Description

【0001】

The signature group is carried into the pasting device, and while the signature group is transported in the pasting device, the guide of the opener is applied to the fore edge of the modified signature in the signature group and the predetermined page is placed. It is characterized in that the flat article is pasted after opening and pasting the predetermined page.
[0006]
In addition, the flat article pasting apparatus according to the present invention belts a group of signatures that are bound together in a state of collating next to a signature that is desired to open a modified signature having a smaller opening dimension than a normal signature. A feeder to be fed to the conveyor, an opener for opening a predetermined page of the signature group by a guide applied to a protruding portion of the modified signature in the signature group, a gluing portion for gluing the opened predetermined page, and the page A feeder for supplying a flat article and a closing portion for closing an opened page are provided.
[0007]
[Action]
In the pasting method and pasting apparatus of the present invention having the above-described configuration, a predetermined page is opened by applying a guide to the protruding portion of the deformed signature in the signature group, and a flat article is formed on the opened predetermined page. Is automatically pasted. Therefore, it is possible to paste on a predetermined page only by setting the small dimension of the signature at the planning stage.
[0008]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram showing a saddle stitch production line provided with a pasting device.
[0010]
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a collating machine comprising a predetermined number of feeders and a gathering chain running under the feeder, and the signatures set on each feeder are dropped and conveyed on the saddle hook of the gathering chain and conveyed. 2 is a caliper that detects the thickness of the collated signature group, 3 is a stitcher that binds the collated signature group with a wire, and 4 is an edge that cuts the bound signature group from above the gathering chain, which will be described later. It is a tucker to be transferred to the conveyor of the loading device. Reference numeral 5 denotes a pasting device connected inline after the tucker 4 and includes a feeder 51, an opener 52, a gluing portion 53, a CD feeder 54, and a closing portion 55. Reference numeral 6 denotes a three-way cutting machine connected after the pasting device 5.
[0011]
In the collating machine 1, by setting a deformed signature a having a smaller edge size longer than a normal signature in a predetermined feeder, the folded signature a to be opened as shown in FIG. Collate next to the Ding (front). The signature group A collated in this way is stitched together by the stitcher 3 via the caliper 2, and carried into the pasting device 5 via the tucker 4. The loaded signature group A is conveyed by the feeder 51 one by one on the belt conveyor and conveyed to the opener 52. As shown in FIG. 3, the opener 52 employs a method using a guide 52a. The guide 52a is applied to the protruding edge portion f of the deformed signature a in the bound signature group A and is conveyed to the left. Thus, the guide 52a is inserted between the pages, and the designated page is opened as shown in FIGS. After opening, glue 7 is applied to the page in the subsequent gluing section 53, the CD8 in the bag stacked on the shuttle type feeder 54 is supplied and bonded, and the opened page is closed by the closing section 55 and then the three sides. It sends to the cutting machine 6, and finish cutting is carried out here.
[0012]
In the above-described embodiment, the description has been made by taking as an example the case where a CD in a bag is pasted between pages of a magazine. Further, the present invention can also be applied to a sample having a flat shape, for example, a sample in which a cosmetic product such as lipstick is filled in a concave portion formed on cardboard and covered with a film, and is pasted on an advertisement page. Moreover, it is applicable also to sticking of various samples, cards, etc. which were flat.
[0013]
Moreover, in the said Example, although the sticking apparatus was integrated in the saddle stitch production line, this sticking apparatus can be used also in the independent offline. Moreover, if it connects inline between the coverr of a flat binding machine and a three-way cutting machine, a flat article can be automatically stuck in the same manner.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is comprised as mentioned above, there exists an effect described below.
[0015]
According to the sticking method according to claim 1, it is only necessary to prepare a signature having a small opening dimension longer than a normal signature, and the protruding wrap portion in the signature group in which the signature is bound is guided to the opener. Since a predetermined page is opened and a flat article can be pasted on the opened page, the flat article can be automatically pasted on an arbitrary page.
[0016]
The sticking device according to claim 2 can be installed in-line simply by remodeling between the tucker of the existing saddle stitching machine and the three-way cutting machine or by remodeling between the coverer of the flat stitching machine and the three-way cutting machine.
