従来、プレス機、特に金型に対して複数のパンチを有する単発プレス機にあっては、図4に示すように、下型である金型2に対し、複数のパンチ3,3を設け、この各パンチ3の上部をそれぞれ二分割したホルダー4,4にてガタを持たせて挟み付け、この各ホルダー4をそれぞれ各パンチガイド5に連結し、このホルダー4とパンチガイド5との間のホルダー4上端を補助プレート6にて支持している。更に、各パンチガイド5をそれぞれパンチガイドホルダー8に保持して、この各パンチガイドホルダー8を上下摺動自在の摺動盤7に支持している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、このパンチの芯出しをして金型との位置決めをするには、固定ボルトをホルダーの下側から上向きに螺着することとなるために、固定ボルト用のボルト孔及び固定ボルトを目視できずに非常にやり難く、多くの作業時間を費やすこととなっていた。又、特に金型に対して複数のパンチの際には、各ホルダーに対して対角線上のコーナーの四個所に固定ボルトを螺着しなければならず、隣接するパンチの固定ボルト間が密接しているために、作業者の手及び締付工具が入り辛く、非常に煩わしい作業となっていた。

更に、各パンチの位置決めのための固定ボルトを最終増し締めする際には、各パンチを金型から抜き出さなければ固定ボルトを締め付けできない構造であるために、各パンチと金型との距離を大きくとらなければ作業性が悪いので、固定ボルトの増し締め時にパンチの芯出し位置が狂い、パンチの位置決め作業が試行錯誤の状態となって容易にできないという問題点があった。

そこで、本発明はこのような従来のプレス機のパンチ位置決め機構が有していた課題を解決したものであって、固定ボルトを目視可能で締め付けでき、煩わしい作業もなく、極めて簡単で短時間に作業ができ、しかもパンチの芯出し位置のズレもなく容易に行うことができることを目的としたプレス機のパンチ位置決め機構を提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明のプレス機のパンチ位置決め機構はプレス機1の金型2に対して昇降するパンチ3の芯出しをしてパンチ3の位置を決めるプレス機のパンチ位置決め機構に於いて、上記パンチ3の上方にパンチ3の上部を装着するホルダー4を設け、このホルダー4を一体的に固定したパンチガイド5を設け、パンチガイド5を上下摺動自在の摺動盤7上で支持するパンチガイドホルダー8を設け、摺動盤7の下部にパンチガイド補助プレート11を設け、ホルダー4とパンチガイドホルダー8とをパンチガイド支持シャフト12にて支持し、パンチガイド補助プレート11を摺動盤7にボルト止めして各パンチ3の位置決めをサポートすると共にパンチガイド5の周りの固定ボルト10をパンチガイドホルダー8上方より摺動盤7に締め付けつつパンチ3の芯出しを調整しパンチを位置決めする構成としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例について図に基づき説明する。
図中、図1は本発明実施例を示す概略平面図、図2は図1のA−A断面図、図3は図1のB−B断面図、図4は従来例を示す縦断面図である。プレス機1は図2及び図3に示すように、金型2に対して複数のパンチ3,3を設け、この各パンチ3の上部を各ホルダー4に差し込んでパンチ3をホルダー4内に連結している。このパンチ3は金型に対して複数でなくて一つであってもよい。

このパンチ3を連結したホルダー4はパンチガイド5に一体的に固定している。7は摺動軸13に沿って上下摺動自在な摺動盤であり、8はこの摺動盤7を貫通し、中央にパンチガイド5を貫通したパンチガイドホルダーである。このパンチガイドホルダー8によって貫通したパンチガイド5を摺動盤7上方より支えている。12は下端をホルダー4に固定し、上端を摺動盤7を貫通して摺動盤7上のパンチガイドホルダー8に装着したパンチガイド支持シャフトである。

次に、パンチ3の芯出し位置決めに際しては、先ず摺動盤7を摺動軸13に沿って降下して、金型2のパンチ孔15内にパンチ3の先端を差し入れた状態で、パンチガイドホルダー8上よりパンチガイド5周りの四個所の固体ボルト10を螺着、パンチガイドホルダー8を摺動盤7に締め付けつつパンチ3の先端中央が金型2のパンチ孔15内中央に位置するまで、四つの固体ボルト10の螺着を調整する。

又、この調整後、ボルト14を螺着して、パンチガイド補助サポート11を摺動盤7に締め付けつつ、摺動盤7真下のパンチガイドホルダー8と共にパンチガイド5を保持サポートする。パンチ3の芯出し位置決めが終了後、摺動盤7を摺動軸13に沿って上昇すれば完了する。

このパンチ3の芯出し位置決めに際して、金型2のパンチ孔15にパンチ3の先端を差し入れた状態で調整したが、金型2より離れた上方にパンチ3の先端が位置した状態でパンチ3の芯出し位置決めを行っても何ら支障をきたすものではない。

以上の説明から既に明らかなように、本発明にいうところのプレス機のパンチ位置決め機構はプレス機の金型に対して昇降するパンチの芯出しをしてパンチの位置を決めるプレス機のパンチ位置決め機構に於いて、上記パンチの上方にパンチの上部を装着するホルダーを設け、このホルダーを一体的に固定したパンチガイドを設け、パンチガイドを上下摺動自在の摺動盤上で支持するパンチガイドホルダーを設け、摺動盤の下部にパンチガイド補助プレートを設け、ホルダーとパンチガイドホルダーとをパンチガイド支持シャフトにて支持し、パンチガイド補助プレートを摺動盤にボルト止めして各パンチの位置決めをサポートすると共にパンチガイドの周りの固定ボルトをパンチガイドホルダー上方より摺動盤に締め付けつつパンチの芯出しを調整しパンチを位置決めする構成としているので、固定ボルト用の孔及び固定ボルト、締付工具を目視できるために、締付作業が容易でしかも短時間に締付作業を行うことができる。又、パンチガイドの周りの四個所が目視できるために、隣接する固定ボルト間が密接していても、締付作業を煩らわすことなく、簡単に締付作業を行うことができる。更に、金型内にパンチを差し入れた状態でも固定ボルトを螺着することができるために、パンチの芯出し位置を狂わすことがなく、容易に芯出し位置決めを行うことができるという顕著な効果を期待することが出来るに至ったのである。
