BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can effectively remove fixed dirt derived from the hardness component of water remaining on the surface of tableware, and more specifically restore the original aesthetics of the hard surface. The present invention relates to a liquid detergent composition for tableware.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
Nowadays, the safety awareness for the human body is increasing, and since kitchen detergents are detergents with many opportunities to touch the human body, studies have been made to increase the cleaning power and mildly affect the skin. As a well-known technique, there is a method in which polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate, which is an anionic surfactant, and alkyldimethylamine oxide are used in combination. With this technique, it is possible to improve the mildness to the skin while enhancing the oily soil cleaning power. This is due to a synergistic effect due to ion pair formation. That is, since the alkyldimethylamine oxide is in equilibrium between the cationic structure and the nonionic structure in the solution, and the amine oxide of the cationic structure forms an ion pair with the anionic surfactant, Due to the binding force, the surfactants are densely arranged on the surface and interface, and foaming and oily dirt cleaning power are increased.
[0003]
However, this technique only uses the surface active ability of the surfactant, and has no effect on fixing stains such as calcium salts and magnesium salts derived from the hardness component of water. Since tap water is used for washing water and rinsing water, fixed dirt derived from hardness components always exists on the tableware surface. There has been a demand for a cleaning composition that can effectively remove this type of soiling and is gentle to the skin.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In such a situation, the present inventors add a specific amount of specific serine-N, N-diacetic acid or a salt thereof and / or specific glutamic acid-N, N-diacetic acid or a salt thereof to the cleaning composition. By the present invention, it has been found that a liquid detergent composition for tableware having a high degree of mildness to the skin, foaming power and oily soil detergency, and also having a detergency of fixed soil derived from the hardness component of water can be obtained. Was completed.

A 2-liter four-necked flask was charged with 134 g of nitrilotriacetonitrile and 402 g of ethanol, and the temperature was raised to 75 ° C. Here, 122 g of 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution was dropped at the same temperature over 3 hours. At that time, triethylamine was used to keep the pH of the reaction mixture at 10. After completion of dropping, the mixture was aged at the same temperature for 5 hours to obtain a solution containing hydroxymethylnitrilotriacetonitrile.
Here, 600 g of a 20% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution was added dropwise over 1 hour. At the same time, the temperature of the reaction mixture was raised to 100 ° C., and ethanol, triethylamine, produced ammonia and a part of water were distilled out of the reaction system. Further, the mixture was kept at 100 ° C. for 5 hours to completely remove ethanol, triethylamine and ammonia.
