Description

【0001】

The head skin member 12 has a different structure depending on the type of animal, and is not necessarily composed of only the above members. In addition, although the code | symbol 30 shows a nose member and the code | symbol 31 shows an eye member, although this nose member 30 and the eye member 31 may be what can be stuck with the same raw material as an outer skin member, shaping | molding of plastics or polyethylene resin It is preferable that it is composed of products. This makes it possible to change the color of the eyes to black or blue, reflect the light and make the eyes look shining, or look like the nose is wet, giving it a texture and widening the range of originality. .
[ 0011 ]
The arm skin member 13 that covers the arm portion 3 is divided into an outer member 13a and an inner member 13b, and the inner member 13b has an upper portion 13c cut away so as not to cover the support shaft, and corresponds to the palm of the hand. An opening 15 for affixing a resin decorative body 16 simulating a palm to the arm 3 is formed in the portion to be formed.
[ 0012 ]
The leg skin member 20 that covers the leg 4 is divided into an outer member 20a and an inner member 20b, and the two members 20a and 20b are not joined to each other so that the tips do not cover the sole 4a. The upper member 20c is cut out so as not to cover the support shaft 6c. And the resin-made decorative body 21 which imitated the sole can be stuck on the front-end | tip part of a leg.
[ 0013 ]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), a sticking means D such as a double-sided seal is attached to the back surface of the outer skin member C, and the release sheet 23 is peeled off as shown in FIG. 4 (b). As a result, the adhesive surface 24 is exposed, and the outer skin member C can be easily attached to the frame B as shown in FIG. And when this sticking means D is made into the double-sided tape, it can be easily affixed by sticking a new double-sided tape on the back surface of the outer skin member C. Further, when an adhesive is used as the attaching means D, the outer skin member C can be permanently attached to the frame B.
[ 0014 ]
By the way, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the outer skin member C corresponds to the components of the frame B on a sheet 25 such as felt or fake fur on which a pattern a such as a lattice or a star is drawn. It is only necessary that the outer skin member C is obtained by inserting the cut line 26 and cutting the cut line 26 along the cut line 26. As a result, the outer skin member C can be prevented from falling apart, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced, for example, by eliminating the need to check whether or not the outer skin member C is all available.
[ 0015 ]
Note that the palm and the sole of the foot are not limited to the decorative members 16 and 21 made of resin as shown in FIG. 3, but as shown in FIG. A member 16 ′ or a sole member 21 ′ may be formed and attached to the arm portion 3 and the leg portion 4 instead of the resin decorative members 16 and 21.
[ 0016 ]
When creating the stuffed toy having the above-described structure, first, the naked frame B is disassembled into the body 1, the head 2, the arms 3, and the legs 4. Next, the outer skin members 10, 12, 13, and 20 corresponding to the members 1, 2, 3, and 4 are peeled off from the sheet 25, and the peeled outer skin members 10, 12, 13, and 20 are removed to the members 1, 2, 3, and 20, respectively. 4, and the shaft portion 6 a of the head portion 2, the arm portion 3, and the leg portion 4 where the outer skin member C is attached to the bearing portions 5 a, 5 b, and 5 c of the body portion 1 that is attached to the outer skin member 11. , 6b and 6c can be supported to form a stuffed toy as shown in FIG.
[ 0017 ]
The outer skin member may be made into a realistic color usage or pattern according to the type of animal, but a pattern or color that is not bound by an existing concept such as a checkered pattern or a flower pattern may be given to the outer skin member. As a result, the manufacturer provides only the outer skin member to the user separately from the frame B, and allows the user to arbitrarily select the outer skin member. As shown in FIG. A certain stuffed toy bag toy can be created, and the manufacturer can not only sell the frame B or the set of the frame B and the outer skin member C but also provide only the outer skin member C (sheet 25) as an accessory. Therefore, since the stuffed toy can be provided to the user with a completely different sales program from the sales of the conventional stuffed toy, it can be differentiated from the manufacturer that simply sells the stuffed toy.
[ 0018 ]
The body part 1 contains a sensor that detects external stimuli such as sound and vibration, a programmable voice synthesis IC that outputs sound and sound effects from the speaker by the operation of the sensor, a battery, etc. It goes without saying that it can be provided to.
[ 0019 ]
【The invention's effect】
According to the invention of claim 1, since the user can attach a favorite outer skin member to the frame formed to imitate an animal, the user can enjoy the pleasure of making a stuffed toy by himself. Differentiating from the stuffed toy provided in a completed state can be achieved.
[ 0020 ]
The frame can be disassembled into the body part, head part, arm part, leg part, and the outer skin member is subdivided so that it can be easily attached to each frame. Because it is easy to stick the outer skin member to each part, it can be easily and securely attached to the inside of the arm part and the leg part that contacts the body part, so that it is beautiful when each part is assembled to the body part A stuffed toy can be constructed.
[ 0021 ]
In addition, since the outer skin member is formed by making cut lines on sheets having various colors and patterns on the surface , and the outer skin member is cut along the cut lines, the manufacturer separately attaches the outer skin member. The user can build a stuffed toy with a favorite appearance when the user can select and choose his / her favorite skin member, and create a stuffed toy with originality unlike a stuffed stuffed toy. And can motivate users to purchase.
