Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a medical specimen storage container (hereinafter referred to as a storage container) used for storing specimens such as meat pieces, sputum, urine, blood, and other body fluids collected from a human body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Samples collected from the human body are sent to a laboratory and temporarily stored there until they are examined. The storage container is composed of a container body and a lid, which are screwed and integrated and sealed so that a specimen, a storage solution, a processing solution such as a reagent contained in the storage container does not leak out. Yes. In the storage container in which the sample is stored, the name of the subject and the sample collection date of the sample are written. When the specimen is sent to an inspection organization that is remote from the collection organization such as a hospital, clinic, or health center, the collection organization or inspection organization is also written in the storage container. These entries are written directly on the outer surface of the storage container with a water-resistant felt pen, or a label on which the entries are written is affixed to the storage container. Some storage containers are pre-attached with a label provided with an entry field.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The storage container before use is in a sealed state in which the container body and the lid are firmly screwed so that the processing solution therein does not overflow. However, the storage container is used by an unspecified number of subjects, and the tightening of the container body and the lid after sample collection varies depending on the doctors and subjects who handle the container. For this reason, some storage containers containing specimens are in a state in which the container body and the lid are not sufficiently tightened and the specimens and processing solution are likely to ooze out, which sometimes oozes or overflows. This leads to inspection errors and causes problems of environmental pollution and nosocomial infections. Therefore, a method of wrapping and sealing the storage container after collecting the sample with a shrink film is also used, but in that case, a heating device for heat shrinking the shrink film and a manual operation for the sealing operation are required, and the sample inspection is performed. Is costly. The storage container for bacteria inspection is sterilized, but it is prepared by opening the storage container in a plastic bag and sealing it so that it can be opened before use and not contaminated with germs. Take time to clean the plastic bag.
[0004]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention makes it possible to easily discriminate the tightening of the container main body and the lid after the sample is collected and to store the storage container in which the sample is stored in a completely sealed state as before use. The purpose is to do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The medical sample storage container according to the present invention includes a container main body 12 into which the treatment solution 11 is injected and a lid body 13 that is screwed to the container main body 12. The lid body 13 is screwed to the container main body 12. In a sealed state, a label 14 is pasted across the lid 13 and the container body 12, and a perforation 16 along the boundary 15 between the lid 13 and the container body 12 is attached to the label 14. The surface of the label 14 is provided with a space for writing a sample collection date, a subject name, a sample collection organization, and the like.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Corresponding screw threads 17 are attached to the portions where the lid 13 and the container main body 12 are fitted and screwed together. The perforation 16 has a shape in which the label 14 is broken by the shearing stress acting along the boundary line 15 when the lid 13 and the container body 12 are rotated to open the storage container, that is, the lid of the label 14. The part which overlaps 13 and the container main body 12 and the boundary line 15 should just be what is weaker than other parts, and makes it easy to tear.
[0007]
For attaching the label 14 to the storage container, when the lid body 13 and the container body 12 are rotated in such a manner, a wet or dry heat type adhesive or adhesive having such adhesive strength that the label 14 does not peel from the storage container. Agent is used. The material of the label 14 may be paper or plastic film, but when using a plastic film, it is possible to write the sample collection date, subject name, sample collection organization, etc. on the surface with a ballpoint pen or felt pen. Apply surface treatment. The entry field may be blank (blank), but the sample collection date, subject name, sample collection organization name, test organization name, test item, date of birth, etc. are written horizontally (parallel to the boundary 15). It is good to display, and it is good to print those characters or the character 20 of a caution note horizontally in the position where the perforation 16 overlaps. In addition, the label 14 may be printed with the manufacturer of the storage container, precautions for handling, and the like, and the border line 19 or the ground pattern that borders the whole may be printed.
[0008]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the label 14 straddling the lid 13 and the container main body 12 is attached in a sealed state where the lid 13 is screwed to the container main body 13, and the lid 14 and the container main body are attached to the label 14. Perforations 16 along twelve boundary lines 15 are attached (FIG. 1A). For this reason, when the lid 13 and the container body 12 are rotated, the label 14 is neatly sheared and separated into the lid body side 14a and the container body side 14b along the perforation 16 (FIG. 1B). For this reason, when the container body 12 and the lid body 13 are turned and closed after the sample is collected, whether or not they are sufficiently tightened depends on the outline 18a of the label piece 14a on the lid body side and the label piece 14b on the container body side. It can be ascertained by whether or not the outline 18b of each of them coincides (FIG. 1C). In that case, if the outlines 18a and 18b do not match, if the container body 12 and the lid 13 are turned strongly so that they match, the storage container in which the sample is stored is completely sealed as before use. Thus, seepage and overflow of the specimen and the processing solution are avoided (FIG. 1 (d)). If it is further rotated at that time, a slight positional deviation may occur between the outline 18a of the label piece 14a on the lid side and the outline 18b of the label piece 14b on the container body side, but the positional deviation is along the rotation direction. In this state, the container body 12 and the lid body 13 are in close contact with each other so that they cannot be easily rotated in the reverse direction. There is no misjudgment of whether or not there is.
[0009]
In the label 14 in which the character 20 is printed horizontally in the position where the perforation 16 overlaps and the label 14 in which the border line 19 bordering the whole is printed, not only the outline 18 of the label 14 but also the printed lid side. Whether the character 20 or the rim line 19 and the character 20 or the rim line 19 on the container main body side coincide with each other with the sheared perforation 16 as a boundary, whether it is misaligned, or the label piece 14a on the lid side It is possible to confirm whether or not the storage container is in a completely sealed state by the degree of misalignment between the outline 18a of the container and the outline 18b of the label piece 14b on the container body side. I can confirm it.
[0010]
In a sterilized storage container, whether or not it has been opened before use can be confirmed by the presence or absence of cracks in the perforation 16, so that it is not necessary to place it in a plastic bag for sealing or to open it during use. As a result, the plastic bag becomes unnecessary, and it is not necessary to treat the used plastic bag as garbage.
[0011]
According to the present invention, the means for avoiding the seepage or overflow of the sample or the processing solution is the label 14 provided with the writing columns such as the sample collection date, the name of the subject, the sample collection organization, etc. The purpose of the present invention can be achieved simply by attaching the perforation 16 along the boundary 15 between the lid 13 and the container body 12 to the label 14, so that the storage container is not increased in cost. The operation of separating the label 14 along the eye 16 into the lid body side 14a and the container body side 14b is a natural operation of turning the container body 12 and the lid body 13 to open the storage container. It will not be difficult to handle. Thus, the conventionally required shrink film and its heating device are no longer necessary, and the operation is saved, so the present invention is extremely practical.
