本発明は洗面化粧台の上部に配設される化粧鏡ユニットに関する。

【従来の技術】
洗面化粧台の上部に三面鏡を配設した化粧鏡ユニットが従来から広く知られており、このような化粧鏡ユニットを用いて、女性がアイラインなどの細かな部分の化粧をする場合、男性が髭を剃る場合、或いはコンタクトレンズの脱着などには、顔と鏡との距離を近づける必要がある。特に眼鏡使用者は洗顔時には眼鏡を外しているためなおさらである。
このような使用者が無理な姿勢を長時間持続しなければならない不利を解消するため、特許文献1、特許文献2及び特許文献3に開示されるものが知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
特許文献1〜3によれば、袖鏡を使用者に近づくように回動せしめることができる。しかしながら近づくと言っても側方から近づいてはくるが、主鏡の前面にはせり出してこないため、細かな化粧をしたり、髭を剃る場合などには首を廻した状態、或いは体全体を無理に廻した状態で作業しなければならない場合もあり、使い勝手が悪い。

また、特許文献4及び5にあっては、顔や体を廻すことなく鏡を近づけて化粧などをすることができるが、特許文献4に開示される内容では、支持アームが長いため使用者が正面を向いたまま鏡を近づけて使用しようとすると、使用者自ら横にずれなければならず、洗面ボ−ルが使用しにくくなる。
また引用文献5にあっては、確実に鏡をせり出させることができるが、パンタグラフ機構が裏側に存在するため裏側の空間を有効利用することができない。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、本発明は、洗面化粧台の上部に、主鏡および左右の袖鏡からなる三面鏡を配置した化粧鏡ユニットにおいて、前記化粧鏡ユニット本体の主鏡寄りの部分にはフレームが水平方向に回動角度に節度を持たせつつ回動可能に取り付けられ、このフレームの外側端には前記袖鏡が水平方向に回動自在に取り付けられ、前記フレームの内側端には、前記袖鏡を使用者に向かってせり出して使用する際に袖鏡の裏面で主鏡を傷つけないようにフレームが主鏡側に回動するのを阻止する回動阻止手段が設けられ、前記左右の袖鏡を閉じた場合には袖鏡と主鏡とは同一面となり、前記化粧鏡ユニットから前記袖鏡を使用者に向かってせり出して使用する際には左右の袖鏡を主鏡の前方で合わせた状態で使用可能とする構成とした。
また本発明は、キャビネット本体の前面略中央部に設けられた主鏡と、この主鏡の左右に配設された袖鏡と、この袖鏡で覆われる収納部と、を備えた化粧鏡ユニットにおいて、前記化粧鏡ユニット本体の主鏡寄りの部分にはフレームが水平方向に回動角度に節度を持たせつつ回動可能に取り付けられ、このフレームの外側端には前記袖鏡が水平方向に回動自在に取り付けられ、前記フレームの内側端には、前記袖鏡を使用者に向かってせり出して使用する際に袖鏡の裏面で主鏡を傷つけないようにフレームが主鏡側に回動するのを阻止する回動阻止手段が設けられ、前記左右の袖鏡を閉じた場合には袖鏡と主鏡とは同一面となり、前記化粧鏡ユニットから前記袖鏡を使用者に向かってせり出して使用する際には左右の袖鏡を主鏡の前方で合わせた状態で使用可能とする構成とした。
上記構成とすることで、使用者の姿勢をそのままにして、袖鏡を使用者の正面の真近な位置にもってくることができる。

以下に本発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。図1は本件発明の実施の形態である外観斜視図、図2は本件発明における実施の形態である化粧鏡ユニットの外観図、図3は本発明における実施の形態である蝶番の詳細図、図4は本発明における実施の形態で、化粧鏡の動きを示す図である。

化粧鏡ユニット1は,洗面台2の上側に配設させるようになっており、樹脂一体成形のキャビネット本体3を備えている。キャビネット本体3の内部には収納部が形成され、キャビネット本体3の前面に蝶番35(図3参照)を介して主鏡11が回動自在に取り付けられ、この主鏡11の左右に袖鏡10,10が設けられ、キャビネット本体3の上端には照明6が配設されている。
