からの使用可能であること。
(ト)使用していて違和感がないこと。
(チ)着衣の表面からカイロ使用存在が目立たないこと。
(リ)製造者は簡単に安価に製造できること。
以上、項目に反することなく解決する本発明である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
微細通気孔(a)が形成された微細通気孔袋(1)にカイロ用発熱材料(2)を収納した使い捨てカイロに於て、発熱材料(2)の発熱を調整できるように、微細通気孔袋(1)の微細通気孔(a)を覆うことができる。該、取り付けることができる調整カバー(5)を設けて成る。
本発明は以上の構成よりなる使い捨てカイロである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明を使用するときは、使い捨てカイロ本体に本発明の調整カバー(5)を覆う或いは取り付ける等して、温度調整、時間調整を計って低温ヤケドを防止し、痛む、こる、重苦しい等患部に当てたり、寒い時、冷たい時等の暖をとったりする。

【実施例】
本発明は、従来販売されている使い捨てカイロを用いて実施するものである。小形カイロの発熱材料(2)が内蔵されている微細通気孔袋(1)の寸法は、多少の近差はあるが平均して横80mm、縦55mm、厚み5mmの使い捨てカイロ寸法として実施する。空気遮断部(3)と空気流通部(4)(4′)をカイロに設けることで発熱材料(2)から発する発熱を調整できることを5年間の実験で取得できた。此の実験を基に割合数値を記載し実施例とする。尚大型カイロは横120mm、縦85mm、厚み5mmとする。

小型カイロに調整カバー(5)を用いる構成は、発熱材料(2)を入れた微細通気孔袋(1)の中央部分を調整カバー(5)で覆う部分が空気遮断部(3)で両サイドには微細通気孔(a)がそれぞれ現はれるようにする。この部分が空気流通部(4)(4′)となる。空気遮断部(3)の部分に設ける調整カバー(5)は空気を通さないビニール材、フィルム材、ゴム材、合成樹脂等の薄材を用いカイロの周りとほぼ同じ輪状に造る。カイロに本発明の調整カバー(5)を使用する状態に中央部分にセットしたとき、微細通気孔袋(1)の中央部分は空気遮断部(3)を構成し、その両サイドに空気流通部(4)(4′)を構成する。その割合は実験で得た三様式A,B,Cによって示す。空気流通部(4)(4′)の寸法をA2mm、B5mm、C8mmの割合に構成するが、さしあたりカイロ片面を示した図1,図2,図3の図面に合せて述べる。
図1の如く、空気流通部(4)(4′)を2mmづつ設けた場合は微細通気孔袋(1)の横巾が80mmであるから、80mm−(2mm×2)=76mmが調整カバー(5)の横巾となる。次に図2の如く、空気流通部(4)(4′)を5mmづつ設けた場合は80mm−(5mm×2)=70mmが調整カバー(5)の横巾となる。さらに図3の如く、空気流通部(4)(4′)を8mmづつ設けた場合は80mm−(8mm×2)=64mmが調整カバー(5)の横巾となる。調整カバー(5)の縦巾はいづれもカイロに挿入できるほぼ55mm巾である。以上の構成から成る調整カバー(5)は常に空気遮断部(3)の役目を果す。

以上、本発明の実験による空気遮断部(3)と空気流通部(4)の比率である。

使い捨てカイロを調整カバー(5)で覆うように挿入すると図4の如くの状態になり、この状態で一昼夜(24時間)を通し行った実験(数十回)で得た、使用可能と認められる温度と持続した時間を記す。

37°Cから始め、37°Cで終った結果時間は下記のようになった。
A.の場合は 24時間
B.の場合は 22時間
C.の場合は 20時間
となったので、空気流通部(4)の面積に反比例して使用可能な持続時間が得られる結果が解り、空気遮断部(3)となる調整カバー(5)の広さの差によって温度の調整を計ることが可能と解った。本発明の基本となる実験であった。

本発明の調整カバー(5)の図5(イ)(ロ)(ハ)は横巾を76mm、70mm、64mmの三種類別に分けたもので、図6は一番横巾の長い76mmに切断した調整カバー(5)に、70mm、64mmの目印し(9)を設けて、(イ)の76mmの調整カバー(5)が必要であればそのまま使用し、(ロ)の70mmの調整カバー(5)が必要であればその目印し(9)を切るか折るかして使用する。(ハ)の64mmの調整カバー(5)が必要であればその目印し(9)を切るか折るかして使用する。目印し(9)は図6の如く点線のほか、直線、色分けして区分けしてもよく長さ、温度等を記入してもよい。以上がカイロに用いる調整カバー(5)の構造法である。

本発明の三様式の比率によって構成される調整カバー(5)を取りつけたカイロに於て、図7の如く調整カバー(5)で覆う部分の下になる空気遮断部(3)を取りのぞき、ビニール、フィルム材等の密封板(11)にかえ、微細通気孔袋(1)の素材をそのまま空気流通部(4)として用い、その先端と密封板(11)の先端とを接着する接着部(12)を設けて互に密合させたカイロである。密封板(11)の巾が76mmの場合は空気流通部(4)はそれぞれ2mm巾であり、密封板(11)が70mmであれば5mm巾の空気流通部(4)それぞれとなり、64mmの場合は8mmとなるので調整カバー(5)を用いた時の変化ない。この状態に製造過程で行うものである。

本発明の調整カバー(5)によって構成される空気遮断部(3)の部分を粘着剤(6)で覆った調整カバー(5)を形成することに於て、着衣(15)に付着させて容易に放れないで取り去ることのできる粘着剤(6)をカイロの両面に本発明の前記A,B,C実験比率を守って塗布する。塗布した面にはフィルム材等の薄板で使用前まで保護する粘着保護板(10)を必ず設けておく。使用するときは片面の粘着保護板(10)を取り去り図8の如く着衣(15)に貼りつけて、他一面の粘着保護板(10)は残しておく。又、図9の如く、両面の粘着保護板(10)を取り去り上下の着衣(15)ではさんで貼りつけると、カイロの両面粘着材(6)で固定され動きに対して安定する。
又、紙、フィルム材、布材等に粘着剤(6)を塗布した調整カバー(5)で構成するとき、本発明の実験比率A,B,Cに合せてカイロ両面に貼りつける場合は前記粘着保護板(10)は不用であるが、着衣(15)には貼りつけられないから着衣(15)にポケット等設けてカイロを入れて使用する。

従来からの使い捨てカイロは全品必ず空気にふれさせないように封じ袋(7)で保護しているが、カイロより幾分大きめに製造されている。本発明は封じ袋(7)を調整カバー(5)に兼用できる構造である。本発明の封じ袋(7)はカイロとほとんど同寸法の余裕ない状態に製造し、カイロを納封する。封じ袋(7)の中のカイロは従来と同じカイロで横巾80mmとする。ここに一例として述べる調整カバー(5)は本発明実験比率Bの寸法70mmを設けるとした場合、両サイドにある空気流通部(4)(4′)それぞれは5mmづつ設けることになる。その調整カバー(5)70mmと両サイド5mmの境目にそれぞれ開封テープ(13)を図10(イ)のように設け、図10(ロ)の如く両サイドの開封テープ(13)をぐるっと引張り取り去ると図10(ハ)の如く、カイロ中央部分に封じ袋(7)の調整カバー(5)が残る。この状態はすでに実施例として前述した図2に示すように、カイロに調整カバー(5)を挿入した状態と同じになり、作用も効果も同じである。
一個のカイロの封じ袋(7)の両サイドの3個所に2mm、5mm、8mm巾に空気流通部(4)(4′)を設けるための開封テープ(13)を3本平列して設けると、必要に応じて温度差の位置にある開封テープ(13)を引張って、両サイドを取り去って使用できる本発明である。

前記の封じ袋(7)を空気遮断部(3)とし、窓(8)をあけた部分をカイロ微細通気孔(a)の空気流通部(4)として構成することに於て、実験例として封じ袋(7)の上下部分を残して巾6mmと長さ35mmの窓(8)を裏表両面に設けた図11の場合と、巾10mmと長さ35mmの窓(8)を両面に設けた場合との二様式の結果は、
両面に6mmの窓を設けた場合 平均温度42°C 接続時間26時間
両面に10mmの窓を設けた場合 〃 42°C 〃 24時間
二様式とも同じ42°Cを保ちながら、持続時間もほぼ一昼夜もつことを元に、子供向きの暖を取るだけの玩具感覚のカイロを提供する。長方形の窓(8)を図13の如く、動物の顔形状を調整カバー(5)として空気遮断部(3)を構成し、目、鼻、口等が微細通気孔(a)の空気流通部(4)として構成し、本発明の実験比率に添って構成する。動物の顔のみならず花、キャラクター等の子供の喜ぶ具象形のカイロに成形し、空気を遮断する封じ袋(7)に封入する。朝から床に入ってからも暖のとれる楽しい子供用カイロである。

前述封じ袋(7)に窓(8)を小分けして設けた調整カバー(5)は、図14の如く、身体のツボ要点に合せて構成した大、小さまざまな窓(8)を形成して身体の具合いの悪い部分にあてがえる。両面に窓(8)を設けてもよいが、より効率よくするために、片面に本発明実験比率に合せた大、小さまざまな窓(8)を設けると片面は封じられているので、片面の大、小さまざまな窓(8)から発する熱は身体のツボ要点を集中刺激してツボ療法、お灸にも使用できる。使用場所を移動、取り扱いやすくするには窓(8)を避けて粘着剤(6)を塗布した調整カバー(5)は便利である。粘着剤(6)には粘着保護板(10)を設ける。

現在市販されている大型カイロの場合は、発熱材料(2)は小型カイロの約二倍量であるので本発明の比率を用いれば、24時間(小型)が48時間(大型)持続できるのである。現在市販されている大型カイロ片面の粘着剤(6)が塗布されているのは、本発明の温度調整と時間調整を加味したものでなくただ着衣(15)に貼りつける目的のみであるから、本発明の如く着衣(15)一枚の上からでは熱くて使用できない。使用した場合低温ヤケドをする結果をまねく。此の大型カイロも本発明実験比率を用いれば、低温ヤケドをしないで48時間まる2日使用できる。

カイロを使用している時、カイロの温度を色分けで表示する仕組みに於て、前記した総てのカイロ温度は、長年の体験を元に実験して出た比率に合せた実施例であるから安心して使用できるが、それに加えて目で見て満足できるファッショナブルな要素を加えるものである。即ち、温度シール(14)を調整カバー(5)の面上に、粘着剤(6)の面上に図15の如く貼る、温度シール(14)の形状は、花、動物、キャラクター、幾何学模様等にこだわらず、大きさもこだわらない、又、図16の如く、温度の濃淡が表われる中に温度数字を記入して表明する等見て知る温度確認方法である。
本発明は以上の構成よりなっている。
本発明を使用する時は、痛むところ、重苦しいところ、冷えるところ等、あてがいたい場所の着衣(15)にポケットを設けその中に入れる使用法と、手足又は胴体の筒形の場所は、サポーター、靴下、胴巻類で安定させて使用する。粘着剤(6)を設けてある本発明は、直接粘着剤(6)の部分を着衣(15)に貼りつけて使用する。肌着一枚の上からでも低温ヤケドをしない安心感は大きい。
本発明は、従来の使い捨てカイロの持続時間より3倍も4倍も長く使用できる例えば、朝、カイロに調整カバー(5)をセットして使用始めて、昼を過ぎ、夕方を過ぎ、夜まで一個のカイロで暖まることができるのである。ポカポカ暖かく気持ちよ 仕事ができ能率もあがる。着用していても目立たないので人目を気にすることもない。使用中の温度の変化が微少なので、自分の体から発するぬくもりとまちがう程、カイロと同体になれる。
夏冷え症の人は、クーラーは苦手であるが、5mmの厚みしかない上、温度調整を低目に調整した調整カバー(5)を使用すると夏でも安心して使える本発明である。
体を温めるだけでなく、食品発酵に温度調整のできることを利用して、納豆、甘酒、パン等を作るのに手軽に利用できる。

カイロ使用者が少なくとも調整カバーの着せ操作脱がせ操作により複数の暖め温度や暖め継続時間を選択できるという効果を得ることができる。

前記微細通気孔袋を挿入し該微細通気孔袋を覆い前記発熱材料への空気の侵入を遮断するための空気遮断部を形成し、且つ、この空気遮断部の長さが前記微細通気孔袋より短いことにより該発熱材料を発熱させる空気を該微細通気孔袋内に流通させる空気流通部を形成することができるようにしてなる調整カバーを設け、
カイロ使用者が複数の暖め温度から選択できるようにするために、前記空気流通部の広さが相違する複数個の前記調整カバーを設けてなる使い捨てカイロを構成しているので、
カイロ使用者が調整カバーの選択により複数の暖め温度や暖め継続時間を選択できるとともに、従来市販されている使い捨てカイロに、調整カバーをセットするだけの手間で済むという効果を得ることができる。

カイロ使用者が複数の暖め温度から選択できるようにするために、前記調節カバーに空気流通部の広さを複数から選択するための一部分を切るとか折るとかするための目印を設けてなる使い捨てカイロを構成しているので、
目印を切るとか折るとかすることにより、複数の暖め温度や暖め継続時間を選択できるという効果を得ることができる。

カイロ使用者が複数の暖め温度から選択できるようにするために、前記調整カバーが使い捨てカイロを包み状態として該調整カバーのサイドに形成される空気流通部を該調整カバーのサイドに設けた封じ袋で納封し、この封じ袋を前記調整カバーから切り離す開封テープを設けてなる使い捨てカイロを構成しているので、
封じ袋を切り離すことにより、複数の暖め温度や暖め継続時間を選択できるという効果を得ることができる。
従来からカイロを封じしている従来の封じ袋にこの機能を持たせることで実現できると いう効果を得ることができる。
