Description
【0001】

C0 =24.0349 女性40歳未満
C1 =427.64 女性40歳未満
【0028】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus for managing a daily healthy step count by attaching a body fat scale to a pedometer.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Body fat plays an important role for the living body, but obesity with excessive accumulation of body fat is closely related to many adult diseases (lifestyle-related diseases).
Obesity is likely to cause hypertension, and fat is synthesized by carbohydrates and lipids. However, if there is too much carbohydrate in the blood, it leads to hyperlipidemia, and these are involved in a complex manner, resulting in arteriosclerosis.
Atherosclerosis leads to coronary artery disease such as angina pectoris and myocardial infarction in the heart, and leads to so-called strokes such as intracerebral hemorrhage, cerebral embolism, and cerebral thrombus in the blood vessels of the brain.
And excess of fat in the liver becomes fatty liver, and if there is a lot of cholesterol which is the main component of bile, it tends to become gallstones. Also, excessive consumption of meat and alcohol leads to obesity and at the same time causes gout.
Thus, obesity is closely related to many adult diseases, and preventing obesity is important for health.
In order to eliminate such obesity and bring the body fat percentage closer to the ideal value of 17 to 24% for women and 14 to 20% for men, not only body weight but also body fat percentage is routinely used. It is important to keep track of the obesity status by measuring and to continue the necessary amount of exercise every day according to the degree of obesity.
[0003]
In general, both sugar and fat are used as energy sources to move muscles, but excessive exercise is effective for improving cardiopulmonary ability (endurance) because sugar is the energy source rather than fat. Even if there is, it does not help to eliminate obesity.
From such physiological characteristics, it is effective to exercise at an appropriate intensity in order to burn fat and eliminate obesity, and walking exercise is particularly effective among various exercises.
[0004]
However, in the case of performing walking exercise for the purpose of relieving obesity, there is a problem that it is not possible to know how much walking exercise should be performed every day.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention provides a body fat meter attached to a pedometer so that an obesity state can be grasped on a daily basis, and by presenting the number of healthy steps required per day according to the degree of obesity, The purpose was to make walking movements more rational and efficient.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the present invention is configured as follows.
[0007]
That is, the present invention includes a portable housing having a built-in step counting means and having a display unit,
A set of human impedance measuring electrodes arranged on the surface of the housing;

[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 shows an overall view of a health step count management apparatus embodying the present invention.
The healthy step count management apparatus 1 includes four-terminal electrodes by disposing power supply side electrodes E1 and E1 and detection side electrodes E2 and E2 that are electrically insulated from each other on the front and rear surfaces of the left and right ends of the housing C, respectively.
In addition, you may arrange | position all the electric power feeding side electrodes E1 and E1 and the detection side electrodes E2 and E2 to one of the surface or the back surface.
The casing C has a structure that is openably and closably connected to a mounting portion T on the waist, and an LCD display portion D, a measurement key K1, a numeric up key K2, a down key K3, and a switching key K4 are provided on the inner front side that opens and closes. Each is arranged. The electrodes E1 and E2 may all be arranged on the front side.
[0010]
The measurement key K1 starts the measurement of the pedometer or the body fat meter.
The up key K2 inputs a number by increasing the number by one each time the key is pressed. The down key K3 inputs a number by lowering the number one by one each time the key is pressed. The switch key K4 switches between a pedometer and a body fat meter, or a menu such as data input and target setting.
When inputting personal data of gender, age, height, and weight, respective default values are displayed, and data input is performed while correcting those values.
[0011]
FIG. 2 shows a functional block diagram of a healthy step count management apparatus implementing the present invention.
The healthy step count management apparatus 1 operates the human body impedance measuring means 110 that measures the human body impedance via the electrodes E1 and E2 of the casing C, and the gender, age, height by operating the up key K2, the down key K3, and the switching key K4. Data input means 120 for inputting personal data comprising weight and body weight, body fat percentage calculating means 130 for calculating body fat percentage based on human body impedance and personal data, and target body fat percentage setting for setting a target body
[0012]
FIG. 3 shows a block diagram of the human body impedance measurement circuit.
The human body
[0013]
When the healthy step count management apparatus 1 holds the housing C and sandwiches the left and right electrodes E1 and E2 between the thumb and forefinger, an AC voltage is generated at the detection-side electrodes E2 and E2.
When all the electrodes E1 and E2 are arranged in front of the casing C, they are touched with the thumbs of both hands.
The AC voltage generated on the detection side electrodes E2 and E2 is converted into a DC voltage via the changeover switch 23A, transformer T2,
[0014]
In order to correct a measurement error due to a change with time of elements constituting the human body
That is, the relationship between the human body impedance Z, which is two variables, and the AC voltage V detected by the detection side circuit is applied to the regression line Z = k · V + C0.
Then, the same predetermined AC voltage as when measuring the human body impedance Z is applied to both ends of the two resistors R1 and R2 whose resistance values are known, and the AC voltage V generated at both ends of the resistors R1 and R2 is detected. The regression line proportional constant k and fixed constant C0 are obtained.
[0015]
For this reason, a control signal is output from the CPU 4 to switch the changeover switch 23A via the I / O interface 6, the
[0016]
The target body fat percentage setting means 140 selects a target body fat percentage from a menu of ideal body fat percentages, for example, 17-24% for women and 14-20% for men.
If the target body fat percentage is not selected, an appropriate target body fat percentage is set for each of the female and male cases according to the actual body fat percentage.
[0017]
The target calorie consumption calculating means 150 obtains the body fat mass to be reduced from the difference between the target body fat percentage and the actual body fat percentage, and 1 kg of body fat corresponds to about 7000 kcal. Calculate the required target calorie consumption.
Target calorie consumption (kcal) = (actual body fat percentage-target body fat percentage) × weight (kg) × 7000 (kcal / kg) / 100
[0018]
The management period setting means 160 displays, for example, a management period for consuming body fat such as three months, half a year, or one year from the menu, and selects from the menu.
When the management period is not selected, an appropriate management period is set according to the difference between the target body fat percentage and the actual body fat percentage.
The set management period is replaced with the number of days.
[0019]
The daily health calorie consumption calculation means 170 calculates the amount of calories to be consumed per day in the management period.
Calorie consumption per day (kcal / day) = Target calorie consumption (kcal) / Management days (days)
[0020]
The walking calorie calculation means 180 per minute calculates walking calories per minute consumed during walking in accordance with the basal metabolic rate of each person.
Walking calories per minute (kcal / min) = (energy metabolism rate x basal metabolism + resting metabolism) (kcal) / 1440 (min)
The energy metabolism rate is obtained by actual measurement, for example, 3.0 for average walking, 2.0 for walking, 4.7 to 5.5 for fast walking, and 7. for fast running. It is calculated like 0.
Here, the energy metabolism rate is calculated as 3.0 in the case of average walking.
Basal metabolism is calculated as follows:
Basal metabolic rate = C 0 × body weight × (100-body fat ratio) / 100 + C 1
C 0 = 24.0349 Female under 40 years old 21.951 Female under 40 years old 27.717 Male under 40 years old 25.333 Male under 40 years old C 1 = 427.64 Female under 40 years old 424.38 Female over 40 years old 188. 21 Male under 40 years old 243.28 Male over 40 years old The resting metabolic rate is 1.2 times the basal metabolic rate.

The daily healthy step calculating means 190 first calculates the walking time per day necessary for digesting the healthy calorie consumption per day, and then replaces the calculated required walking time per day with the number of steps per day. Let the number of steps be a healthy number of steps.
Walking time required per day (min / day) = Calorie consumption per day (kcal / day) / Walking calorie per minute (kcal / min)
The required walking time per day is set to a time of 12 minutes or more, which is said to be the minimum required before body fat starts to burn.
Number of healthy steps per day (steps / day) = walking time required per day (minutes / day) x number of steps per minute (steps / minute)
The number of steps per minute is obtained by actual measurement, for example, 80 to 100 for an average walk, 50 to 80 for a walk, 100 to 150 for a fast run, 150 to 300 for a run, etc. Asking.
Here, the number of steps per minute is calculated as 80 to 100 in the case of average walking.
[0022]
The step count measuring means 200 attaches a magnet to a pendulum that vibrates by walking, counts the number of vibrations of the pendulum moved by walking by turning on and off the reed switch with this magnet.
Also, walking fast increases the stride and pitch, and also increases the vertical movement of the body, so this difference in how to walk is captured by the acceleration sensor, which distinguishes walking intensity according to average walking, walking, fast walking, and running foot And count the number of steps by walking intensity.
The acceleration sensor measures the acceleration by detecting the relative displacement of the weight attached to the spring with a strain gauge, or detecting the electric charge generated in proportion to the displacement of the weight using a piezoelectric element instead of the spring.
Alternatively, the acceleration may be measured by detecting the induced electromotive force generated when the coil fixed to the weight in the magnetic field moves.
[0023]
The daily calorie consumption calculating means 210 first calculates the walking time for each walking intensity from the number of steps measured for each walking intensity, and then calculates the walking calorie for each walking intensity per minute for the calculated walking time for each daily walking intensity. To calculate the calorie consumption per day for each walking intensity, and add them to obtain the calorie consumption per day.
Walking time by walking intensity per day (min / day) = Steps by walking intensity per day (steps / day) / Steps by walking intensity per minute (steps / min)
As described above, the number of steps per minute by walking intensity is 80 to 100, 50 to 80, 100 to 150, and 150 to 300 in the case of average walking, walking, fast walking, and running.
Calorie consumption per day (kcal / day) = Σ [Walking time per day by walking intensity (min / day) x Walking calorie by walking intensity per minute (kcal / min)]
Walking calorie by walking intensity per minute is the above-mentioned calculation formula: walking calorie per minute (kcal / min) = (energy metabolic rate × basal metabolic rate + resting metabolic rate) (kcal) / 1440 (min)
Ask from.
As described above, the energy metabolism rate is set to 3.0, 2.0, 4.7 to 5.5, and 7.0 for average walking, walking, fast walking, and running, respectively.
[0024]
If the daily calorie consumption correction means 220 is less than the target value compared with the daily calorie consumption of the previous day, the daily calorie consumption correction means 220 replaces the difference in calorie consumption with the number of steps and adds it to the daily healthy step number of the day.
Alternatively, when the daily calorie consumption on the previous day exceeds the target, the difference in calorie consumption is replaced with the number of steps and subtracted from the number of healthy steps per day on that day.
[0025]
The health step count management apparatus embodying the present invention is configured as described above. When measuring body fat, first, the change key K4, the up key K2, and the down key K3 are operated to change the sex, age, height and weight. Enter your personal data.
At this time, if the input data is the same as the previous time, the input can be omitted.
Next, measurement of body fat is started by pressing the measurement key K1 with the electrodes E1 and E2 of the casing C sandwiched between fingers.
After a while from the start of measurement, the actual body fat percentage is displayed on the display unit D.
When setting the target body fat percentage, the target body fat percentage is selected from the menu while operating the switching key K4 and comparing it with the actual body fat percentage.
At this time, if selection is omitted, when counting the number of steps for which the standard target value is set, the switch key K4 is operated to switch to the pedometer, and the measurement key K1 is pressed to start the pedometer.
When the pedometer is started, the actual number of steps and the remaining number with respect to the target are displayed on the display unit D together with the target number of healthy steps per day.
The number of healthy steps per day is set to a new initial value every time the body fat percentage is measured or every time the target body fat percentage is set.
Further, the target value for the next day is corrected according to the number of steps per day.
[0026]
In the embodiment, the target body fat percentage setting means 140, the target calorie consumption calculating means 150, the management period setting means 160, the daily healthy calorie consumption calculating means 170, the walking calorie calculating means 180 per minute, the daily health. Although it has the structure which has the step count calculation means 190, the calorie consumption calculation means 210, and the healthy step count correction means 220 per day, these are not essential for the structure of this invention. As is clear from the object of the present invention, it is sufficient that the number of healthy steps per day can be displayed. Therefore, the present invention includes at least a portable housing C having a built-in step
And the number of steps , the body fat percentage, and the number of healthy steps per day are displayed on the display unit D.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the health step count management apparatus of the present invention includes a set of human body impedance measurement electrodes that are provided on the surface of a portable housing that has a built-in step count measuring unit and has a display unit, and a data input unit.
