そこで、本発明は、上記した従来技術における問題点を解消すべく創案されたもので、弾力片の引っ掛かりを無くすことを技術的課題とし、もって取扱い時の充分な安全性を確保することを目的とする。

本体および蓋体の弾力片の両外側直近に、蓋体の閉姿勢で、本体と蓋体の合わせ面に関して略面対称となって、弾力片の外側端面を覆って位置し、かつ表面を円滑にしてそれぞれ突出設された保護片を有すること、
にある。

図示実施例は、本発明を壜体の注出キャップ1として構成した場合を示すもので、壜体の口筒外周に螺合組付けされる本体2は、筒形状の筒壁3の上端に頂壁4を連設し、この頂壁4の中央に注出筒5を起立設して開口部6を形成し、筒壁3の後面の上端部に一対の切欠き7を形成した構成となっている。

蓋体8は、短筒形状の筒壁9の上端に頂壁10を連設し、この頂壁10の下面中央に、本体2の注出筒5に密に外嵌する密閉筒11を垂下設し、筒壁9の後面の下端部に一対の切欠き12を形成して構成されている。
