BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a DC reactor used for an AC / DC converter among DC devices to smooth DC current and to limit an overcurrent generated when a circuit is short-circuited. In particular, the temperature of the winding is measured. It is related with the apparatus for doing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
If the winding temperature of a DC device such as a transformer or DC reactor can be measured during operation and monitored during operation, the reliability of the device is ensured, and the cooler can be controlled according to the winding temperature. As a result, it is possible to reduce the auxiliary machine loss.
[0003]
Conventionally, as a method for measuring the winding temperature of an AC device such as a transformer or a shunt reactor, there is a temperature measuring device called an indirect winding temperature measuring device as shown in FIG.
Here, FIG. 5 is an example in which such an indirect winding temperature measuring device is applied to a transformer. An iron core (not shown) and the transformer winding 1 are accommodated in a

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described indirect winding temperature measuring device for measuring the temperature of an AC device cannot be applied to a DC device such as a DC reactor which is the subject of the present invention. The reason is as follows. That is, since the component of the load current flowing in the DC device winding such as the DC reactor winding is almost occupied by the DC component, even if the
[0008]
The present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and its purpose is to wind a DC device such as a DC reactor winding to which a conventional indirect winding temperature measuring device cannot be applied. It is an object of the present invention to provide a temperature measuring device having a small and simple configuration capable of easily and reliably measuring the temperature of a wire.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a temperature measuring apparatus for a DC device winding in which a cooling medium is sealed in a tank containing a winding, and a winding lead is pulled out by a bushing, and includes a DC current transformer connected to the bushing. The heater heating current was obtained using the current measuring device, the heater heating current was passed through the heater, and the temperature of the winding was measured based on the temperature of the portion heated by the heater. It is characterized by.
[0010]
The invention described in
[0011]
According to the first aspect of the invention having the above-described configuration, the following operation can be obtained. Note that there are DC current measuring devices such as a zero flux type and a Kramer type. Here, the former case will be described.
That is, when a zero flux type direct current measuring device is used, the direct current transformer included in this device is connected to the bushing through which the direct current Id to be measured flows. For the specific connection of the DC current transformer, for example, a form in which the DC current transformer is directly attached to the bushing, a form in which the DC current transformer is attached in the middle of the winding lead, or a bushing and a rectifier For example, a DC current transformer may be attached in the middle of the lead connecting the two.
[0012]
The magnetic flux generated in the iron core of the DC current transformer connected to the bushing in this way is due to the DC current Id and the secondary current I2 flowing through the secondary winding wound around the iron core. Some DC current transformers are configured such that these magnetic fluxes cancel each other. Of these currents, when the secondary current I2 is adjusted to make the magnetic flux in the iron core zero, the direct current Id can be known from the secondary current I2.
[0013]
A DC current measuring device including such a DC current transformer is intended to measure by flowing a secondary current I2 having zero magnetic flux through a resistor and measuring an output voltage value E generated at the resistor. DC current Id to be obtained can be obtained. However, in this case, the electric power obtained from the output voltage value E of the direct current measuring device is very small, and the heater is very similar to the conventional indirect winding temperature measuring device using the alternating current transformer of FIG. You can't get enough power to heat.
[0014]
On the other hand, in the first aspect of the invention, the output voltage value E obtained by the DC current measuring device is converted by the voltage / current converter, and the heater heating current IH proportional to the output voltage value E is converted. Can be provided. Thus, the magnitude of the heater heating current IH obtained by the voltage / current converter is the same as the heater heating current iH obtained by the current regulator 6 of the conventional indirect winding temperature measuring device of FIG. The value is adapted to the temperature rise simulating the winding temperature, and is generally adjusted by actual measurement.
Then, the temperature measuring resistor is heated by the heater through which the heater heating current IH flows, and the temperature θw of the winding can be measured by the temperature measuring device based on the resistance value of the temperature measuring resistor. As described above, the method of measuring the winding temperature θw based on the resistance value of the resistance temperature detector uses the characteristic that the resistance value of the resistor varies with the temperature coefficient depending on the temperature. But as it is used, it is generally used well.
[0015]
Further, the temperature measuring instrument of the present invention generally transmits a signal of the winding temperature θw measured as described above to the temperature indicator, as in the prior art, and a cooler control panel. It is comprised so that a cooler control command may be transmitted to. Further, when the measured temperature θw exceeds a certain temperature, a winding temperature alarm command is transmitted to the temperature indicator.

The temperature sensor of the dial thermometer is heated by the heater through which the heater heating current IH flows, and the temperature θw of the winding can be measured by the dial thermometer based on the temperature of the temperature sensor. . That is, since the temperature sensing part is heated by the maximum temperature of the cooling medium, the temperature rise value corresponding to the heating of the temperature sensing part by the heater corresponds to the temperature rise value of the highest winding point with respect to the maximum temperature of the cooling medium. To do. Therefore, the dial thermometer can easily measure the winding temperature θw based on the temperature of the temperature sensing portion.
[0021]
Furthermore, the dial thermometer generally indicates the winding temperature θw measured as described above by the temperature guide and controls the cooler to the cooler control panel by the relay incorporated therein. It is configured to send a command. The dial thermometer is configured to send a winding temperature alarm command to the temperature indicator when the measured temperature θw exceeds a certain temperature.

Then, the liquid reservoir built in the dial thermometer is heated by the heater through which the heater heating current IH flows, and the winding temperature θW is measured by the dial thermometer based on the temperature of the liquid reservoir and the temperature sensing portion. can do. That is, the temperature sensing part is heated by the maximum temperature of the cooling medium as in the third aspect of the invention, and the temperature rise value corresponding to the heating by the liquid pool heater is the winding with respect to the maximum temperature of the cooling medium. Corresponds to the temperature rise at the highest point of the line. Therefore, the dial thermometer can easily measure the winding temperature θw based on the temperature sensing portion and the temperature of the liquid pool.

A built-in relay is configured to send a cooler control command to the cooler control panel. The dial thermometer is configured to send a winding temperature alarm command to the temperature indicator when the measured temperature θw exceeds a certain temperature.

In order to do this, it is possible to freely set individual temperature levels or temperature ranges. Further, in some cases, it is possible to issue a winding temperature trip (cutoff) command, or alternatively, it may be configured to issue both an alarm and a trip command.

You may comprise as follows. In this case, the temperature rise value Δθw can be obtained by subtracting θA from θw in the equation (1), but θO and θC × (Id / IdR) n It is also the sum of The temperature θA of the external cooling medium such as air may be measured with a resistance temperature detector.
