【0009】

Examples of the pesticidal active ingredient include all pesticidal active ingredients such as insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides. Among these water-soluble pesticidal active ingredients, those that are unstable under alkaline conditions are not suitable, and water-soluble pesticidal active ingredients that are stable under alkaline conditions are preferred. In the water-soluble granule of the present invention, one or more of these water-soluble pesticidal active ingredients can be used. Specific examples of the water-soluble pesticidal active ingredient used in the water-soluble granule of the present invention include the following.
Figure 0003645920
Among the above water-soluble pesticidal active ingredients, one or more water-soluble pesticidal active ingredients selected from the group consisting of nitempyram, acephate, validamycin A and the like are preferable, and nitempyram is particularly preferable.
[0007]
The water-soluble weakly basic substance used in the water-soluble granule of the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, the solubility in water at 20 ° C. is 0.05 g / ml or more and the pH of the aqueous solution at 25 ° C. What is about 7.0-9.0 is suitable. Specifically, for example, one or more selected from the group consisting of sodium thiosulfate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium acetate, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and the like are used. As the grade of the water-soluble weakly basic substance, any grade such as pharmacopoeia, industrial use, food additive and the like can be used, and further, it can be used regardless of the presence or absence of bound water.
The content of the water-soluble pesticidal active ingredient used in the water-soluble granule of the present invention is usually about 5 to 95% by weight, preferably about 5 to 80% by weight, based on the total amount of the granule.
The content of the water-soluble weakly basic substance used in the water-soluble granule of the present invention is usually about 15 to 94% by weight, preferably about 30 to 90% by weight, based on the total amount of the granule.
The water-soluble granule of the present invention may further contain a water-soluble auxiliary agent such as a surfactant, a dye, a binder, and an ultraviolet absorber.
[0008]
The surfactant is not particularly limited, but a nonionic surfactant is relatively preferably used. In particular, those having an HLB value in the range of about 9 to 12 are preferable from the viewpoint of water solubility and wetting action. Specifically, for example, polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether (eg, NP-85 (trade name), manufactured by Takemoto Yushi Co., Ltd.) or a block copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide (eg, New Pole PE). -64 (trade name), Sanyo Kasei Co., Ltd., etc.) are used.
Specific examples of the dye include cyanine green G (trade name) (manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.).
Specific examples of the binder include dextrin, polyvinyl alcohol, gum arabic, sodium alginate, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, glucose, sucrose, mannitol, sorbitol and the like.
The content of these other water-soluble adjuvants in the water-soluble granules is generally about 0.05 to 5% by weight, preferably 1.0 to 3.0% by weight of the surfactant with respect to the total amount of the water-soluble granules. The weight ranges from about 0.01 to 0.5% by weight, preferably from about 0.01 to 0.1% by weight, and the binder is usually from about 0.5 to 10.0. % By weight, preferably in the range of about 2.0 to 7.0% by weight.
[0009]
The water-soluble granule of the present invention can be produced according to a usual method for producing a water-soluble granule. For example, it can be produced using a spray drying method or a wet extrusion method.
In the case of the spray-drying method, about 50 to 1000 parts by weight of water is usually added to 100 parts by weight of the preparation solids and dissolved, and the aqueous solution is granulated by spray drying to obtain water-soluble granules. Specifically, water-soluble agrochemical active ingredients, water-soluble weakly basic substances, and if necessary, other water-soluble adjuvants such as surfactants are dissolved in water in an amount sufficient to dissolve, and this aqueous solution is sprayed. Dry to obtain water-soluble granules. Alternatively, a water-soluble pesticidal active ingredient and a water-soluble weakly basic substance may be dissolved in an appropriate amount of water, and after spray drying, other water-soluble auxiliary agents such as a surfactant may be added and mixed. Moreover, you may use this spray-dried product for the wet extrusion granulation mentioned later. The obtained granule has a particle size of about 0.05 to 1.0 mm, preferably about 0.1 to 0.5 mm.
In the case of wet extrusion granulation, it is usually produced using about 1 to 10 parts by weight, preferably about 2 to 5 parts by weight of water with respect to 100 parts by weight of the preparation solid content. Specifically, a water-soluble agricultural chemical active ingredient, a water-soluble weakly basic substance, and, if necessary, other water-soluble auxiliary agents such as a surfactant are uniformly mixed with a mixer or the like. At this time, if the particle size of the solid component is large and cannot be mixed uniformly, it is desirable that the powder is made into an appropriate powder of about 100 μm or less by coarse pulverization or the like to facilitate the mixing operation. An appropriate amount of water is added to this mixture, and the mixture is further kneaded with a mixer to such an extent that it is suitable for extrusion granulation in the subsequent step. The kneaded product is granulated with a normal extrusion granulator and then dried. If necessary, the granulated product is sized to obtain the desired water-soluble granules. The sizing is performed in a range that does not pass through a sieve having an opening of 300 μm but passes through a sieve having a diameter of 1,700 μm. The obtained granule has a major axis of about 0.5 to 10.0 mm, preferably about 0.5 to 5.0 mm.
[0010]
The bulk density of the granules is usually preferably in the range of about 0.1 to 1.2 g / ml, more preferably in the range of about 0.5 to 1.0 g / ml.
The water-soluble granule of the present invention thus obtained has substantially no phytotoxicity to plants and can be used safely without any harm to humans and animals during or after application. And the water-soluble granule of this invention is improving the storage stability of a water-soluble agrochemical active ingredient, without impairing the water solubility which is the characteristics of a water-soluble granule.
The water-soluble granules of the present invention are usually used after being dissolved and diluted in water. The dilution is not particularly limited, but is usually preferably about 100 to 2,000 times (about 1 g / 100 ml to 1 g / 2,000 ml). The amount of the diluting solution varies depending on the water-soluble pesticide active ingredient, the target pest, the target farmland, the season, and the like. Spray about 15000 ml, preferably about 1000 to 10000 ml.

10 parts of nitenpyram and 90 parts of sodium thiosulfate are dissolved in 400 parts of water, and this aqueous solution is solid granulated with a spray-drying device (Okawahara Koki, L-8). Obtained.
[Example 2]
Instead of 90 parts of sodium thiosulfate in Example 1, 90 parts of disodium hydrogen phosphate was used and spray-dried in the same procedure as in Example 1 to obtain water-soluble granules containing 10% nitenpyram.
[Example 3]
Instead of 90 parts of sodium thiosulfate in Example 1, 90 parts of sodium acetate was used and spray-dried in the same procedure as in Example 1 to obtain water-soluble granules containing 10% nitenpyram.
[Example 4]
Instead of 90 parts of sodium thiosulfate in Example 1, 90 parts of sodium carbonate was used and spray-dried in the same procedure as in Example 1 to obtain water-soluble granules containing 10% nitenpyram.
[0012]
[Example 5]
Instead of 90 parts of sodium thiosulfate in Example 1, 90 parts of sodium bicarbonate was used and spray-dried in the same procedure as in Example 1 to obtain water-soluble granules containing 10% nitenpyram.
[Example 6]
After thoroughly mixing 10 parts of Nitenpyram, 1.0 part of the surfactant Newpol PE-64, 0.15 part of the dye cyanine green G, 5.0 parts of the binder sucrose, 83.85 parts of baking soda, 4 parts of water And kneaded with a kneading machine (Kikusui Seisakusho, KM-1.5). This kneaded product was granulated into cylindrical granules using an extrusion granulator (Kikusui Seisakusho, RG-5M) using a 0.8 mm diameter screen. The obtained granule was dried at 60 ° C. for 1 hour to obtain a water-soluble granule containing 10% nitenpyram.
[Example 7]
Instead of 83.85 parts of sodium bicarbonate of Example 6, 10 parts of sodium acetate and 73.85 parts of sodium bicarbonate were used and extruded and granulated in the same manner as in Example 6 to obtain water-soluble granules containing 10% nitenpyram. .
[Reference Example 1]
Instead of 90 parts of sodium thiosulfate in Example 1, 90 parts of lactose was used and spray-dried in the same procedure as in Example 1 to obtain water-soluble granules containing 10% nitenpyram.
[Reference Example 2]
Instead of 83.85 parts of baking soda in Example 6, 83.85 parts of lactose was used, and extrusion granulation was performed in the same manner as in Example 6 to obtain water-soluble granules containing 10% nitenpyram.
[0013]
[Test example]
The water-soluble granules produced in Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 shown above were left in a constant temperature bath at 40 ° C. for 3 months, and the content of nitenpyram was measured by high performance liquid chromatography. The rate was calculated by the following formula.
Nitenpyram residual rate (%) = (content / initial content) × 100
The results are shown in [Table 1].
[0014]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003645920
[Table 1] shows that the remaining rate of nitempyram in the water-soluble granules obtained in the present invention is clearly higher than that of conventional water-soluble granules. This shows that nitenpyram is stabilized in the water-soluble granule of the present invention.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
The water-soluble granule of the present invention can improve the storage stability of the water-soluble agrochemical active ingredient without impairing the water-solubility.
