本願発明は、液体保温容器の構造に関するものである。
【従来の技術】

最近では、飲料等の液体を収納して、保温(暖かく保温する場合と冷たく保温する場合の両方を含む)する液体容器にも種々の形態のものがある。中でも、例えば携帯用ステンレスボトル等の液体保温容器では、コップを使わずに直接注出口に口を付けて飲むことができる直飲み型のものが増えている。

該直飲み型ボトル1は、大きく分けて、先ず断熱保温機能を有するステンレス製の容器本体(ボトル本体)1Aと、該容器本体(ボトル本体)1Aの上端側開口部2cから肩部2bにかけて、その外周に嵌合固定された合成樹脂製の肩部材1Bと、該肩部材1Bの外周に着脱可能に螺合固定される飲口形成部材1Cと、該飲口形成部材1Cの上端側筒状の飲み口部4の外周に着脱可能に螺合され、同飲み口部4の開口部4aを液体が漏出しないように閉じる断面ハット形の飲み口栓5よりなるキャップ部1Dとから構成されている。

先ず容器本体(ボトル本体)1Aは、それぞれステンレス製の金属材料よりなり、内容器である内板11aと外装体である外板11bとをそれらの間に真空断熱空間11cを設けた状態で、その上端側口縁部同士を相互に接合一体化するとともに外板11bの底部側の開口を封孔部を備えた同じくステンレス製の金属材料よりなる底板11dを介して接合閉蓋して一体化することにより、図示のような上下方向に長い有底筒状の真空2重壁による断熱保温構造の飲料容器を形成している。この容器本体(ボトル本体)1Aは、大径筒状の胴体部2aと、該胴体部2aの上部に肩部2bを介して所定寸法小径化して設けられた筒状の開口部2cとからなり、その底部2dには合成樹脂製の底部材3が下方側から嵌合固定されているとともに、他方上部側の肩部2bから開口部2cの外周には、上述のように合成樹脂製の肩部材1Bが上方側から嵌合固定されている。

この肩部材1Bは、上記容器本体(ボトル本体)1Aの開口部2cの上縁部に対してシール用のパッキン8を介して外周側から嵌合される上端側断面逆U字状の開口部カバー部12aと、上記容器本体(ボトル本体)1Aの肩部2bの外周をカバーするとともに、同肩部2bの下部外周面に形成された段部11dに、その下部側縁部12dを外周側から嵌合固定した開口部カバー部本体部12bと、該開口部カバー部本体部12bの側壁部外周面に設けられた飲み口形成部材1C回転時のガイドリブ12cと、上記容器本体(ボトル本体)1Aの肩部2bの段部11dに嵌合される下部側縁部12dと、上記開口部カバー部12aを有する上記開口部カバー部本体部12bの半径方向内周側に所定の間隔を置いて2重筒壁状に上方から下方に延設され、その下部内周面側に上記容器本体(ボトル本体)1A側開口部2cの外周面側に設けられた筒状の係合部材9の下端に下方側から係合して固定される爪部材10を有する筒状の嵌合固定部材14とから構成されている。上記爪部材10は、上記筒状の嵌合固定部材14の下部に周方向に所定の間隔で上下方向のスリ割を入れることにより、半径方向外方に曲げ変形が可能な弾性を有する構成となっており、嵌合操作時の嵌合作用がスムーズになるように構成されている。

一方、飲み口形成部材1Cは、上記肩部材1Bの開口部カバー部12a外周面の螺合溝部の外周に対して螺合される螺合溝部を有し、上記肩部材1Bの開口部カバー部12aおよび開口部カバー部本体12b部分の外周に螺合固定される飲み口形成部材本体15と、該飲み口形成部材本体15の略水平な天板部15bの中央部から上部に所定高さ突出して設けられた直接に口を付けて飲むのに最適な小径筒状の飲み口部4と、該飲み口部4の外周面に設けられた螺合溝部4bと、上記飲み口形成部材本体15の天板部15bの下面から上記容器本体(ボトル本体)1Aの開口部2c方向に若干突出された筒状のパッキン係止部15eと、上記飲み口形成部材本体15の肩部側面に設けられたグリップ部材嵌合部15dとから構成されている。そして、上記グリップ部材嵌合部15dには、肩部保護用のグリップ部材16が嵌合固定されている。また、上記飲み口部4は、上記容器本体(ボトル本体)1Aの開口部2cの中心軸位置に設けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

ところが、上記のような構成の場合、上記ボトル本体側肩部材1Bに対して、飲み口部4を一体に形成した飲み口形成部材1Cが、シール用のパッキン21を介して相対的な螺合により締結固定されているだけであるから、上述のように飲み口部4に対する飲み口栓5の開閉操作を繰り返していると、使用時間の経過によっては飲み口栓5の開操作時の非螺合方向への回動力の作用により、次第に飲み口形成部材1Cの肩部材1Bとの螺合部の螺合状態が緩んでくる問題がある(螺合部の締結方向は同一である)。その結果、パッキン21部分のシール性が悪化する。

これと類似の螺合部の緩みに対するシール性確保の問題は、例えば液体注出路の開閉にスクリュー栓構造を採用した断熱保温型のステンレスポットの場合にも生じる。すなわち、スクリュー栓の場合、一旦栓を閉めても螺合時の締結力が維持しにくく、それ自体で緩みやすい傾向がある。

本願発明は、このような問題を解決するためになされたもので、飲み口部を形成している飲み口形成部材やスクリュー栓部材等被螺合部材側に容器本体側開口部の開口面へのシール用パッキンとは別に、非螺合方向への回動力に対して制動力を作用させる制動力付与部材を設けて、上記のような螺合部の緩みを生じさせないようにした液体保温容器を提供することを目的とするものである。

本願発明は、上記の目的を達成するために、次のような課題解決手段を備えて構成されている。

(1) 請求項1の発明
この発明の液体保温容器は、保温すべき液体が収容される断熱構造の容器本体と、該容器本体の開口部外周にシール用のパッキンを介して設けられた肩部材と、該肩部材の開口部外周にシール用のパッキンを介して螺合固定された飲み口形成部材と、該飲み口形成部材の上部に延設された飲み口部と、該飲み口部の外周にシール用のパッキンを介して螺合固定された飲み口栓とを備えてなる液体保温容器であって、上記飲み口形成部材の一部を上記容器本体の開口部内下方に延設するとともに、該延設部に、上記容器本体の開口部との間で相対回動時において制動力を作用させる制動力付与部材を設けたことを特徴としている。

このような構成の場合、飲み口形成部材と容器本体側肩部材とは、その螺合固定状態において、上記シール用パッキンのシール圧に基く接触抵抗と上記制動力付与部材の圧接力に基く接触抵抗との両方を合わせた大きな接触抵抗によって非螺合方向への回動力に対する制動力が付与されるようになる。

以上の結果、本願発明の液体保温容器によると、螺合構造により分解、丸洗い可能な構造を採用した場合その他の場合において、飲み口部を形成している飲み口形成部材と容器本体側肩部材又はスクリュー栓部材と開口部カバー部材を介した容器本体側開口部との各螺合固定状態には、殆ど緩みを生じることなく、安定したシール固定状態を維持することができるようになる。

一方、上記飲み口形成部材本体15の天板部15bの外周部下面と上記筒状部15cの上端部外周面との間のコーナー部には、例えば図3〜図6に示すように、上記筒状部15cの外周に嵌合固定される嵌合部21bを有するリング状の本体部21aと同本体部21aの下部から断面V字状に延びる舌部21cとから構成されていて、その舌部21cにより上記飲み口形成部材本体15の天板部15bおよび筒状部15cと上記開口部カバー部12aとの間を液密にシールする第1のパッキン21が、また上記筒状部15cの下端部外周には例えば図7〜図10に示すように、上記筒状部15c外周のパッキン嵌合溝20に嵌合固定される嵌合部22bを有するリング状の本体部22aと、該本体部22aの下部から半径方向外方に湾曲して延びる断面C字状の舌部22cによって、上記開口部2cの内周壁面に対して所定の圧接力を与えながら、同筒状部15cと上記容器本体(ボトル本体)1Aの開口部2c内周壁面との間を液密にシールする第2のパッキン22が、それぞれ接合又は嵌合して固定されている。上記第2のパッキン22のリング状の本体部22aは、上記筒状部15c下端の嵌合溝20に嵌合され、下方から固定リング23を嵌合して固定されている。
