Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a protector.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, the protector includes a shoulder pad portion that protects the shoulder and a neck pad portion that protects the neck.
[0003]
And in the conventional shoulder pad part, there was a shoulder pad part manufactured by the following three methods. That is, the first shoulder pad portion is sewn by sandwiching a foamed block body (consisting of PE, PU, EVA, etc.) with irregularities between a front fabric (made of synthetic leather, etc.) and a back fabric in a sandwich shape. As a result, it was manufactured and an uneven shape was formed on the surface.
[0004]
The second shoulder pad part is a concavo-convex shape on the surface by compression molding with a mold (cooling or heating) by sandwiching a plate-like foam (such as PE or PU) between the front and back fabrics in a sandwich shape It was manufactured so that.
[0005]
The third shoulder pad portion was manufactured by compressing and molding only the front fabric to form an uneven shape, and then sewing the sandwich between the front fabric and the back fabric in a sandwich shape.
[0006]
On the other hand, the conventional neck pad portion is manufactured by wrapping a plate-like foam with a face cloth and sewing it.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional (three) shoulder pad portions, there are limits to the shape and pattern irregularities formed on the surface, and the desired complex shape and pattern cannot be formed on the surface. Further, there was a limit to the impact absorption in the thickness of the foam with respect to the impact of the speed ball, foul chip and the like. Furthermore, there is a possibility of damaging the surface.
On the other hand, in the conventional neck pad portion, it is difficult to maintain a desired shape (corresponding to the neck), the shock absorption is inferior, and the surface may be damaged.
[0008]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a protector having a shoulder pad portion and a neck pad portion that can form a desired shape / pattern on the surface, has improved shock absorption, and prevents damage to the surface.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the object described above, the protector according to the present invention is provided with a shoulder pad unit having a skin made of an injection molded thermoplastic elastomer, a plurality of突隆portions epidermis is projected to the front side of the shoulder pad part have at, at least one of the left and right edges of the skin of the shoulder pad part, provided with a rising portion inclined to the side Katanokami inclined at a predetermined angle, the root portion of the standing up portions, sewing thread to sew the shoulder portion arranged a base portion of the rising portion is formed in the thin, base of the upstanding upstream portion is one that is sewn to the shoulder portion at the sewing thread. The predetermined angle is set to 30 ° to 60 ° . In addition , the surface of the skin is molded in advance as a curved surface, an uneven pattern surface, or a gradient surface. In addition, the back side of the epidermis is molded in advance as a concave curved surface corresponding to the body. In addition, the surface of the skin is previously formed as a leather leopard pattern.
