従来、ロータンクの底にはフロート弁が設けられており、フロート弁が開かれるとロータンクに溜められていた洗浄水が便器側へ流下されるように構成されており、従来においては、フロート弁の弁座部の内径寸法は一定のものとなっており、便器の種類によっては、フロート弁から便器側へ流下する吐水流量が多すぎて、洗浄飛沫が増大したり、また便器の封水がなくなってしまう等の不具合が生じ、フロート弁を取り付ける便器の種類によりフロート弁からの吐水流量を調節する必要があるが、前述した如く従来ではフロート弁の内径は一定であり、調節するためには新たにフロート弁を製作する必要があり、コストが増大してしまうという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記従来の問題点に鑑み案出したものであって、低コストで容易に吐水流量を調節することのできるフロート弁構造を提供せんことを目的とし、その要旨は、ロータンクの底に設けられて球弁が浮上することにより弁座部が開放され、該弁座部内を通りロータンク内の洗浄水が便器側へ流下されるように構成したフロート弁において、前記弁座部内に各種内径の異なる弁座オリフィスを選択して上方より嵌め込み、該弁座オリフィスにより前記弁座部の内径を調節して前記洗浄水の便器側への吐水流量を調節可能に構成したことである。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は、フロート弁の全体構成図であり、フロート弁1はロータンクの底にパッキン6を介在させて締付ナット7を底側より締め付けて固定されるものであり、フロート弁1の弁座部2上には球弁3が載置され、この球弁3がフロートカップ4に連結されて、鎖5が引き上げられることにより球弁3が浮上して前記弁座部2が開き、ロータンク内に溜められている洗浄水が弁座部2から便器側へ流下されるように構成されている。なお、図中8はオーバーフロー管であり、また図中9はフロートカップ4の上動を制限するストッパーである。

本例では、図2の要部拡大斜視図で示すように、弁座部2の内周面2a内に弁座オリフィス10を嵌め込み可能となっており、弁座部2の内周面2aから水平方向に3本設けられた支持板2dの中心には弁座ガイド2cが立設されているが、前記弁座オリフィス10には、前記3本の支持板2d,2d,2d内に上方より嵌め込み可能に下端が開放された嵌合溝10c,10c,10cが形成されており、弁座オリフィス10の外周面10aが前記内周面2aに当接状に嵌め込まれるものであり、この弁座オリフィス10の内径面10bは各種内径寸法の異なるものが用意されており、フロート弁1を取り付ける便器の種類に応じて、この弁座オリフィス10は各種内径の異なるものから選択して前記内周面2aに嵌め込み固定することができるものとなっており、内径面10bの内径寸法の短いものを選択すれば便器側へ流下される吐水流量が少なくなり、逆に内径面10bの内径寸法の長いものを選択すれば便器側への吐水流量が大となるものであり、便器の種類によって適宜内径寸法の異なる弁座オリフィス10を選択することができ、各種内径寸法の異なる弁座オリフィス10の外周面10aの外径寸法は同一であるため、既存のフロート弁の弁座部2の内周面2aに後発的に嵌め込むことができ、さらに、超音波溶着等の方法により弁座オリフィス10の外周面10aとフロート弁の内周面2aを溶着させることにより密着状に内周面2aの内側に弁座オリフィス10を固定させることができるものとなる。

このように、内径の異なる弁座オリフィス10を適宜選択して取り付けて便器側へ流下される吐水流量の調節が可能となり、弁座オリフィス10は簡単な構造であり、樹脂などで低コストで製作することができ、フロート弁1全体を新たなものに製作し直す必要がなく、低コストで便器の種類に応じた吐水流量調節が可能である。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、ロータンクの底に設けられて球弁が浮上することにより弁座部が開放され、該弁座部内を通りロータンク内の洗浄水が便器側へ流下されるように構成したフロート弁において、前記弁座部内に各種内径の異なる弁座オリフィスを選択して上方より嵌め込み、該弁座オリフィスにより前記弁座部の内径を調節して前記洗浄水の便器側への吐水流量を調節可能に構成したことにより、各種内径の異なる弁座オリフィスを適宜選択してフロート弁の弁座部内に上方より嵌め込み固定させることにより、便器の種類またはロータンクの種類に応じた吐水流量調節が可能となり、弁座オリフィスにより低コストで吐水流量調節が可能となる効果を有する。
