Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a goggle that is attached to a face and protects eyes from airborne dust, chemical splashes, water droplets, flying objects, wind pressure, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This kind of conventional goggles is composed of a spectacle part located in front of the eye, a flexible dustproof part surrounding the spectacle part and attached to the spectacle part, and a rubber band for mounting on the head It is often done.
[0003]
In addition, the dustproof portion may be appropriately provided with a vent hole for preventing the inside of the spectacle portion from being clouded due to stuffiness or the like.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the goggles provided with the vents described above, when used in rainy weather or in an environment where water or chemicals are handled, water droplets may enter the goggles through the vents, or small floating dust etc. It may pass through the vent and enter the interior.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems and provide a goggle in which water droplets, dust and the like are difficult to enter while ensuring air permeability.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, a goggle according to the present invention comprises a spectacle part made of a transparent hard material located in front of the eye, a dustproof part made of a flexible material attached around the spectacle part, It comprises a mounting member for mounting the spectacles part and the dustproof part on the head, and the dustproof part is formed with a plurality of small holes, and a water repellent breathable cloth is formed on the vents on the ventilation holes. paste spaced against intervals, perform the dust by water repellent breathable fabric, keeping clamped between the water-repellent breathable fabric and the vent hole by the surface tension of the vent water droplets having passed through the water-repellent breathable fabric It is characterized by.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described in detail based on the illustrated embodiment.
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the goggles of the present embodiment as viewed from the front. Glasses part 1 made of a transparent synthetic resin located in front of the wearer's eyes and bonded to the periphery of the glasses part 1 to adhere to the face and be flexible to protect the eyes from dust, splashes, water droplets, etc. And a pair of rubber bands 4 attached via attachment parts 3 provided on the side surfaces of the dustproof part 2 in order to attach the goggles to the head. Further, a buckle 5 having a fitting portion for allowing the goggles to be easily attached and detached is provided at the end of the rubber band 4. The dustproof part 2 is preferably made of a transparent material so that the surroundings can be seen to some extent.
[0008]
The spectacles 1 is coated with, for example, anti-fogging coating, and a plurality of ventilation holes 6 each having a side with a side of 1.5 mm, for example, are provided on the upper and lower parts of the dust-proofing part 2. It is formed in a lattice shape. As shown in FIG. 2, these air holes 6 are formed between the lattice-like bodies 2 b in the region 2 a that is further lowered in the dust-proof portion 2. And the mesh sheet 7 is affixed on the frame part which is the high area | region 2c around this area | region 2a so that the ventilation hole 6 may be covered, and it isolate | separated from the ventilation hole 6 and may not contact. The mesh sheet 7 is a breathable synthetic resin breathable cloth made of water repellent or made of a water repellent material.
[0009]
As another embodiment relating to the vent hole 6 and the mesh sheet 7, as shown in FIG. 3, the vent hole 6 is formed in the flat region 2c, and the mesh sheet 7 is covered above the vent hole 6 as shown in FIG. And it is affixed so that it may swell upward. Thereby, the mesh sheet 7 can be isolated from the vent hole 6 so as to have a predetermined narrow interval.
[0010]
In any of the embodiments, the mesh sheet 7 does not come into contact with the air holes 6 or the lattice-like body 2b between the air holes 6 with a narrow space therebetween, that is, the mesh sheet 7 is protected from the dust-proof portion 2. In the case of attaching to the region 2c, it is necessary to isolate it from the lattice-like body 2b, for example, to slightly inflate and attach it to the region 2c.
[0011]
By doing in this way, the narrow space which mutually isolates between the ventilation hole 6 or the grid | lattice-like body 2b, and the mesh sheet | seat 7 can be formed, and the water droplet which passed the mesh sheet | seat 7 is the grid-like body 2b and the mesh sheet | seat 7. As a result of the inventor's examination, it can be fastened by surface tension in between, and the effect of reducing the penetration or distribution of water droplets into the vent hole 6 can be achieved.
[0012]
Further, according to various experimental results by the inventor, even when the mesh sheet 7 having the same mesh is used, the size and the number of the vent holes 6 have a great influence on the performance of the goggles such as dust resistance, waterproofness, and suffocation. I found out that
[0013]
For the dust, the mesh sheet 7 can easily have sufficient dustproof function if the mesh size is selected. However, even if the mesh sheet 7 has water repellency, it is sufficient for waterproofness. Instead, when water droplets accumulate on the mesh sheet 7, the water may pass through the mesh sheet 7. Therefore, if the size and length of the air hole 6 are appropriately selected, water droplets can be retained in the air hole 6 by surface tension, and the intrusion into the goggles can be minimized.
[0014]
In order to increase the surface tension of the vent hole 6, the diameter of the vent hole 6 can be reduced. Can improve. By separating the mesh sheet 7 from the vent hole 6 as described above, it is possible to prevent water droplets from flowing from the mesh sheet 7 to the vent hole 6 as they are. Further, due to the presence of the small-diameter ventilation holes 6, the lattice-like body of the small-diameter ventilation holes 6, even when an object hits the mesh sheet 7, compared with the case where the mesh sheet 7 is directly attached to a large hole portion as a ventilation hole. 2b serves as a supporting member, and has a reinforcing function for preventing the mesh sheet 7 from being torn or damaged.
[0015]
This goggles can be easily worn by the rubber band 4 regardless of whether or not the helmet is worn, and can sufficiently protect the wearer's eyes from wind pressure, dust, splashes and the like.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the goggles according to the present invention can prevent the passage of fine dust, and even in rainy weather or the like, the water-repellent breathable cloth can repel splashes and water droplets can pass through the vent cloth. Since the water droplets are blocked by the small-diameter vent, it is possible to prevent the water droplets from flowing into the interior while ensuring air permeability.
