【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、出入口に設ける伸縮門扉に関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
傾斜地に設ける伸縮門扉として、実公昭62−24716号公報は、平行四辺形のパンタ部(パンタグラフとも称する)を構成するパンタ部材のうち、相対する同長2本を1組とする、2組のパンタ部材にあって、各組を構成するパンタ部材の長さを長短とし、傾斜地の角度が異なる毎に、長さの異なるパンタ部材を必要とするため、加工性と組立て性が悪く、現地での調整、勝手変更等の融通ができない問題点があった。
これを解決する手段として、特開平10−131649号公報は、パンタ部を構成するパンタ部材のうち、相対する同長2本を1組とし、2組のパンタ部材にあって、各組を構成するパンタ部材の長さを同一にし、1組のパンタ部材に角度調整部材を備え、角度調整部材を引手框や吊元框に軸支しているが、角度調整部材の取付けが面倒で、高価になる問題点があると共に、角度調整部材が外部に露出するので、見栄えが悪くなる問題点があった。
そこでこの発明は、従来技術の備えるこのような問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、屋内パンタ部材と屋外パンタ部材との少なくとも一方側パンタ部材長さを簡単に調整し得るようにして、傾斜地においても使用し得る伸縮門扉を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の伸縮門扉は、請求項1として、吊元框と、引手框と、複数の縦桟と、パンタ部とを備え、縦桟は、框側から交互に配置する第一縦桟と第二縦桟とを備え、パンタ部は、屋内パンタ部材と屋外パンタ部材の中間部を第一縦桟に軸支してあり、吊元框と引手框の隣に位置する縦桟に軸支した屋内パンタ部材と屋外パンタ部材のうち一方側パンタ部材は長さ調整部を備え、框側の端部を框に沿って上下方向にガイドしてあり、他方側パンタ部材は框側の端部を框に軸支してあり、長さ調整部は、長手方向に挿通部を有する太部材と、挿通部の内部にスライド可能に挿入する細部材と、太部材と細部材を固定する固定ネジとを備え、長さ調整部で一方側パンタ部材長さを調整することにより、引手框及び吊元框に対するパンタ部の取付角度を変更可能としたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
まず本発明による伸縮門扉の第一実施形態を図1に基づき説明すれば、吊元框5と、引手框6と、複数の縦桟7と、パンタ部4とを備え、パンタ部4は屋内パンタ部材1と屋外パンタ部材2との中間部Qを縦桟7に軸支し、両パンタ部材1,2のうちの少なくとも一方側パンタ部材Xは、一方側パンタ部材長さH1の変更用長さ調整部8を備え、一端部Xaを縦桟7からパンタ部4の伸縮方向の一方側に位置する一方側部材Mに沿って上下方向にガイドしており、他方側パンタ部材Yは一端部Yaを一方側部材Mに軸支し、一方側パンタ部材Xと他方側パンタ部材Yとの他端部Xb,Ybのうちの一方側端部cを、縦桟7からパンタ部4の伸縮方向の他方側に位置する他方側部材Nに軸支し、他方側端部dを他方側部材N側に位置する隣りパンタ部材Zの一端部Zaと軸支している。

図8(イ)は、第二縦桟17に対する第一パンタ部4Aの中間部Qの軸支を示すもので、屋内竪桟部7aと屋外竪桟部7bとの間に縦桟用固定軸22を設け、縦桟用固定軸22の中央部にスリーブ27を嵌合し、スリーブ27の屋内側に屋内パンタ部材1とスペーサ28を、スリーブ27の屋外側に屋外パンタ部材2とスペーサ28を順に嵌合している。

図8(ハ)は、第二縦桟17に対する一方側パンタ部材Xと他方側パンタ部材Yとのガイドを示すもので、屋内側縦溝部7cにガイドされている屋内側摺動軸24に、一方側パンタ部材Xと、その屋内側にガイドローラー29を順に嵌合しており、一端部Xaは、同じ第二縦桟17の屋外側縦溝部7dにガイドされている屋外側摺動軸25に、他方側パンタ部材Yと、その屋外側にガイドローラー29を順に嵌合しており、一方側パンタ部材Xと他方側パンタ部材Yとを、別々に上下方向にガイドする。

パンタ部4は、伸縮扉10の施工間隔や施工環境等によって定めるもので、例えば第四実施形態〜第六実施形態の伸縮扉10にあっては、パンタ部4の伸縮方向の吊元框5側端部に位置する屋内パンタ部材1と屋外パンタ部材2とに長さ調整部8を備え、一方側パンタ部材Xの一端部Xaと、他方側パンタ部材Yの一端部Yaとを、吊元框5によりガイドすることも可能であるし、施工間隔の長い伸縮扉10にあっては、パンタ部4の伸縮方向の側端部に位置する屋内及び屋外パンタ部材1,2の他に、任意第二縦桟17に対する屋内及び屋外パンタ部材1,2とに長さ調整部8を備え、その一端部Xa,Yaを第二縦桟17によりガイドすることも可能である。
更に、総ての屋内パンタ部材1と屋外パンタ部材2とに長さ調整部8を備え、総ての屋内及び屋外パンタ部材1,2を長さ調整することも可能である。
伸縮扉10は出入口の両側に立設した門柱Dの一方に軸支することも、両方に夫々軸支することも可能である。
屋内パンタ部材1と、屋外パンタ部材2と、吊元框5と、引手框6と、縦桟7は、合成樹脂材にて形成することも可能であるが、軽金属材、特にパンタ合金にて形成することが望ましい。
