[Industrial application fields]
The present invention has features such as long throwing, small landing sound and good sensitivity in water, and particularly suitable for use as a worm mounting jig head or as a main part of a pseudo food needle such as a rubber jig. It is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Lure fishing is due to its sportiness represented by words such as catch and release, or due to the fashionability of using beautifully colored pseudo bait instead of using live bait, fishing techniques that are becoming increasingly popular these days It has become.
[0003]
In lure fishing, a lure, that is, a pseudo bait needle, is an extremely important member whose quality is immediately reflected in the fishing results, and there are various lures with various ingenuity. The angler enjoys fishing by selecting the optimum lure in consideration of not only the difference in the target fish but also the weather, time, temperature, water quality, etc. at that time.
[0004]
There are various forms of lures as described above, and there are various classification methods. Among them, there is a so-called rubber jig that uses a bundle of a large number of rubber threads as a pseudo bait. This is manufactured by installing a bundled rubber thread on a portion (called a jig head) composed of a head portion and a hook needle.
In addition, only a “jig head” portion combining this head portion and a hanging needle is also available as an independent product. However, it is rarely used alone, and is usually used after installing a pseudo food body called a worm.
[0005]
The head part has a spindle shape, a spherical shape, and various other shapes. However, the head part is made of lead (or an alloy containing lead as a main component) and is made of a material that does not sink into water like a rubber jig. It is an indispensable member for the pseudo bait needle of the type that is included in advance or is used with a worm attached thereto. Also, the hanging needles are made of steel and are black-baked, plated, etc., and there are many places where rubbery threads are installed. And the formation of the head part and the hanging needle (both shall be referred to as “pseudo bait needle main part” together), set the hanging needle on the mold, molten metal (lead only or lead-based alloy) In general, it is produced by pouring, solidifying and taking out.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
That is, in the pseudo bait needle that uses a flexible rubber-like material such as a rubber jig or worm, the head part sinks immediately after landing, and the behavior at the time of reeling induces the fish effectively. Basically, it is preferable that the head portion itself is inconspicuous. The reason why lead is used exclusively without using iron is that lead has a larger specific gravity than iron, and a smaller volume is required to obtain a predetermined sedimentation capacity. This is because when the molten needle is poured after the molded hanging needle is placed in the mold, the melting temperature of lead is much lower than that of iron, so there is little possibility of adversely affecting the needle portion.
[0007]
However, even if lead is used, its volume is still large and its resistance in the air or water is large, so it feels dissatisfied that the flight distance does not come out, the landing sound is loud, the sensitivity in water is poor There were many people.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present inventor finally made the present invention as a result of intensive research for many years in view of the above points, and the feature thereof is a pseudo bait needle composed of a hanging needle and a head portion, and the head portion is made of a tungsten member. It is constituted by integrating the melt and the hanging needle is installed and fixed to the head portion by the integration.
[0009]
In other words, the present invention is most characterized in that tungsten is used as the material of the head portion. Tungsten, which has a specific gravity of 19.24 and a hardness of 7.0, is a very suitable material for simulated food compared to lead of a specific gravity of 11.34 and a hardness of 1.5. However, the method of melting and pouring into the mold cannot be used in the case of tungsten. This is because the melting point of tungsten is about 3400 °, which is orders of magnitude higher than that of lead, 327.4 °, and cannot flow through the mold, and the melting point of iron (the hook is made of iron) is 1530 °. Because it is higher.
[0010]
The present inventor has solved this problem by using a combination of a pre-molded tungsten portion and a melt as the head portion. In other words, after joining the tungsten members divided into two parts, a “melt” (metal or plastic having a low melting temperature such as tin or the like) is formed in a gap portion between the hole engraved for inclusion of the hanging needle and the hanging needle. ), Or a pre-molded tungsten member is provided with a hole through which the hanging needle can be inserted and fit into a predetermined position. The problem was solved by adopting a method of setting and then closing the hole with a melt. The present invention is not limited to a method for producing this tungsten portion, but is generally obtained by compression molding powdered tungsten.
[0011]
The tungsten member is integrated with a hanging needle inside, and this integration is completed by solidification of the injected melt. As this melt, a metal or plastic having a low melting temperature is employed. In addition, the melt is generally manufactured so as to cover not only the inside of the head portion but also the shaft portion of the hanging needle, and in this portion, a thick shaft portion such as a rubber thread installation portion in a rubber jig is generally formed. is there. Therefore, an injection mold that takes these into consideration is used when injecting the melt, but the structure is not limited at all.

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the pseudo bait needle according to the present invention is a pseudo bait needle composed of a hanging needle and a head part, and the head part is formed by integrating a tungsten member and a melt, and the hanging needle. The needle is installed and fixed to the head portion by the integration, and is an extremely advanced invention having the following effects.
[0020]
(1) Since the technique of integrating the preformed tungsten and the melt is used, tungsten having a high melting point can be easily employed.
(2) Since the head portion is made of tungsten, it is easy to reduce the size, and thus there is an effect that a flight distance is increased and a landing sound is small. In addition, because it has low resistance in water and high specific gravity, it is easy to grasp the feeling of bottoming, and the so-called “underwater sensitivity” that the shape of the bottom of the water is easy to grasp when an irregular action is taken with stones, etc. It also has an effect.
(3) Tungsten is also harder than lead or the like, so that it is difficult to deform, and the coated portion applied thereon is hard to break.
