【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、簡単に装着させることができる使い捨ておむつに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
近年、使い捨ておむつが広く使用されている。この使い捨ておむつの形状には主なものが二つある。一つは、砂時計形状をもつオープン型のおむつである。このおむつは装着者を仰向けに寝かせた状態で装着させる。もう一つは、使い捨ておむつから、洗って繰返し使用できる通常のパンツへの移行期間中（トレーニング中）に主に使用されるパンツ型使い捨ておむつである。例えば、特開平３−２２４５５９号公報には、パンツ型の使い捨て着用物品が開示されている。このパンツ型のおむつは這うことができたり、少し歩けるようになった段階の幼児に主に使用され、通常の下着と同じように胴回りの開口部から足回りの開口部へと足を通すようにして装着される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、前記段階にある幼児等にとって、上記オープン型やパンツ型の使い捨ておむつを装着させるにはいくつかの問題点がある。まず、オープン型の使い捨ておむつでは、装着させるときに幼児が仰向けにされることを嫌がり、装着させることが困難になることがあった。一方、パンツ型の使い捨ておむつでは両足で立った状態でおむつを装着させるため、足を通すときに片足ずつ足を通さなくてはならない。このとき幼児の体勢は不安定になりやすく、装着させることが困難であった。

また、上記オープン型やパンツ型の使い捨ておむつは、腰周りに設けられる弾性部材、いわゆるウェストギャザーによって体に保持されるものである。したがって、幼児が這ったときなど、床面との摩擦によっておむつがずれたり脱げることがあった。

本発明は上記した課題を解決するためのものであり、装着者が不安定な体勢にあっても装着させることが簡単である使い捨ておむつを提供することを目的としている。本発明の更なる目的は、装着中にずれにくく外れにくい使い捨ておむつを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、装着者側に向けられる透液性のトップシートと、外側に向けられる不透液性のバックシートと、前記トップシートと前記バックシートとの間に挟まれる吸収体とで構成され、装着者の腹側に当てられる前面部と、股間に当てられる中間部と、背側に当てられる後面部とを有するおむつにおいて、
前記おむつには、装着者の首にかけておむつを体に保持するための紐状のおむつ保持手段が設けられており、
前記おむつ保持手段は、前記前面部から延びる第１の保持手段と、前記後面部から延びる第２の保持手段とからなり、
第１の保持手段は、装着者の首の後ろ側に回すことができるように、前記前面部の左側部から右側部までループ状に連続して延びており、
第２の保持手段は、装着者の首の後ろ側に回った前記第１の保持手段に掛止できるように、前記後面部から延びていることを特徴とするものである。

本発明の使い捨ておむつは、装着時に装着者を仰向けにする必要が無く、また、両足を片方ずつ開口部に通す必要もないので、装着者が両足をついたままの安定した体勢でスムーズに装着させることができる。また、汚れたおむつを脱がして新しいおむつと取り替えるときには、オーバーパンツはひざ上までずらすだけでおむつを取り替えることができるので、大変便利である。

本発明の使い捨ておむつには、おむつの装着を安定したものとするため、装着時においておむつの前面部と後面部との両サイドを掛止させる掛止手段が設けられていることが好ましい。

本発明では、保持手段は弾性伸縮可能であることが好ましい。例えば伸縮可能な弾性部材を使用する。この場合、装着者が動いても装着中にはおむつを上方向に引き上げる力が常に加わるため、おむつがずれにくい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照しながら、本発明の使い捨ておむつについて説明する。図１は本発明の使い捨ておむつを透液性シート側から示す平面図、図２は図１に示したおむつの装着時の状態を示す斜視図である。

図１及び図２に示す本発明の使い捨ておむつ１は、いわゆる砂時計形状のオープン型おむつであり、使用時に装着者の腹部に当てられる前面部２Ａと、使用時に尻部および／または背部に当てられる背面部２Ｃと、使用時に股間部に当てられる中間部２Ｂとを有する。この使い捨ておむつ１は装着者側に向けられる透液性のトップシート１０と、外側に向けられる不透液性のバックシート１１と、前記トップシート１０と前記バックシート１１との間に挟まれる吸収体１２とで構成されている。トップシート１０とバックシート１１は、吸収体１２の周囲でホットメルト型接着剤などにより互いに接合されている。

トップシート１０は、親水処理された疎水性繊維、親水性繊維などで形成されたものであり、例えばポイントボンド、エアースルー、スパンボンド、スパンレース不織布などである。バックシート１１は液不透過性で且つ通気性であり、例えばポリオレフィン系の樹脂シートなどにより形成されている。吸収体１２は、粉砕パルプあるいは粉砕パルプと高吸水性ポリマーの混合物などにより形成され、粉砕パルプあるいは粉砕パルプと高吸水性ポリマーとの混合物がティッシュなどの吸収性シートで包まれたものである。

また、トップシート１０の上の両側部側には、不透液性の帯状シート１５，１５が設けられている。この帯状シートの中央側の側縁（帯状シートの幅方向（Ｘ方向）における中間部であってもよい）には弾性部材１６が設けられており、その反対側の側縁及び前後の端部がトップシート１０の上面に接着されている。よって、使い捨ておむつ１の装着時には中央側の側縁が立ち上がるような横漏れ防止用の立体ギャザーが一対形成される。また、使い捨ておむつ１のＸ方向の吸収体１２が存在していない側部領域（吸収領域の外側）において、使い捨ておむつ１の縦方向（Ｙ方向）に延びる弾性部材１３、１３が、トップシート１０とバックシート１１の間に接着固定されている。この弾性部材１３，１３がＹ方向に弾性収縮することにより、使い捨ておむつ１のＸ方向の両側部領域でトップシート１０およびバックシート１１が収縮させられ、足回りにフィットするレッグギャザー１４，１４が形成される。

このような使い捨ておむつ１に、装着者の体に保持、固定する為、首と肩にかけるおむつ保持手段が設けられている。まず、使い捨ておむつ１の前面部２Ａの端部３Ａに第１の保持手段２０が設けられ、背面部２Ｃの端部３Ｃに第２の保持手段２１が設けられている。第１の保持手段２０は、装着時に装着者の首の後ろ側に回し掛けることができる長さをもち、前記前面部２Ａの端部３Ａにおいて左側部から右側部までループ状に連続して延びている。すなわち、所定長さを持った一本の第１の保持手段２０の端部２０ａ、２０ａが、使い捨ておむつ１の中央線Ｌ１に対して左右対称になるようにＸ方向に間隔をあけて、端部３Ａにおいてトップシート１０とバックシート１１との間に挟まれて接合されている。

また、背面部２Ｃにおいても同様に第２の保持手段２１が中央線Ｌ１に対して左右対称になるようにその端部２１ａ，２１ａが使い捨ておむつ１に接合されて、ループ状となっている。なお、ループ状の第１の保持手段２０の頂点（第１の保持手段の中央部）には、第１の保持手段２０を第２の保持手段２１に掛止するための粘着テープ２２（または機械的な掛止手段）が設けられている。

第１と第２の保持手段２０，２１が設けられた使い捨ておむつ１の装着時には、まず第１の保持手段２０のループを装着者の首に掛けて、前面部２Ａを装着者の腹部に当てる。その後、使い捨ておむつ１の中間部２Ｂを装着者の股部にあて、背面部２Ｃが装着者の尻部または背部へ当てる。そして、装着者の首の後ろに位置する第１の保持手段の粘着テープ２２を第２の保持手段２１の頂点付近に掛止する。結果、図２に示すように保持手段２０、２１がいわゆるサスペンダーのように機能して、使い捨ておむつ１が装着者の体に保持される。

このように本発明の使い捨ておむつ１は、装着時において装着者を仰向けにする必要が無く、また、両足を片方ずつ開口部を通す必要もないので、装着者が両足をついたまま、例えば這って動いている状態であってもスムーズに装着させることができる。また、オーバーパンツを穿いた場合にも、オーバーパンツをひざ上までずらして下げるだけで新しいおむつと交換ができるので、便利である。なお、第１の保持手段２０によって装着者の首の後ろに少々負担が係るが、人の首後から前に働く力に対して比較的強いので、装着者が不快感を感じることは少ない。

この保持手段２０、２１は不織布、布、紙、ゴム、紐などで形成することができる。そして、保持手段は弾性収縮する機能をもつことが好ましい。例えば、図１に示す保持手段２０、２１は不織布で形成されており、長さ方向に伸縮するようにそれぞれ弾性部材２３、２３、２４、２４を含んでいる。

弾性部材が設けられたおむつ保持手段が幼児の首にかけられた状態での、第１の保持手段２０と第２の保持手段２１のそれぞれの伸長時の張力は、２００ｇ以上１０００ｇ以下であることが好ましい。張力が前記下限より小さくなると、排泄物を吸収したときに使い捨ておむつ１が重くなり、この状態で装着者が動くと使い捨ておむつ１がずれやすくなる。また、張力が前記上限より大きいと、装着時に装着者の首の後ろにおける締め付けが強くなり、装着者が違和感を覚えることがある。このような理由を考慮した場合、さらに好ましい応力は３００ｇ以上で６００ｇ以下、またさらに好ましくは４００ｇ程度である。

ただし、前記おむつ保持手段は弾性部材を含まなくてもよい。また、第１の保持手段のみ弾性部材が含まれ、第２の保持手段は弾性部材を含まないようにすることもできる。おむつ保持手段に弾性部材を設けない場合、装着時にその長さを調節できるようにすること、若しくはおむつ保持手段と使い捨ておむつ本体との掛止位置を変えることができ、その結果おむつ保持手段の装着時の長さを変えることができることが好ましい。

第１の保持手段２０に設けられた粘着テープ２２には、離型シートがあらかじめ設けられており、使用時に離型シートを剥がして粘着面を露出させて使用する。粘着テープ２２は接着性を持つものであればどのようなものも使用することができ、例えばゴム系粘着材やアクリル系樹脂などである。ただし、おむつ着用中においては容易に剥がれにくい粘着力をもつことが好ましい。また、おむつ１の取り替え時に粘着テープを容易に剥がすことができるように、ループ状の第２の保持手段２１の頂点は樹脂フィルムで覆われていることが好ましい。あるいは粘着テープまたはおむつ保持手段に切断可能な切込線（例えばミシン目状切込線）を入れてもよい。

また、おむつ保持手段を互いに接合するための粘着テープ２２は、同じ機能を果せるものであればどのようなものでもよい。例えば、一方の保持手段に掛止頭部を有するキノコ形状または鉤形状の多数の掛止突体が形成された樹脂製のシートを設け、他方の保持手段にポリエステル繊維を材料としてトリコット編みされた織布または不織布を設けてもよい。この場合、不織布を樹脂製シートの面積より大きくすれば、保持手段の掛止箇所を適宜調節することができる。

また、本発明の使い捨ておむつ１には上記第１と第２の保持手段のほか、装着者の腰周りにおいてもおむつを体に保持、固定するための手段が設けられていることが好ましい。図１及び図２に示す使い捨ておむつ１では、前記背面部２Ｃの後フラップ（Ｘ方向に突出している部分）のトップシート１０の両縁部に掛止部１７が設けられ、前面部２Ａのバックシート１１の前フラップ（Ｘ方向に突出している部分）には掛止シート１８が取付けられている。この使い捨ておむつ１の装着時には、背面部２Ｃの後フラップが前面部２Ａのバックシート１１上に重ね合わされて、装着者のウエスト部分で、前記掛止部１７が掛止シート１８に掛止される。その結果、図２に示すような状態となり、前記フラップによって使い捨ておむつ１の前面部２Ａと背面部２Ｃの両サイド４，４が掛止され、装着者のウェストにおいてもおむつ１が保持、固定される。このように、装着者のウェストにおいても使い捨ておむつ１を保持させることにより、使い捨ておむつ１の位置ずれがさらに生じにくいものとなり、また尿などの側方からの漏れを防止できる。

掛止シート１８は、例えば先端に掛止頭部を有するキノコ形状または鉤形状の多数の掛止突体が形成された樹脂製シートである。掛止部１７は、例えばポリエステル繊維を材料としてトリコット編みされた織布または不織布である。あるいは係止部１７が粘着テープで、掛止シート１８が樹脂フィルムである。なお、本発明の使い捨ておむつ１には首にかける保持手段２０、２１が設けられているため、掛止部１７と掛止シート１８との掛止力は通常のおむつに設けられているウェスト掛止ファスナーより掛止力が弱いものでもよい。

図３は本発明の使い捨ておむつの他の実施形態を透液性シート側から示す平面図、図４は図３に示した使い捨ておむつの装着時の状態を示す斜視図である。図３及び図４に示す使い捨ておむつ１０１は、保持手段１２１、１２５、１２６を除いて図１及び図２に示した使い捨ておむつと同じ構成を持つ。

図３に示す使い捨ておむつ１０１では、二本の第１の保持手段１２５、１２６の端部１２５ａ、１２６ａが前面部２Ａの端部３Ａに接合されている。そして、前記第１の保持手段１２５、１２６の反対側の端部１２５ｂと端部１２６ｂとが接合されて、その結果、ループ状の第１の保持手段が形成されている。一方、第２の保持手段１２１は所定長さを持った一本の帯状体であり、その端部１２１ａは、使い捨ておむつ１０１の背面部２Ｃの端部３Ｃにおいて、Ｘ方向における中央に接合されている。そして第２の保持手段１２１の反対側の端部１２１ｂには、粘着テープ１２２が設けられている。これらの保持手段１２１、１２５、１２６は、図１及び図２に示した保持手段と同様に、不織布で形成されて弾性部材を含んでいる。

使い捨ておむつ１０１の装着時には、図１及び図２に示した使い捨ておむつ１と同様に第１の保持手段を装着者の首に掛け、使い捨ておむつ１０１の背面部を装着者の背部または尻部に当てる。そして、第２の保持手段１２１を装着者の頭方向へ直線状に伸ばし、ループ状の第１の保持手段の頂点（端部１２５ｂと端部１２６ｂが接合されている部分）に掛けられて折り返される。そして、折り返された保持手段１２１の端部１２１ｂに設けられた粘着テープ１２２を、直線状に伸びている第２の保持手段１２１の適当な場所に接着する。その結果、図４に示すように、図２に示した使い捨ておむつ１と同様の機能をもった使い捨ておむつ１０１となる。このような使い捨ておむつ１０１は、一本の保持手段をループ状にしておむつに接合する工程が必要なく、製造工程において第１と第２の保持手段を設けることが容易である。

また、本発明の使い捨ておむつの比較例を図５に示す。図５に示す使い捨ておむつ２０１では、一方の保持手段２２７の端部２２７ａが使い捨ておむつ２０１の前面部の装着者の左側の端部に接合されている。また他方の保持手段２２８の端部２２８ａが使い捨ておむつ２０１の前面部の装着者の右側の端部に接合されている。この使い捨ておむつ２０１の装着時には、使い捨ておむつの前面部、中間部及び背面部を装着者にあて、保持手段２２７及び２２８を装着者の肩にかけて背中側へ回し掛ける。このとき、図５に示すように保持手段２２７と２２８とが装着の背中で互いに交差するように装着すると、使い捨ておむつ２０１の装着がより安定したものとなる。すなわち、保持手段２２７の端部２２７ｂが使い捨ておむつ２０１の背面部の右側の端部に、また保持手段２２８の端部２２８ｂが背面部の左側の端部に掛止される。

端部２２７ｂ、２２８ｂを使い捨ておむつ２０１に掛止させるための手段としては、前記実施の形態と同様に粘着テープを端部に設け、背面部の端部において適当な位置に接合することができる。または、端部２２７ｂ，２２８ｂに先端に掛止頭部を有するキノコ形状または鉤形状の多数の掛止突体が形成された樹脂製のシートを設け、使い捨ておむつ２０１の背面部のバックシート上に、ポリエステル繊維を材料としてトリコット編みされた織布または不織布を設けて互いに掛止してもよい。その他、掛止させるためにはどのような手段を用いてもよい。なお、図５に示す使い捨ておむつ２０１において、保持手段２２７，２２８の端部２２７ｂ，２２８ｂが予め背面部の端部に接合されており、おむつ装着後に端部２２７ａ，２２８ａを前面部の端部に掛止させるものであってもよい。このような図５に示す使い捨ておむつ２０１では、図１〜３に示した使い捨ておむつのような装着時における装着者の首にかかる負担が無い。

図６は本発明の使い捨ておむつの他の実施形態を透液性シート側から示す平面図、図７は図６に示した使い捨ておむつの装着時の状態を示す斜視図である。図６及び図７に示す使い捨ておむつ３０１は、長方形のトップシート、バックシートおよび吸収体で構成され、使用時に装着者の腹部に当てられる前面部３０２Ａと、使用時に尻部または背部に当てられる背面部３０２Ｃと、使用時に股間部に当てられる中間部３０２Ｂとを有している。ただし、この使い捨ておむつ３０１の前面部３０２Ａ及び背面部３０２Ｃの両サイドには、図１の使い捨ておむつ１にあるようなフラップが突出していない。そして、この使い捨ておむつ３０１の背面部３０２Ｃには、ウェストギャザーの代わりに、ウェストバンド３１９が設けられている。ウェストバンド３１９は不織布などで形成されており、ウェスト周りに沿って（Ｘ方向）に伸縮するように弾性部材が含まれている。なお、横漏れ防止用の立体ギャザーやレッグギャザーなどは図１及び図２に示した使い捨ておむつ１と同じ構成である。

使い捨ておむつ３０１の装着時においては、図１及び図２に示した使い捨ておむつ１と同様にして、第１の保持手段３２０を装着者の首に掛け、中間部３０２Ｂを装着者の股部に、背面部３０２Ｃを尻部または背部に当て、粘着テープ３２２で第１の保持手段３２０を第２の保持手段３２１に掛止する。そして、ウェストバンド３１９の掛止シート３１８を前面部に設けられた掛止部３１７に掛止することにより、着用者のウェスト部でおむつを固定させることができる。このような形状をもつ使い捨ておむつ３０１は製造方法が簡単であり、また、トップシート、バックシート及び吸収体が長方形であるため、従来のフラップが形成されているオープン型のおむつに比べて原材料の無駄がでにくい。
またこの使い捨ておむつ３０１は、図７に示すように着用者の両サイド３０４，３０４が開いている。このため、装着中においておむつの中がむれにくい。

また本発明では、図６及び図７に示した使い捨ておむつ３０１を変形させ、図８に示すようなレッグギャザーを設けない、さらに簡単な構造をもった使い捨ておむつ４０１としてもよい。この使い捨ておむつ４０１については、製造工程がさらに簡単になる。但しこの場合、横漏れ防止用の立体ギャザーが好ましくは二対以上設けられ、股部の足回り付近からの漏れ防止効果を高くすることが好ましい。

図９は本発明の使い捨ておむつの他の実施形態の構造を説明する斜視図、図１０は図９に示した使い捨ておむつの装着時の状態を示す斜視図である。図９及び図１０に示す使い捨ておむつ５０１は前面部５３０ａおよび後面部５３０ｂから形成されている。

まず、液透過性のトップシート５１０ａと、フィルム（ｉ）と不織布（ｉｉ）からなるバックシート５１１ａと、それらの間に挟まれる吸収体５１２ａとで前面部５３０ａが形成されている。トップシート５１０ａとバックシート５１１ａは、吸収体５１２ａの周囲でホットメルト型接着剤などにより互いに接合されている。なお、バックシート５１１を、液不透過性で通気性を持つフィルム（ｉ）とその外側に重ねられる不織布（ｉｉ）、例えばスパンボンド不織布で形成することにより、おむつの外側に不織布が現れるため、おむつをさわったときの手触りがよいものとなる。また、同様にして液透過性のトップシート５１０ｂとバックシート５１１ｂとそれらの間に挟まれる吸収体５１２ｂとで後面部５３０ｂが形成される。そして使い捨ておむつ５０１は、前面部５３０ａと後面部５３０ｂとが接合線５３１によって接合されて形成されている。

トップシート５１０ａ，５１０ｂの装着者に向かう側には、不透液性の帯状シートで形成される横漏れも防止用の立体ギャザーが設けられる。この帯状シートの一方の側縁には弾性部材が設けられており、その反対側の側縁がトップシート５１０ａ，５１０ｂのそれぞれに接着される。帯状シートは具体的に図示しないが、帯状シートがトップシート５１０ａに接着される位置を点線５１５で示す。

そして、前面部５３０ａの端部には、図１に示した使い捨ておむつ１と同様に第１の保持手段５２０が設けられ、後面部５３０ｂの端部には第２の保持手段５２１が設けられている。さらに、後面部５３０ｂには図６及び図７で示した使い捨ておむつ３０１と同様に、ウェストバンド５１９，５１９が設けられている。装着時においては、図６及び図７に示した使い捨ておむつ３０１のように装着させることができる。

装着状体を示す図１０からもわかるように、使い捨ておむつ５０１は股下部のＸ方向における寸法Ｗが、オープン型の砂時計形状のものと比べて小さい。このことは、図２に示した使い捨ておむつ１と比較してもわかる。このように寸法Ｗを従来のものより小さいものとし、使い捨ておむつ５０１は着用者の股間幅とおむつの股下部のＸ方向における寸法とをほぼ一致させるように適宜調節できるため、股下部における漏れの原因となるよじれや皺の発生を防ぐことができる。また、装着感（フィット感）もよくなる。

また、図９及び図１０に示した使い捨ておむつ５０１は両サイド５０４，５０４が開いているが、通常のオープン型のおむつに設けられるようなフラップを、前面部５３０ａと後面部５３０ｂとの両側に設け、着用時に両サイドを閉じれらるようにしてもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、本発明の使い捨ておむつは、装着時において装着者を仰向けにする必要が無く、また、両足を片方ずつ開口部を通す必要もないので、装着者が両足をついたままの安定した体勢でスムーズに装着させることができる。また、汚れたものを脱がして新しいおむつと取り替えるときには、オーバーパンツはひざ上までずらすだけでおむつを取り替えることができるので、大変便利である。保持手段が伸縮可能な弾性部材を含有する場合、装着中の使い捨ておむつのずれを高い確率で防止できる。また、着用者のウェスト部分で掛止する部材を設ければ、使い捨ておむつの着用がさらに安定したものとなる。

また、平面形状が長方形の使い捨ておむつは製造方法が簡単で、且つ製造過程において発生するゴミが少ない。さらに、両サイドがあいているため、おむつ内のむれが発生しにくい。
また、別々の前面部と後面部とによって形成される使い捨ておむつは、股下部においてよくフィットし、漏れを防止できる。また、装着感もよい。
