【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、遊技機に関し、特には外枠と、前記外枠の前面に前方へ開閉可能に取り付けられた前枠と、前記前枠の閉時に外枠内となる前枠の後側に固定されて遊技盤が着脱可能に装着される基枠と、前記基枠の一側縁に軸着部材で連結されて当該基枠後側に対し軸着部材で開閉可能にされた機構板とを備え、前記前枠及び機構板の閉時に機構板の少なくとも前側が外枠内に収容される遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、パチンコ遊技機等の遊技機は、図10に概略を示すように、外枠71と、前記外枠71の前面に前方へ開閉可能に取り付けられた前枠73と、前記前枠73の閉時に外枠71内となる前枠73の後側に固定されて遊技盤(図示せず)が着脱可能に装着される基枠75と、前記基枠75の一側縁76に軸着部材77で連結されて当該基枠75の後側に対し開閉可能にされた機構板78とを備え、前記前枠73及び機構板78の閉時に機構板78の少なくとも前側79が外枠71内に収容されるようにした基本構造のものが一般的である。符号81は、ガラス扉である。

前記遊技機は、製造やメンテナンスなどの際に、前記外枠71や前枠73等の部材が組み付けられた状態で、後側から機構板78の取り付けや取り外しが行われたり、各部の修理や調整が行われたりする。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような従来の遊技機においては、前記機構板78の着脱や、各部の修理等の際に、図11の図a、図bに示すように、前記軸着部材77の軸支位置を回転中心として機構板78を後方へ回転させ、開放しようとすると、前記機構板78の軸着部材側外面82が外枠71の後縁と干渉して機構板78を僅かしか開けられず、前記着脱作業や修理作業がしづらかった。そのため、従来では、一旦、前記外枠71の前方へ前枠73を開放したり、外したりした後に、前記機構板78の開閉や着脱作業を行っており、手間が掛かる問題があった。

本発明はこのような状況に鑑みなされたもので、外枠に対して前枠を外したり開放したりすることなく、前枠を閉じた状態で機構板を後方側へ大きく開放して着脱作業や修理を容易に行える遊技機を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、外枠と、前記外枠の前面に前方へ開閉可能に取り付けられた前枠と、前記前枠の閉時に外枠内となる前枠の後側に固定されて遊技盤が着脱可能に装着される基枠と、前記基枠の一側縁に軸着部材で連結されて当該基枠後側に対し軸着部材で開閉可能にされた機構板とを備え、前記前枠及び前記機構板の閉時に該機構板の少なくとも前側が前記外枠内に収容される遊技機において、前記軸着部材は、軸部が形成された軸部材と該軸部材を回転可能に支持する軸受部が形成された軸受部材とにより構成され、前記基枠と前記機構板の連結側一側縁の何れか一方に前記軸部材、他方に前記軸受部材が設けられ、前記前枠閉状態での前記機構板の開放時に該機構板の軸着部材側外面が前記外枠の軸着部材側後縁と干渉しないように、前記基枠に設けられた前記軸部材或いは前記軸受部材に前後方向へスライド可能とするスライド部と該スライド部の前部に突出した外れ防止用突部を形成し、前記軸部材或いは前記軸受部材を設けた前記基枠の一側縁に、前記スライド部が前後方向にスライド可能にはまる大きさのスライド部用凹部と、前記外れ防止用突部が前記基枠の後端近くまで前後方向にスライド可能にはまる大きさで前記スライド部用凹部よりも前後の幅を短くすると共に深さを深くして前記スライド部用凹部に形成された外れ防止用突部用凹部と、によって階段状凹部を形成し、前記階段状凹部には前記スライド部用凹部よりも深さが浅く上下幅が広い凹部が形成され、該凹部は前記スライド部用凹部に蓋をする取付プレートがはまる大きさに形成されると共に前記取付プレートが固定され、前記スライド部及び前記外れ防止用突部が前記階段状凹部と前記取付プレートとの間をスライドすることにより、前記軸着部材の回転中心位置が移動すると共に、前記外れ防止用突部が前記外れ防止用突部用凹部の後端に衝突して前記スライド部及び前記外れ防止用突部が前記基枠後方へスライドすることを阻止することを特徴とする遊技機に係る。

図1は、この発明の実施例と第1参考例及び第2参考例に係るパチンコ遊技機1A〜1Cの正面図である。なお、実施例と第1参考例及び第2参考例における同じ部分は同一符号を用いて示す。まず、遊技機1A,1B,1Cにおける共通の構成を説明する。遊技機1A,1B,1Cは、外枠2内に遊技盤3が着脱交換可能に収容されており、その遊技盤3の縁に遊技球の外側ガイドレール4及び内側ガイドレール5が略円形に立設され、前記内側ガイドレール5によって囲まれた遊技領域6に、普通図柄表示装置8、特別図柄表示装置9、各種の入賞口及び発射装置31等を備える。

このようにして基枠43Bに連結された機構板45は、前記前枠41を閉じた状態での開放時、まず後方へ引っ張られる。それによって前記軸受部材66Bが基枠43Bに対して後方へスライドし、前記軸部64Bの位置に相当する軸着部材60Bの回転中心位置が外枠2の軸着部材側側部後面2aと面一又はそれより後方位置になり、その後の機構板45の後方回転時に機構板45の軸着部材側外面46が外枠2の後縁2bと干渉するのを防ぐことができるようになる。なお、前記軸受部材66Bの最大後方スライド位置では、前記外れ防止用突部70Bが第3凹部49Bの後端と衝突して、それ以上軸受部材66Bが後方へスライドするのを阻止する。また、前記機構板45を前方へ押しながら閉じることによって、前記軸受部材66Bが前方へスライドするため、当該機構板45を基枠43Bの後部に近接させた状態で外枠2内に収容することができる。

次に、第1参考例に関して説明する。図2は、図1に示した第1参考例の遊技機1Aにおける概略横断面を示すものであって、図aは前枠を閉じた状態での機構板の後方開放時、図bは機構板の閉時を示す。前記外枠2は、所要の奥行きを有する枠形状からなり、従来技術における図10で示した外枠71と同様のものである。

前記のようにして取り付けられた機構板45は、前記前枠41を閉じた状態での開放時に機構板45を後方へ引っ張りながら回転させると、前記軸部材61Dが軸受部材66Dに対して一直線になるように回転して軸着部材60Dが伸びる。その際、前記軸着部材挿通支持部69Dを予め外枠2の軸着部材側側部後面(図7の2a)と面一又はそれより後方となるように軸受部材66Dの長さを設定しておけば、前記機構板45が外枠2の後縁(図7の2b)と干渉することなく後方へ開く。また、前記機構板45を前方へ回転させることにより軸着部材60Dが折り畳まれて、前記機構板45が基枠43Cの後面に近接した状態となって外枠2内に収納される。

なお、伸縮タイプの軸着部材は、前記のものに限られず、ロッドアンテナ状に軸受部材又は軸部材が伸縮するものや、リンク機構により伸縮するタイプ等適宜のものを用いることができる。また、この発明における軸着部材は、前記実施例及び各参考例のものに限定されるものではなく、この発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で適宜変更される。さらにまた、前記軸部材と軸受部材は、いずれが機構板側とされても、あるいは基枠側とされてもよい。
