Description
【0001】

[0030]
If NO is detected in step 313, the base side of the photosensors 76, 76 is blocked, and the tip side is detected to be in the transmission state (FIG. 28-D) (step 315). Is stopped (step 316), and the tip of the sandwiching pieces 75, 75 is raised to a predetermined angle (step 317).
[0031]
If NO is detected in step 315, the root side of the photosensors 76, 76 is transmitted, and the tip side is detected as to whether it is in a blocked state (FIG. 28-D) (step 318). Is stopped (step 319), and the lowering control is performed to the predetermined angle at which the tip portions of the sandwiching pieces 75, 75 are set (step 320). If NO is detected in step 318, the process returns to step 306.
[0032]
Step 314, step 317, and step 320 proceed to step 309.
By the above, it also serves to detect the fruit pattern, the number of parts can be reduced, and the weight of the aircraft can be reduced. In addition, it is possible to detect both the appropriate harvest time and the fruit pattern with the same sensor 76, thereby reducing the cost.
[0033]
29 and 30 show harvest control.
29, the operation of harvesting cucumbers (a) is started (step 401), image processing (FIG. 30) is performed from the photographed image (step 402), and cucumbers (a) and main stems ( (B) is extracted by image processing (step 403), and it is detected whether the cucumber (b) is in the right state (FIG. 30-F) of the main stem (b) (step 404). Is controlled to rotate counterclockwise (step 305).
[0034]
When NO is detected in step 404, it is detected whether the cucumber (I) is in the left side of the main stem (B) (step 406). If YES is detected, the wrist roll 78 is controlled to rotate clockwise (step 407). ).
When NO is detected at step 406, it is detected whether the cucumber (I) is in front of the main stem (B) (FIG. 30G) (step 408), and when YES is detected, the wrist pitch is controlled to rotate downward. (Step 409).
[0035]
Steps 405, 407, and 409 are harvested (step 410). The work is stopped (step 411).
If NO is detected in step 408, harvesting is impossible (step 412), and the process proceeds to step 411.
By the above, it is possible to ensure the working space of the fruit handle portion by being able to move horizontally with respect to the cucumber (I).
