Description

【0001】

[0014]
The wiring means 30 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a spring terminal 31 that contacts the positive electrode of the battery 4 is provided at the right end of the electric motor 7, and the left end of the spring terminal 31 is the electric motor 7. A groove portion 32 extending in the left-right direction is formed in the inner wall portion of the holder member 10, and a strip-shaped holder-side contact piece connected to the other terminal of the electric motor 7 in the groove portion 32. 33 is mounted, and the right end portion of the holder side contact piece 33 is locked to the left end portion of the holder member 10.
[0015]
In the cap member 20, an annular seating portion 34b having a fitting hole 34a formed in the central portion, and a strip plate-like shape that is provided across the fitting hole 34a and protrudes leftward. A cap-side contact piece 34 comprising a contact portion 34c is provided, and the cap-side contact piece 34 is positioned in the left-right direction by bringing the outer peripheral edge portion of the right end surface of the seating portion 34b into contact with the left end surface of the step portion 25. [0016]
The holder-side contact piece 33 and the cap-side contact piece 34 constitute a contact of a switch of the power feeding circuit, and as shown in FIG. 4, a distance L1 between the right end surface of the holder-side contact piece 33 and the center of the seal ring 14 Is set to be smaller than the distance L2 between the left end surface of the seating portion 34b of the cap-side contact piece 34 and the left end portion of the seal portion 22, and the cap member 20 is screwed into the holder member 10 so that the seal ring 14 becomes the seal portion. The holder-side contact piece 33 and the cap-side contact piece 34 are arranged with a gap L3 in a state where the outer peripheral surface of the holder-side contact piece 33 is press-fitted to the seal surface 23, and as shown in FIG. By further screwing 20 into the holder member 10, the cap side contact piece 34 is pressed against the holder side contact piece 33, the power feeding circuit is closed, and the electric motor 7 is driven to rotate.
[0017]
Here, the operation angle required for rotating the cap member 20 to contact / separate the cap-side contact piece 34 and the holder-side contact piece 33, that is, an operation required for switching the power feeding circuit ON / OFF. As a result of the monitor test, the angle is found to be 90 ° to 150 °, and the gap L3 is larger than the value obtained by multiplying the pitch of both screw portions by 150 ° / 360 °, and preferably the operation angle is 360 to 450 °. It is set to be more than the numerical value when set above. That is, by setting L3 as large as possible so that L3 + L1 does not exceed L2, the range of the sealing effect can be expanded.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the holding portion 40 is a bottomed cylindrical member formed integrally with the holder member 10 so as to close the left end portion of the holder member 10, and is reduced toward the left end side. It is formed in a cone shape, and a pair of first slits 41 and a pair of second slits 42 are alternately formed on the left side of the holding part 40 at the circumference equally divided into four parts. The second slit 42 is formed from the left end of the holding part to the middle part of the holding part 40, and four holding claws are formed on the left part of the holding part 40 by both slits 41, 42. 43 is formed. However, the slits 41 and 42 may be formed in a number other than the above.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 1, the interdental cleaning brush 6 includes a shaft portion 6a made of a synthetic resin material, a synthetic rubber material, a metal material, or the like that is detachably attached to the holding portion 40, and extends leftward from the shaft portion 6a. It is provided with a flocking portion 6b for interdental cleaning, and the flocking portion 6b is obtained by implanting a synthetic resin filament on a steel wire, and the right end portion of this steel wire is embedded in the left end portion of the shaft portion 6a. It is fixed.
[0020]
In the holding part 40, the thickness thereof is increased as it goes to the back end face side, and the second slit 42 is formed only up to the middle part of the holding part 40, so that It is possible to sufficiently ensure the strength at the proximal end portion of the holding claw 43. In addition, since the first slit 41 and the second slit 42 are formed, the tip of the holding claw 43 can be relatively expanded and contracted in the radial direction by the elastic force of the material. For this reason, even if there is a relatively large variation in the molding accuracy of the shaft portion 6a, the shaft portion 6a can be firmly held, and the interdental cleaning brush 6 can be effectively prevented from falling off. Furthermore, since the 1st slit 41 is formed to the back end surface vicinity of the holding | maintenance part 40, cleaning of the toothpaste etc. which were packed in the back | end end part of the holding | maintenance part 40 becomes easy.
[0021]
Here, as shown in FIG. 7, a partial annular engagement protrusion 44 is formed on the inner surface of the holding claw 43 in the vicinity of the left end, and an annular engagement with the engagement protrusion 44 in the middle of the shaft portion 6a. The groove 6c may be formed. In this case, the engagement between the engagement protrusion 44 and the annular groove 6c effectively prevents the interdental cleaning brush 6 fixed to the holding portion 40 from falling off, and the shaft is made of a hard synthetic resin material or metal material. Even when the portion 6a is formed, the interdental cleaning brush 6 is prevented from falling off. When the shaft portion 6a is made of an elastomer or a rubber material, the annular groove 6c is omitted, and the engaging protrusion 44 is bited into the outer peripheral portion of the shaft portion 6a, so that the interdental cleaning brush 6 is effectively removed. Can be prevented.
[0022]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 7, you may provide the protrusion 6d which can engage with the 1st slit 41 or the 2nd slit 42 in the base end part of the axial part 6a so that it may protrude. In this case, the interdental cleaning brush 6 can be attached in a state where the rotation is restricted with respect to the holding portion 40, and the operability of the interdental cleaning brush 6 is improved. Note that a protrusion may be provided instead of the protrusion 6d.
[0023]
Next, the operation of the electric interdental cleaning brush 1 will be described.
When the cap member 20 is screwed to the holder member 10, first, as shown in FIG. 4, the seal ring 14 is pressed against the seal surface 23 to seal the inside of the holder member 10 in a liquid-tight state. When the screw 20 is screwed at a predetermined angle, as shown in FIG. 5, the cap-side contact piece 34 is pressed against the holder-side contact piece 33 in a state where the inside of the holder member 10 is sealed in a liquid-tight manner, and the power supply circuit is closed. Then, the electric motor 7 is rotationally driven to apply vibration to the interdental cleaning brush 6.
[0024]
On the other hand, when the cap member 20 is rotated 90 ° to 150 ° in the reverse direction, the cap-side contact piece 34 is separated from the holder-side contact piece 33 as shown in FIG. 2, and the electric motor 7 stops. At this time, the seal ring 14 is held in pressure contact with the seal surface 23, and the holder member 10 is held in a liquid-tight state. Moreover, in this state, the rotation of the cap member 20 is restricted when the seal ring 14 is pressed against the seal surface 23, and the electric motor 7 is driven by inadvertent rotation or the cap member 20 falls off. Is prevented. From the next time, the cap member 20 is rotated and switched between the state shown in FIG. 5 and the state shown in FIG. 2 to switch the power supply circuit ON / OFF.
[0025]
Thus, since the gap between the cap member 20 and the holder member 10 is sealed by the seal ring 14 within the operation range of the cap member 20 that switches ON / OFF the energization to the electric motor 7, the inside of the holder member 10 is always liquid. It becomes possible to hold in a dense state. Moreover, in order to drive the electric motor 7 even when the cap member 20 is loosened and the gap between the cap member 20 and the holder member 10 is not reliably sealed when the electric interdental cleaning brush 1 is used, FIG. As described above, the cap member 20 needs to be rotated, and the gap between the cap member 20 and the holder member 10 is thereby sealed, so that it is possible to reliably prevent entry of water or the like into the holder member 10 during use. It becomes possible. Even if the cap member 20 is loosened and washed with water or the like, if the loosening is within a range where the sealing effect of the seal ring 14 can be obtained, water or the like can be reliably prevented from entering. It becomes.
[0026]
By making the cap-side contact piece 34 contact / separate from the holder-side contact piece 33, it is possible to switch on / off the energization of the electric motor 7, so that the switch structure of the power feeding circuit can be simplified and The seal structure can also be simplified, and the configuration of the main unit 5 can be greatly simplified.
[0027]
Since the power supply circuit can be constituted by the three members of the spring terminal 31, the cap-side contact piece 34, and the holder-side contact piece 33, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the case where the spring terminal is provided in the cap member. The mold structure for molding 20 can be greatly simplified. Further, the spring terminal 31 and the holder side contact piece 33 can be easily fixed to the terminals of the electric motor 7 by soldering or the like, respectively, and the cap side contact piece 34 is also a part of the protruding portion 26 exposed to both sides of the contact portion 34c. Can be easily assembled by forming the flat portion 26a, so that the assembling property of the three members constituting the feeder circuit can be greatly improved.
[0028]
Further, the seal ring 14 can surely prevent the entry of toothpaste water into the meshing portion of the female screw portion 21 and the male screw portion 12, and the toothpaste water is cured at the meshing portion of the screw portions 12, 21. Thus, it is possible to prevent a problem that the rotation operation of the cap member 20 becomes difficult.
[0029]
In this embodiment, the power supply circuit is switched ON / OFF by rotating the cap member 20, but a separate switch is provided in the power supply circuit, and the power supply circuit is switched ON / OFF by operating this switch. May be.
[0030]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, a play G is provided between the male screw portion 12 and the female screw portion 21 so that the cap member 20 is screwed to a position immediately before energization of the electric motor 7, and the cap member 20 is moved. By performing the pushing operation, the cap-side contact piece 34 is brought into contact with the holder-side contact piece 33 via the play G between the male screw portion 12 and the female screw portion 21 to close the power feeding circuit, and the pushing operation of the cap member 20 is interrupted. By doing so, the cap member 20 may be returned to the original position by the spring force of the spring terminal 31, the cap-side contact piece 34 may be separated from the holder-side contact piece 33, and the feeding circuit may be opened.
[0031]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, a cap member 20A is provided in which the right half of the cap member 20 is omitted, a protruding portion 26A is formed on the back end surface of the cap member 20A, and the seating portion 34b is connected to the back end surface of the cap member 20A. You may fix the cap side contact piece 34 in the state contacted to.
[0032]
Next, another embodiment in which the configuration of the liquid-tight battery holder 2 is partially changed will be described. The same members as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in FIG. 10, the liquid-tight battery holder 2B has a female screw part 50 formed on the holder member 10B and a male screw part 55 formed on the cap member 20B. The liquid-tight battery holder 2B is configured as follows. .
A female screw portion 50 is provided in the vicinity of the right end of the holder member 10B, and a seal portion 51 having an inner diameter smaller than that of the female screw portion 50 is formed at the right end portion of the holder member 10B. A seal surface 52 is formed on the surface.
[0033]
A male screw portion 55 that is screwed into the female screw portion 50 is formed on the left portion of the cap member 20B, and a grip portion 56 is formed on the right portion of the cap member 20B, between the male screw portion 55 and the grip portion 56. A mounting portion 57 having a diameter larger than that of the male screw portion 55 is formed. The mounting portion 57 is fitted with a seal ring 58 that can be fitted into the sealing surface 52 in a liquid-tight manner. A columnar protrusion 59 is formed to protrude leftward.
[0034]
The holder-side contact piece 33 is extended rightward to the vicinity of the female screw portion 50, the right end portion is bent inward, the cap-side contact piece 34 is fixed to the left side of the male screw portion 55, and the cap member 20B is attached to the holder. The holder member 20B is closed in a liquid-tight manner in a state where the seal ring 58 is fitted into the seal portion 51 and the outer peripheral surface thereof is pressed against the seal surface 52 by screwing into the member 10B. Further, by screwing, the cap side contact piece 34 is pressed against the holder side contact piece 33 and the power feeding circuit is closed.
[0035]
Next, a modified example in which the configuration of the cap side contact piece 34 is partially changed will be described.
As shown in FIG. 11, a cap-side contact piece 34A in which a plurality of engaging protrusions 60 that protrude toward the inside of the fitting hole 34a is formed on the seating part 34b, and the seating part 34b is formed by the protrusions 26, 26A, The cap-side contact piece 34A may be fixed to the cap members 20, 20A, and 20B by engaging the engaging protrusion 60 with the outer peripheral surfaces of the protrusions 26, 26A, and 59 when attached to the cap 59.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 12, you may use the cap side contact piece 34B which formed the contact part 34c in the cantilever shape.
[0036]
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, a cap-side contact piece 34 </ b> C provided with a bottomed cylindrical contact portion 61 and formed with an annular locking projection 62 projecting inward in the vicinity of the base end portion of the contact portion 61 is used. An annular groove (not shown) that engages with the locking projection 62 is formed in the vicinity of the tip of each of the protrusions 26, 26A, 59, and the locking projection 62 is engaged with this annular groove to contact the cap side. The piece 34C may be fixed to the cap members 20, 20A, 20B.
[0037]
The cap-side contact pieces 34, 34A to 34C may be fixed to the cap members 20, 20A, 20B with an adhesive such as hot melt without melting the protrusions 26, 26A, 59.
[0038]
Next, oral hygiene tools other than the interdental cleaning brush 6 that can be detachably attached to the holding unit 40 will be described.
As the oral hygiene tool, as shown in FIG. 14, a toothbrush 70 may be used in which a flocking table 70a is formed at the tip of the shaft portion 6a, and a plurality of hair bundles 70b are implanted on the flocking table 70a.
As the oral hygiene tool, as shown in FIG. 15, a gingival papilla, in which an annular head 71a is formed at the tip of the shaft 6a, and a rubber member 71b having a sharp tip is attached to the head 71a. A massage tool 71 may be used.
[0039]
Furthermore, as the oral hygiene device, as shown in FIG. 16, a gingival massage device in which a bag-like rubber member 72a is attached to the tip of the shaft portion 6a and a plurality of protrusions 72b are formed on the upper surface of the rubber member 72a. 72 may be used.
Furthermore, as the intraoral hygiene device, as shown in FIG. 17, a pair of arm portions 73a is formed at the distal end portion of the shaft portion 6a, and dental floss 73b is stretched between the distal end portions of both arm portions 73a. A floss unit 73 may be used.
[0040]
Next, the vibration form of the interdental cleaning brush 6 by the vibration generating means 3 will be described.
This vibration generating means 3 generates vibration by rotating the eccentric weight 8, and when the steel wire of the flocked portion 6b is arranged coaxially with the axis of the shaft portion 6a as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 19, the tip of the flocked portion 6b rotates clockwise or counterclockwise along the circumference of the diameter (amplitude) R1. Thus, when the hair transplant part 6b is arrange | positioned coaxially with the axial part 6a, when the hair transplant part 6b is inserted between teeth and it vibrates, an interproximal peripheral part will be mainly cleaned. In addition, when the flocked portion 6b is moved back and forth in the axial direction in an excited state, the cleaning effect can be further enhanced.
[0041]
Further, as shown in FIG. 20, when the steel wire of the flocked portion 6b is bent about 90 ° from the proximal end portion, the tip of the flocked portion 6b is a circle having a diameter (amplitude) R2 as shown in FIG. It will rotate clockwise or counterclockwise along the circumference. Thus, when the hair transplant part 6b is bent, the hair transplant part 6b advances and retreats between the teeth, and the space between the teeth is mainly cleaned.
[0042]
Further, in the vibration generating means 3, vibration is applied to the interdental cleaning brush 6 via the holder member 10, so that the amplitudes R1 and R2 and the rotation speed of the tip portion of the flocked portion 6b depend on the holding position of the holder member 10. (Frequency) can be adjusted.
That is, as shown in FIG. 22, as the holding position of the holder member 10 is moved to the distal end side, the effect of restraining the amplitude works and the amplitude and the number of rotations become smaller. It can be seen that when the rear end side is held and it is desired to brush weakly, the brushing force can be adjusted by holding the front end side of the holder member 10.
[0043]
In the present embodiment, the present invention is applied to the liquid-tight battery holder 2 of the portable electric interdental cleaning brush 1, but the present invention can also be applied to a battery holder that is not liquid-tight, and the electric interdental cleaning brush. The present invention can be applied to battery holders such as flashlights other than 1.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
According to the battery holder of the first aspect, it is possible to form a power supply circuit to the output means by the three members of the cap side contact piece, the holder side contact piece, and the spring terminal, and the spring terminal is fixed in the cap member. The number of parts can be reduced and the assembly of these three members can be improved, and the cap member only needs to be formed on the back end surface of the cap member, so that the cap member is molded. The effects such as simplification of the mold structure can be obtained.
According to the battery holder of the second aspect, the contact portion and the fitting hole can be formed by a single press molding, and the contact portion is brought into contact with the tip portion of the protruding portion. The effect of being able to effectively prevent the deformation is obtained.
[0045]
According to the battery holder of the third aspect, since the engaging protrusion that protrudes toward the center side and engages with the protruding portion is formed in the portion facing the fitting hole of the seating portion. The cap-side contact piece can be easily fixed to the cap member by press-fitting the protrusion and engaging the engagement protrusion with the peripheral wall of the protrusion.
According to the battery holder of the fourth aspect, the contact portion is provided across the front side of the tip of the protruding portion, and the cap side is formed via the flat portion formed by melting a part of the protruding portion exposed on both sides of the contacting portion. Since the contact piece is fixed to the cap member, the cap-side contact piece can be easily and reliably fixed to the cap member.
