Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a telescopic gate provided with a pantograph mechanism and a plurality of vertical frame members connected to the pantograph mechanism.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of telescopic gate generally crosses a plurality of vertical frame members arranged in the expansion and contraction direction of the gate body provided between the suspension side column and the door-end column and a plurality of inclined links. And a pantograph mechanism configured to be stretchable in combination with each other, and each vertical frame member is connected to an intersection of the pantograph mechanisms. Specifically, in the pantograph mechanism, each inclined link is connected by a pivot at the intersecting position, and a vertical frame member constituted by a member that is substantially straight in the vertical direction is fixed to a fixed pivot (up and down with respect to the vertical frame member). The pivot that does not move to the vertical position is fixed, and the movable pivot (the pivot that moves up and down with respect to the vertical frame member) is connected to be slidable in the vertical direction.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional telescopic gate is composed of a vertically long member that is straight in the vertical direction, so the shape of the vertical frame material is rarely changed, and the overall design when the telescopic gate is widened has changed. It was difficult to hold and the design tended to be monotonous.
[0004]
Therefore, a technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an extendable gate that can give diversity to the overall design of the gate by changing the shape of the vertical frame member.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a pantograph mechanism 7 that is configured to be extendable by combining a plurality of right-upward inclined links 11 and left-upward inclined links 12 in an intersecting manner, and pivots 19 and 21 at intersections of the pantograph mechanism 7. [0007]
In the figure, 1 is a suspension-side support column, 2 is a door stop-side support column, and each support column 1 and 2 is erected on the left and right sides of the entrance / exit of a garage or the like. Reference numeral 3 denotes a telescopic gate body, which is provided between the suspension-side support column 1 and the door-end support column 2 so as to expand and contract so as to open and close an entrance / exit of a garage or the like. The gate body 3 is arranged at equal intervals in the expansion / contraction direction of the gate between the suspension side end frame 4 and the door end side end frame 5 disposed at both ends in the expansion / contraction direction and the both end frames 4 and 5. A plurality of (in this embodiment, 10 as shown in FIG. 3) vertical frame members 6, and both end frames 4, 5 and a pantograph mechanism 7 for connecting the vertical frame members 6 are provided.
[0008]
Both end frames 4 and 5 are made of a rectangular tube-shaped member. The suspension side end frame 4 is connected to the suspension side support column 1 at two upper and lower positions using hinges 8, and the gate body 3 is connected to the suspension source support column 1 inside and outside the garage site. It can be opened to both. The door end frame 5 is provided with a handle 9 for opening and closing on the front and rear surfaces, and above the handle 9 is a locking device (not shown) for locking the door main body 3 to the door stopper side column 2 in a closed state. ). Casters 10 are attached to both the front and rear ends of the lower end of the door end side frame 5 and the lower end of the fifth vertical frame member 6 counted from the door end side end frame 5 to open and close the gate. Sometimes the caster 10 rolls on the ground to reduce the operating force.
[0009]
The pantograph mechanism 7 has a left-upward inclined link 12 arranged at the same interval behind a right-upward inclined link 11 arranged at regular intervals in the horizontal direction, and both the inclined links 11, 12 are pivoted at the intersections 19, 20 , 21. For each of the inclined links 11, 12, a square pipe-shaped hollow member is used. Two short links 11a and 12a are used at both ends of the pantograph mechanism 7 respectively, and the pivots connecting the short links 11a and 12a are held in fixed positions by the both end frames 4 and 5 and are positioned above and below them. The link end is held by the both end frames 4 and 5 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction.
[0010]
4 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 5 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 1, FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of portion C in FIG. It is sectional drawing. As shown in FIG. 4, the vertical frame member 6 includes a vertical beam 13 disposed along the vertical direction between the right upward inclined link 11 and the left upward inclined link 12 of the pantograph mechanism 7, and upper and lower ends of the vertical beam 13. It is comprised from the connection member 14 (upper side) and 15 (lower side) which are fixedly arranged along the front-back direction of a gate in the part. As shown in the schematic cross-sectional shape in FIG. 5, the vertical beam 13 is a deformed H-shaped material formed of a light metal such as aluminum, and has both flange portions 16 formed in a hollow shape like a square pipe, It has a web 17 connecting the flange portion 16 at the center in the thickness direction, and the space before and after the web 17 is a vertical groove 18 (see FIG. 6) between the flange portions 16.
[0011]
The fixed pivot 19 of the pantograph mechanism 7 passes through the web 17 of the vertical beam 13, thereby fixing the position of the fixed pivot 19 with respect to the vertical beam 13. As with the fixed pivot 19, the pivot 20 adjacent to the fixed pivot 19 is a single shaft that directly connects the right upward inclined link 11 and the left upward inclined link 12. However, both ends of the links 11 and 12 are connected. The movable pivot shaft 21 is divided into two parts at the front and rear at the axial center, and the front part and the rear part of the movable pivot 21 are inserted into the longitudinal groove 18 of the longitudinal beam 13 from the front and rear of the web 17, respectively. Yes. The movable pivot 21 has an outer diameter slightly smaller than the width of the vertical groove 18 and can slide up and down in the vertical groove 18. The movable pivot 21 may be configured as a single shaft without being divided forward and backward, and the web 17 of the vertical beam 13 may be cut out only in the operation range of the movable pivot 21.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a groove-shaped sealing member 22 is fitted and fixed in the vertical groove 18 of the vertical rail 13 except for the movable range of the movable pivot 21. As shown in FIG. 7, the sealing member 22 includes a front wall 23 and side walls 24 that are connected at right angles to both sides thereof, and a claw 25 that protrudes to the left and right sides at the tip of the side wall 24. The claw 25 is locked to a locking recess 26 formed at the back of the vertical groove 18 of the vertical rail 13.
[0013]
The connecting members 14 and 15 fixed to the upper and lower ends of the vertical beam 13 are, as shown in FIG. 8 (a) showing the connecting structure between the vertical beam 13 and the connecting member 14, , And cover 28. The upper connecting member 14 and the lower connecting member 15 differ only in the shape of the cover 28. The cover 28 has a semicircular cross section on the upper side and a U-shaped cross section (not shown) on the lower side. The connecting member main body 27 is composed of an inner wall 29 on the vertical rail side, an outer wall 30 on the side opposite to the vertical rail, and two side walls 31 connecting these, and the side wall 31 has an inner wall on the inner wall 29 side edge. It protrudes slightly from 29.
[0014]
The side wall 31 is formed with holding recesses 33 for fitting and fastening the claws 32 formed at both ends of the cover 28. Both end surfaces of the connecting members 14 and 15 are sealed with an end plate 34 so that the internal structure of the connecting members 14 and 15 cannot be seen from the outside. As shown in this figure, the vertical beam 13 and the connecting member main body 27 are fixed with screws 35, and the vertical beam 13 has a fixing portion 36 for screwing and fixing the screws 35 as shown in FIG. ing. Note that the fixing portion 36 is omitted in FIG. 5 for simplification of the drawing.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 7, the inner wall 29 of each connecting member main body 27 has openings 37 at four corners. In the opening 37 of the connecting member main body 27 fixed to the upper end of the vertical beam 13, the upper end portion of the decorative member 38 made of a mold having a substantially U-shaped cross section is inserted so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the decorative member 38. In the opening 37 of the connecting member main body 27 fixed to the lower end of the crosspiece 13, the lower end portion of the decorative member 38 is inserted so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction. With this configuration, the decorative member 38 extends in the vertical direction along the vertical rail 13 and is positioned on both the left and right sides with respect to the vertical frame member 6. The opening 37 of each connecting member body 27 does not necessarily have to be provided separately, and the two openings 37, 37 at both ends of the connecting member body 27 are made into one, and between the two decorative members 38 inserted therein. An elastic body such as rubber may be attached to the gap.
[0016]
The decorative member 38 is a light metal mold material such as aluminum, and the whole has elasticity, and an inner folded portion 39 is formed at both ends. The decorative member 38 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the decorative member 38 is attached to the connecting member 14 as the overall length is slightly shorter than the inner dimension between the outer surface walls 30 of the pair of connecting member main bodies 27 facing vertically. As shown in b), only in the upper connecting member 14, a gap is formed between the outer wall 30 of the connecting member main body 27 and the end surface of the decorative member 38.
[0017]
Each decorative member 38 is connected to each of the inclined links 11 and 12 by an engagement tool 40 at a position separated from the fixed pivot 19 by a predetermined distance (FIG. 1). This connecting position is a position where the decorative member 38 straightened between the connecting members 14 and 15 intersects the inclined links 11 and 12 when the gate body 3 is contracted. At this position, the decorative member 38 and the inclined link are joined. In order to connect 11 and 12, a pin made of a round pipe is used as the engagement tool 40 (FIG. 5).
[0018]
One end of the engaging tool 40 is fixed to the inner side walls of the inclined links 11 and 12 formed of square pipes by a rivet 41, and the other end is bent from the folded portion 39 of the decorative member 38 to the U-shaped curved portion. And is slidable with respect to the decorative member 38. In the embodiment, since the decorative member 38 is slidable with respect to the connecting members 14 and 15, the engaging tool 40 and the decorative member 38 may be configured not to slide. In addition, the member that connects the decorative member 38 and the inclined links 11 and 12 is not limited to a pin-shaped member such as a pipe, but may be appropriately selected and used.
[0019]
Next, an operation for opening and closing the telescopic gate of this embodiment will be described. When the gate body 3 is contracted from the state of FIG. 1, the handle 9 may be pushed toward the suspension side column 1. Then, in FIG. 1, the intervals between the vertical frame members 6 are narrowed while the right-upward inclined links 11 are counterclockwise about the fixed pivot 19 and the left-upward inclined links 12 are rotated clockwise. It can be shrunk to a state. When the gate is contracted in this way, the engaging tool 40 connecting the decorative member 38 and the inclined links 11 and 12 is fixed to the fixed pivots 19 as the inclined links 11 and 12 are tilted. When the horizontal distance from the pivot 19 decreases in the direction shown in FIG. 3, the decorative members 38 extend straight along the vertical rails 13.
[0020]
Conversely, when the gate body 3 is extended from the state shown in FIG. 3, the handle 9 may be pulled toward the door-holding column 2, and each inclined link 11, 12 causes the gate body 3 to contract. The interval between the vertical frame members 6 increases while tilting in the opposite direction. If the locking device is locked when the door stop side end frame 4 reaches the door stop side column 2, the doorway of the garage or the like can be closed.
[0021]
When the gate is closed in this way, the decorative member 38 gradually becomes arcuate so that the engaging tool 40 for connection to each inclined link 11, 12 moves away from the fixed pivot 19 in the horizontal direction. It is curved and the degree of bending is greatest when the gate is closed. In order to further increase the degree of bending at this time, the interval between the fixed pivot 19 and the engagement tool 40 may be set wider. In this case, the engagement tool 40 is connected to the inclined links 11 and 12. If it is provided at a position shifted from the center in the width direction, it is possible to make the decorative member 38 straight when the gate body 3 is contracted.
[0022]
When the gate is extended and the doorway is closed, the decorative member 38 is curved, so that the outer dimension of each pair of decorative members 38 located on the left and right with respect to each vertical frame member 6 is widened, and the gate is contracted. However, if this dimension does not change, the opening width of the entrance / exit of the garage or the like is reduced, but when the gate is shrunk in the above embodiment, each decorative member 38 is straightened and its outer dimension is narrowed. There is no inconvenience that the opening width of the doorway becomes small.
[0023]
As described above, the gate according to the present embodiment has the gate that has a gap between the pair of decorative members 38 arranged on both the left and right sides of the vertical frame member 6 in conjunction with the expansion and contraction of the pantograph mechanism 7. It is possible to achieve a visually significant effect that is not seen in a conventional gate, that is, when the door is closed and when it is opened. On the other hand, the vertical beam 13 is arranged between the right upward inclined link 11 and the left upward inclined link 12 of the pantograph mechanism 7 and the decorative member 38 is arranged before and after the pantograph mechanism 7, so that the design member is arbitrarily designed. The decorative member 38 that can be made is more structurally more attractive than the vertical beam 13 that is difficult to change in design, and the design of the entire gate can be improved.
[0024]
Next, the second embodiment shown in FIG. 9 will be described. The gate of the first embodiment is different from the gate of the first embodiment in that the vertical frame member 6 is connected to the pantograph mechanism 7 and the decorative members 38 are connected to the inclined links 11 and 12 by the engaging tool 40 at two points. Is different. In this embodiment, the pivot on the imaginary line c (second stage from the bottom) is a fixed pivot 19 that is fixed to the vertical rail 13, and the pivot that is positioned vertically above the fixed pivot 19 is a movable pivot. 21. Note that the three pivots 20 arranged vertically between the vertical frame member 6 and the vertical frame member 6 simply connect the links 11 and 12 so as to be tiltable. The decorative member 38 is connected to the inclined links 11 and 12 by the engaging tool 40 on both sides of the fixed pivot 19 and both sides of the movable pivot 21. As described in the first embodiment, the engagement tool 40 is spaced from the fixed pivot 19 and the movable pivot 21 so that the decorative member 38 becomes straight when the gate is contracted.
[0025]
FIG. 10 shows a third embodiment. In this gate, the pantograph mechanism 7 is arranged in two upper and lower stages, the fixed pivot 19 of each pantograph mechanism 7 is fixed to the vertical frame 6, and the upper and lower movable pivots 21 are slidably connected to the vertical frame 6. ing. The decorative member 38 is connected to the inclined links 11 and 12 on both sides of each fixed pivot 19.
[0026]
FIGS. 11A and 11B show a fourth embodiment. In this embodiment, two types of vertical frame members 6, 42 are alternately arranged at the positions of the vertical frame members 6 of the first embodiment. The first vertical frame member 6 has the same configuration as the vertical frame member 6 of the first embodiment, and the decorative member 38 is deformed when the gate body 3 is expanded and contracted. As shown in FIG. 11B, which is a side view, the second vertical frame member 42 is formed by integrally connecting a front vertical beam 43 and a rear vertical beam 44 with upper and lower connection beams 45 and 46. is there. For each of the vertical bars 43 and 44 and the connecting bars 45 and 46, for example, a square pipe or a C-shaped channel material can be used. The fixed pivot 19 is fixed to the vertical bars 43 and 44, and the movable pivot 21 is connected to be slidable in the vertical direction.
[0027]
FIG. 12 shows a fifth embodiment. The gate of this embodiment is obtained by adding a second vertical frame member 47 to the gate of the first embodiment. The second vertical frame member 47 has substantially the same configuration as the second vertical frame member 42 of the fourth embodiment, but the height dimension is slightly smaller, and the upper end of the pantograph mechanism 7 is extended as shown in the figure. The pivot 20a is fixed in position so as to be slightly lower than the upper end of the first vertical frame member 6. The lower pivot 20b is connected to the second vertical frame member 47 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. When the pantograph mechanism 7 is contracted, the heights of the upper ends of the first vertical frame member 6 and the second vertical frame member 47 are aligned.
[0028]
FIGS. 13A and 13B show a sixth embodiment. This gate vertical frame member 48 is different from the above embodiments in the configuration of the decorative member 49. Each decoration member 49 is connected at two points by the engaging tool 40 so as not to slide with respect to the inclined links 11 and 12 but only to be tilted. In the decorative member 49, the central decorative portion 50 and the connecting portions 51 at both ends are formed as separate members, a C-shaped channel material is used for the decorative portion 50, and a square pipe is used for the connecting portion 51 (materials). Is not limited to these).
[0029]
The square pipe of the connecting portion 51 is rotatably connected to the C-shaped channel material of the decorative portion 50. Specifically, as shown in FIG. The end portions of the connecting portions 51 with the side walls notched are covered, and these are connected by connecting means such as rivets 52. Accordingly, the decorative member 49 is configured to be bendable between a connection position with the inclined links 11 and 12 and a connection position with the connection members 14 and 15.
[0030]
Both ends of the decorative portion 50 are formed in a shape along an arc centered on the rivet 52 so as not to hinder the operation of the decorative portion 50 and the connecting portion 51 when the gate is extended and contracted. The ends of the connecting portion 51 on the side opposite to the decorative portion (that is, both end portions of the decorative member 49) are slidably inserted into the connecting members 14 and 15 as in the above embodiments. In this configuration, it is not necessary to use an elastically deformable material for the decorative member 49.
[0031]
In the gate decorative member 49 of the sixth embodiment, the square pipe of the connecting portion 51 is not used, and only the C-shaped channel material (material is not limited to this) of the decorative portion 50 is used as the decorative member. The upper and lower end portions may be left free without being inserted into the connecting members 14 and 15. Then, when the gate is expanded and contracted, the decorative portion 50, which is a decorative member in this case, moves in parallel with the vertical beam 13 while being straight, and the distance from the vertical beam 13 changes. A visual effect different from the form can be obtained.
[0032]
FIGS. 14A, 14B, and 14C show a seventh embodiment, FIG. 14A is a front view, FIG. 14B is a partially enlarged perspective view of a lower end portion of a front vertical rail, and FIG. 14C is an inclined link. 11 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a connection structure between 11, 12 and a decorative member 38. FIG. The vertical frame member 53 of the gate uses the second vertical frame member 42 of the fourth embodiment, and is connected to the upper and lower ends of the front and rear vertical bars 43 and 44 along the expansion and contraction direction of the pantograph mechanism. The decorative member 38 is slidably connected and held by the connecting member 54. Since other configurations are the same as those of the above-described embodiments, description thereof will be omitted. In this configuration, since the vertical bars 43 and 44 and the decorative member 38 are arranged in parallel, it is possible to obtain visual effects different from the gates of the above embodiments.
[0033]
In addition, this invention is not limited to said each embodiment, It is possible to implement in other various aspects. For example, the decorative member 38 may be provided on only one of the front and rear rather than both the front and rear of the pantograph mechanism 7. Two decorative members 38 may be provided on each of the left and right sides of the vertical beam 13, or the number and arrangement of the decorative members 38 may be changed every other or several vertical frame members 6. In addition, the decorative member 38 is provided on either the left or right side of an arbitrary vertical frame member 6, or the arrangement of the decorative member 38 with respect to the vertical frame member 6 is changed in the right half and the left half of the gate, so that the overall harmony is achieved. It can also be arranged.
[0034]
The engaging tool 40 for connecting the inclined links 11, 12 and the decorative member 38 is provided on both sides of the fixed pivot 19 in the first and third to fifth embodiments, and the fixed pivot 19 and the movable pivot in the second embodiment. Although it is provided on both sides of 21, except that the upper and lower ends of the decorative member 38 are not connected to the connecting members 14 and 15 (explained as a modification of the sixth embodiment), except that two are required. For example, it may be provided at at least one location of the link intersection. For example, it may be provided only next to the movable pivot 21 or may be provided at all of the link intersections.
[0035]
In the above embodiments, the upper and lower ends of the decorative members 38 and 49 may be slidably connected to the vertical rails 13 and 43 without being inserted into the connecting members 14, 15 and 54. As a structure of the connecting portion, for example, a structure in which a long hole is formed in the upper and lower ends of the decorative members 38 and 49 and a pin that engages with the long hole is provided in the vertical rails 13 and 43 is possible. Further, a cover member for covering the upper and lower ends of the decorative members 38 and 49 so as not to be seen is fixed to the upper and lower ends of the vertical rails 13 and 43, and the cover member and the decorative members 38 and 49 are long. The holes and pins may be slidably connected. Thus, the connection structure between the members (vertical rails 13, 43 and connecting members 14, 15, 54) on the side of the vertical frame members 6, 48, 53 and the decorative members 38, 49 may be determined as appropriate.
[0036]
