ガラスアンテナ用のチョークコイルは、高周波領域においてノイズを減衰させ、S/N比を良くし、車載ラジオ等の受信感度を向上させるものであり、Ni−Zn系の柱状の磁芯に導線を筒状に積層して巻回したコイルを樹脂製の固定台に設置し、該樹脂製の固定台に設けられた、ふたつの金属板に前記コイルの両端を半田付けによって接続した構造で、前記コイルの周波数特性のみで受信感度を向上させるものである。
